I spoke with JP on phone about 2013 Ford explorer. He had it ready and was great about getting appointment set up. I ran late so Ray took care of me. He was upfront with the vehicle and on the ball. Great time while doing paperwork and waiting for insurance to be processed telling stories to each other. Then surprised me with the wonderful warranty and services that come with purchase. What a great experience!

Wow! What a great experience. From the time we came to the time we left we were super well taken care of. It was a very busy day but hey! Good problem for a business to have! Corey walked us through finding a good option for our large family of 6 and then Ray made the finance and completion of the sale the easiest we ve ever had buying a car. They made sure our new to us car was safe and reliable and ready for our family. The icing on the cake was the reassurance that our rowdy kids were actually well behaved and gave us a true sense that this is a family focused business!!

Excellent place to buy a car! I would recommend my salesman, Ray, to everyone! Honest, experienced, and very thorough. Being a woman I've had a lot of bad experiences and I went into the dealership on the defensive. Within minutes I could tell that this was going to be completely different than what I was used to. Excellent service! Took our VW in for regular service and reminded us of additional items required to keep our warranty coverage. At the same time we found a screw in our other vehicles tire. Choice quickly offered to pull back the vehicle to remove the screw and add a tire patch on the house. Thank you Choice Auto!

Jerry took extra care helping my daughter buy her 1st vehicle. The advice he gave her can only mimic advice coming from a father or grandfather. I purchased a challenger from choice about 2 years ago along with an extended warranty. When repairs were needed I took it back to choice and I must say they have went above and beyond to make sure the repairs were completed and make sure I was satisfied. John even went as far as making extra calls to get my work covered under warranty and added in a free wash for me. He is great! I would highly recommend buying from them.

Found this place online, and decided to make the hour and ten minute drive. As we arrived we met with Brian who asked what we were interested in, and he showed us a few cars that fit what our son was looking for. He was extremely upfront, honest, and quite frankly hilarious. He even told a couple dad jokes to our son while we were waiting for paperwork, and car detailing to be finished. Overall a great experience, and we will be repeat customers in the future when we need a vehicle.

Absolutely the Best car buying experience ever!! These are Seasoned Professionals.. no extras added to the bill, no unanswered questions. Very up front and down to earth! A Ton of inventory, in and out in less than 2 hours!! What a refreshing change!! Thank you Choice Auto! My child has the best first car a 16 year old could ever hope for! I can't thank Brian and the guys at Choice auto enough. It was the easiest and by far the best buying experience I've ever had. They promised me the truck would be ready and all done the following morning and it was. Very knowledgeable and courteous. If you have great credit or slow credit give these guys a call!. I'm a very satisfied customer and will do business with them again when I'm ready!!!

Bought a 2011 Lincoln MKZ about 5 years ago low miles great condition awesome sales rep helped us extremely well even though we came to purchase a vehicle they talked us into financing with a warranty was extremely happy. Came back December 2023 looking for a vehicle was treated very well once again got offers for a few vehicles but we declined due to The holidays and advised we would be back with more money to possibly buy a vehicle. Went back in January 2024 got a different sales representative who was less inclined to help us as much as the other s representative did in the past. Sales representative never asked us how much money we had to put down or for purchase, he just advised us that we didn t qualify. Which was crazy cause we went to several other dealership all around Pittsburgh right before returning back to Choice auto. We had already knew we qualified for better vehicles and just decided to go back to choice because of their prior great service level. To our amazement we didn t qualify okay no worries cause we had 10 grand to buy a vehicle anyways but because the sales rep didn t take the time to ask us the same questions everyone else did, just coldly turned us a way we went back to a different auto sales that qualified us for a 2019 Chevy Suburban with a one year warranty. With low miles Today I had time to call to give a service complaint and a rep from the company did listen but end up accusing me of getting mad cause I didn t qualify or because my credit reports was coming in the mail. I couldn t believe this guy was actually saying this in a not so professional matter at all. No customer services skills at all maybe the worse to argue with a past or potential customer indeed. I m not saying the whole company is bad at all cause I had some pretty great folks out there take great care of us. But they do need to improve on some of their service levels of taking care of everyone who walks through them doors equally. Not to pull the race card but it might have mattered. Cause we felt a shift in the way we were being treated. I wasn t mad cause that same day we ended up with the truck that I always wanted and wasn t expecting cause another dealership on Saw run blvd took care of us extremely well in our situation. I only called to file a complaint so they could do better but since I was insulted I m letting other consumers, potential clients and new customers, know exactly what our experience was and it was not good. I will never go back to choice, and I have always strongly recommend them in the past. Thank you. Lastly we qualified at 5 other dealerships so don t get discouraged if your looking for a vehicle. I only went back to them first cause I was happy in the past.

Told me my rack and pinion was bad and needed $2300 worth of work. Took it to another shop turns out it was just one tierod for a couple hundred dollars. Don t go to choice auto they will rip you off!

Choice auto always does phenomenal work on my vehicle, they re honest, straightforward forward and are a pleasure to work with. Pete and John are always friendly, and make for great conversation while waiting for your vehicle to be done. I d recommend Choice auto to anyone for major repairs, or basic maintenance such as oil changes.

Had the pleasure of getting a car here today. I was driving by and simply stopped to see what they had. Found an suv I liked and was blown away how easy of a process this was to take it home. Can t forget to mention how awesome and helpful the staff was. In and out in about a couple hours really made the full experience pleasant. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car to go here. Also had a nice 3 month/4,500 mile warranty included for peace of mind.

An amazing place to go if you are looking for a used car! JP was our salesman, and he was so nice and down to earth! He brought the car out that we wanted to look at, let us take it for a test drive, and took it back to be serviced before we came to pick it up! The car runs beautifully and we couldn t be happier with our purchase!The owner even came over and introduced himself after he heard my brother in law had been doing work at his house. Overall, THE BEST experience I had by far!

In May 2022, the alternator in my Quest died and choice replaced it. Choice told me that the alternator should last another five years at least. However, the battery light was still on when I picked up my car back then. So their mechanics needed to redo whatever they did. That was fishy. On 1/20/2024, the alternator died again. I called Choice and they said the alternator was covered by the vendor but they could not refund me for the bad alternator. What they could do was to tow my car to their garage and they would replace a new alternator for free. Considering what I experienced before ( see below for more details), I did not want to waste my time with them. So I asked them where they got the alternator. They said AutoZone. After I called AutoZone, I was told to just bring the bad alternator to a local AutoZone store and I will get the refund.My Versa had a broken suspension spring on Friday 3/3/2023. I called Choice before deciding to tow my car to their shop. I was told that they had to wait till Saturday to check my car because I did not have an appointment. It was totally reasonable and I was fine with it. No one called me on Saturday. Well, that's weekend so I didn't complain. On Monday 3/6/2023, I called them in the afternoon and was told that they did not get a chance to even take a look at my car and I have to wait till 3/7/2023. No one called me on 3/7/2023 so I called them around 2pm and I was told again that they would check my car on 3/8/2023. No one called me on 3/8/2023 so I called them at 2:40pm and they said again they haven't checked my car yet and would do it "tomorrow". When I asked them if they could keep their words this time, they hang up on me. Good customer service! I have been using Choice since 2015 and I always trusted them but I am very disappointed this time. They seemly no longer care about small customers like me, maybe because they now have a big shop and a big parking lot. It might be time to find a better garage.

Choice auto sold my grandparents a Buick Encore. It was recalled for a catalytic converter which choice was going to handle.Not only did they install a used part instead of a new or remanufactured part, and yes the receipt shows a used part was installed! but they also damaged the front end while they had it for 3 WEEKS! But they also gave it back to her with no oil, half a tank of gas missing, and someone else s trash inside, they also refused to acknowledge responsibility for damage for a car they sold that my grandmother maybe put 15 miles on since she had it. Long story short they take advantage of the elderly, and treat customers like trash. They also refused to allow police to view any of the surveillance footage because they know it would show them damaging it!And to clarify the response there was no damage to the car upon drop off at all. It was not damaged at their home and I dropped the car off with him. Not to mention my family called almost everyday for the two weeks after the initial week had passed. It s unfortunate that this happened but was in no part our fault. If it had been when the police came you would have showed them the video surveillance instead of refusing. My grandfather passing away was unfortunate, but in no way affected communication as we just kept being told it wasn t ready to pick up.

I just purchased a vehicle today from Brian. He was not only extremely helpful and courteous, but extremely proficient and efficient at his job. He streamlined the process from start to finish, and made what can be a painful process, pain free. Choice Auto Sales had some of the most reasonable prices around. These things solidified my purchase. Excellent!
