This business all but sabotaged my vehicle. I was lightly rear ended in the perfect center. Should have been a very common and easy repair for a collision shop. I chose bills shop for his reviews (first mistake). First time I went to pick up my 2010 Infiniti, they had replaced one of my tail lights with an old scuffed up one. Then I have found that the right tail light was also broken (could have been due to the collision or the shop). There were multiple flaws in the paint. He painted my new bumper and left a sweet thumb print right in the middle. And my quarter panel is atrocious. My trunk wasn t closed and had filled with water. They didn t even wash my car before working on it. The owner Bill, made sure to voice that my car was a piece of junk in his eyes, and he didn t care how it turned out. But when I called Geico about taking it to a different shop they pressed that bill wanted to make it right. I let bill keep my car for another week and a half (second mistake). I m not sure who worked on my car, but my guess is either an apprentice with a month on the job, or an old man who doesn t care about his job anymore. I went back to pick up my car and they had replaced both tails and polished them so they weren t as obviously horrible. The tail lights did not match any body lines. My trunk still did not shut. My airbag sensor was left hanging behind the bumper. Bumper was half attached ready to fall off the one side. He attempted to make his bad paint job better but instead blended into the middle of my quarter panel giving it a nice overspray satin finish. He broke my spoiler (probably when trying to slam the trunk shut) and there is now epoxy or glue on my trunk that wasn t damaged in the first place. Neither of my reverse lights work. I just took my car to get it away from bill before his shop could devalue my car any more. Upon closer inspection, they barely buffed their bad paint job, left compound in every crack and all over my wheels.and there s a nice big wipe mark on my hood where I could tell bill passed even more judgement on my car causing some intense micro scratches extremely visible in the sunlight. Do not let this shop touch your vehicle. My car was released to me in an unprofessional, and unsafe condition. I should note that afterwards I myself bent metal and readjusted everything they touched to make it look right (barely any auto experience). Bill assured me that that s as good as it s going to get and used the excuse that my vehicle was an R title and that s why it s not fixed better. Keep in mind this is a COLLISION REPAIR SHOP. THIER ONLY JOB IS TO FIX WRECKED CARS. I haven t even listed everything this guy screwed up on my car. This shop should be closed down if they re handing out unsafe vehicles as finished. No wonder I almost got rear ended again when reversing, there were no reverse lights. My trunk filled with water after bills shop. And it took my about 6 hours of auto body work to get my vehicle anywhere close to acceptable. I m in the process of filing a lawsuit against this man, come to find that there are other auto shops in the same process from fixing his horrible work. Without a doubt in my mind, I would say 90% of these reviews are fake 5 star reviews. Overall, I got my trunk to close so I d like to make one thing clear. It s not my car that sucks Bill, it s your horrible shop. You should retire.

I took my elderly father s car to them to fix the left front bumper that had peeled off. Estimates at another location were around $1200. Joey and Chip were able to reattach the left front bumper without issue and make it look functional and presentable. They did this at no charge even though we offered payment. Very nice and decent guys.

Hit 2 deer at the same time, really messed the front of my tundra up. My truck was fixed and back on the road in 2 weeks. The end bill was $1,000 less than the original quote. They did everything they could to save me as much money as possible and made the truck look just as good as new. They even detailed the inside and outside of the truck. I highly recommend these guys if you need any sort of body work or collision repair!

I had a little encounter with a deer...okay BIG encounter and took my car to Bill. He not only fixed my car beautifully but gave me an update on progress during repairs. This shop does beautiful work in a timely manner and Bill could not be any nicer of a person. No offense Bill but I hope to not visit you again...BUT if anything happens to my car I am happy to know you will take care if it!

These guys are legit pros. We brought in our Volkswagen Tiguan with some minor damage covered by insurance, and these guys got it fixed perfectly in 2 days, then they fully cleaned the car. I mean wow. All the sensors are perfect and functional too. 12/10Thank you!! You just got a life long customer!!

I had such a nice experience with County Line! It was my first time dealing with a collision accident and I was patiently walked through the process. My car was ready right on time and it looked like nothing had happened to begin with!They did a superb job and were so so kind. I have nothing but positive things to say about County line. First, the estimate that they quoted me was very reasonable and a lot cheaper than I thought it would be. Secondly, the work they did to my car was excellent. They made sure everything was back to normal and fixed all the damage it had. It looks like brand new, and the detailing they did to clean it was top notch. Thirdly, it was done very quickly. It literally took them 1 day to fix the front bumper and grille of my car. I am extremely satisfied and would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. You will get your car fixed to how it should be for a reasonable price while getting quality work done quickly and efficiently. Thank you guys for everything. I also have pictures attached of how it looked before and after.

I just picked up my car today, it was fixed after a recent accident.My car looks great. Done in a timely manner.They cleaned my car inside and out.Very nice people.Would definitely recommend.

Took my car to multiple shops to try and find a sound that started occurring after I ran over a deer. Every other shop said there was no issue and charged me $80 for looking. County Line Collision offered to go for a test drive and what would you guess but that no sound was made during the test drive even though it happened consistently every other time I drove. They still offered to put it up on a lift to take a look. They found what was making the noise and fixed it for me. On top of all of that the price was much cheaper then I was expecting. We will certainly be back!

Not that anyone wants to have to go to any Collision Center but County Line Collision was amazing. The work that was done looks amazing. The one week it took to do the work was equally amazing. I highly recommend County Line Collision.

I d say the work speaks for itself. I couldn t be more happy with the amazing work done by CLCC. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for repairs on their vehicle. The staff was amazing and everything was done in a timely manner. From the time of accident to the time of repairs being finished was roughly only a week and a half. Very happy with County Line Collision. I bent my hood on my 69 GTO Judge by closing it the wrong way. Bill and his staff could not have been easier or nicer to deal with. My car actually looks better than before the accident. Mike and his crew are craftsmen and "car guys". They treat your car like it was their own. The end results prove it. Unfortunately this is my second experience with this shop, but both turned out great. I would recommend County Line to anyone. Thanks Mike. Maybe I will try a turn at Keystone.

Bill was fantastic from start to finish and our car is now showroom perfect! Our car was finished faster and cost less than was estimated. I had no idea they were there and now I will not take my cars anywhere else. I had multiple issues with repairs done by a "brand name" collision center. Then I hit a deer. Thank goodness I looked around. This place is the best one that you will findI have a hard time trusting anyone with my car because most people just don't care. Bill and his shop definitely care. They took care of everything from start to finish. The insurance company might not have been happy that it wasn't one of their "partner shops" but they paid, I couldn't be happier.I read a lot of the positive reviews and you're only screwing over yourself and your vehicle to go to some other shop

When I began looking for a repair shop for my truck I noticed County Line as a local place less than 10 miles from my house with nearly perfect reviews. Any time you see a nearly perfect set of reviews you get skeptical that maybe they are scrubbing their reviews-- nope. County Line is that good.See the pictures of my truck before and after. They completed the job in a timely manner with very friendly service and updates on the progress. Because I submitted pictures to my insurance company via web, they sent me a partial check for the repairs. County Line seamlessly worked with my insurance company to secure the additional funds needed to complete the repair based on the physical inspection. My truck was dirty when I took it in for the repair, as it had been sitting in my driveway beforeI took it in. Prior to me picking it up they washed and cleaned the entire truck, so the whole thing was clean, not just the repainted area. I highly recommend!Service: Painting

I had my car repaired at Biondi Lincoln, went back because I didn t feel the underneath was put on correctly and was told it s hanging probably from the wind and he could put some screws in if I d like! Thankfully I said no if it s supposed to be that way but didn t feel good about it! I went to County Line they fixed it the correct way and didn t want anything for it! I would highly recommend them and would go there again, they were very nice and to think they would fix another shop s problem at no charge! I knew Toyota doesn t have a front end flapping in the wind!Service: Body & Trim

I had a front bumper replaced. The whole process was seamless. I dropped my car off, had a guy from Enterprise bring a rental to the County Line Collision Center. After my car was fixed, dropped the rental car off at the Collision Center. I did not have to worry about anything. Fantastic service. Bill is very professional. Great repair work and fast! My dealership ordered a part for me and its been 2 months and I haven't heard from them. County Line ordered the part in 3 days and repaired my vehicle the next day! They also offered me after market parts, which saved me money. This is the 2nd time I've had repairs done there and I'll continue to do so! Very reasonable prices and great service.

Very great work. They fixed my car after someone backed into it and it looked good as new! Then, when I had some railroad dust showing up, they had me bring it in and cleaned it up for me twice!
