Made it easy enough to buy my 2023 husqvarna 701SM .Thanks. The Mechanic Guy in the back was cool I gave him a copy of a book I liked. Bike got stolen within a month in Manhattan. Still props to the dealership.

I think Nate did a good job once I got there but I don't think he took me seriously on the phone. I told him I wanted the bike and gave him all my trade in information but when I showed up the next morning, he said the bike I wanted was sold and they would have to build another. That was pretty beat. I saw a used one with 100 miles on it an bought that one instead and saved myself a few bucks. They did have crazy cheap prices on the KTM 390 adventure and that's the bike I bought.

Went there walked around for about 10 to 15 minutes without anyone saying anything to me. I left then Eventually came back walked around for 5-10 minutes again no help I finally had to walk up to someone and say anybody work here in sales. Got some help finally. very understaffed. I was a buyer ready to buy I ended up buying else where due to the lack of customer service

Fair selection of bikes and prices but the showroom floor help is far from exceptional. Spent 25mins walking around while 2 salesman and manager not once came up to me to discuss a sale, so i just walked out. Sucks this is the closest ktm dealer to me but I guess I ll have to check out waynesburg.

I bought my EX300 from Bentleys last March. They had the best price, lots of accessories available. They got the deal done quick and I was on my way. The bike has been great, I enjoy it every time I take it out. I will look to Bentleys first for my next purchase. Thanks

I'm writing this review as a long-distance buyer. I'm happy to say that the gentlemen at Bentley's did a great job and I'm really happy with the bike and the experience.Browsing online, I found a used Triumph Tiger XRT that fit my needs, but I live about 350 miles from Murrysville. For anyone who has bought a motorcycle long-distance, you know this comes with its own set of issues that need to be thought of ahead of time. My initial communication with salesman Nate was top notch! Nate did a great job of answering my many questions and providing extra pictures -- he helped me become confident enough to take the long journey to PA. We decided I would visit him the next day, and ride the bike home.Upon arriving at the dealership we found a small unexpected problem with the bike and the techs got right to work troubleshooting it. While the techs were hard at work, I had time to talk with the rest of the Bentley's team team, and really I enjoyed dealing with each one of them. Robin the sales manager and JJ the general manager were both fantastic to deal with. They both strike me as honest, down-to Earth good guys who just want to run a good operation. They took an interest in me and my situation and they worked hard to make the situation work for everyone. I've dealt with several powersports dealerships and I have to say these guys at Bentley's really are great.By the end of the day I was confident that I was in good hands - we came to an agreement about the bike, filled out the paperwork, I rode it off the lot. Extra shout-out to Kyle who helped show me the bike's controls before I got her on the road -- even though this is primarily a KTM dealership, Kyle figured out super-complicated Triumph digital menus in no time flat. I've owned Triumphs for years and I still can't figure it out myself sometimes!Whether you're long-distance like me or you're local, I suggest you give Bentley's a shot. This review has no strings attached, it's just my honest opinion. I wanted to share my positive experience because I believe in supporting small business in America and these guys did a great job. It's really unfortunate that this is my closest Yamaha dealer. I have been in the store twice, once to browse, and once a few months ago with the intention to buy an R7. I spoke with a salesman who I cannot recall the name of, but I lead off the conversation by stating that I currently ride a Triumph and that it had been rear-ended and it was in the shop awaiting parts. The salesman immediately told me that the local Triumph dealer has a notoriously slow service center, and that I could be waiting months for it to be fixed. He was happy to get me on a call list when an R7 arrived, and that it would be a much better choice than my current bike because parts and service would be much better.Unbeknownst to this salesman, I have a great relationship with said Triumph dealer, whos entire sales team has treated me like a friend from the first time I walked into their showroom. They have an excellent service department, and the time I did wait for my bike to be repaired was due to my bike being an emergency drop-off, rather than a scheduled appointment.It left a bad taste in my mouth that anyone on this sales team would lead off with a potential new customer by talking down on a competitor, rather than talking about the merits of the bike I was interested in buying, or the quality of their service department, or quite literally anything else.In the future when I look to buy a new Yamaha, I will be going to Hillview or Fivestar (all the way in Duncansville, where I bought my first). I will not be doing business with anyone who is that unprofessional.

I went in to Bentley's more to daydream over an rzr because I thought they were a lil out of my reach.. When I started talking to Stan "salesman" I told him what I could afford a month and he called me the next day and was able to beat that by $50 a month and was able to get the color I wanted shipped to the store within 24hrs.. I'm very happy with the service Stan provided me.. He was not pushy and the price he told me from the very beginning was the price I got! Thank u

Great experience with these folks. Called and got an OTD price on a 2023 KTM 450 SX-F. Price + fees were clearly disclosed on their website, no funny business or added charges on the back end. Best price I found, by far. Drove 2.5 hrs to pick it up, was in and out in no time. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

Doesn t even deserve a one star I ve bought side x sides , quads and dirt bikes off them for over 15years .I went to them in 2020 looking for a general and they call me said they could not get it so I went else where to get it cause it s the only one I wanted upon purchasing my new general I spent thousands there on upgrades had a arm blow out told me couldn t do it soon check back cause people who bought from them are 1st and recently my check engine came on and was told if I bought it there I d would be moved up on the list to get it looked at .. service man was rude told me check back in a few weeks maybe a month or so I called another Polaris dealer they told me to bring it in Monday I will never spend another dime at this establishment

The parts lady was very knowledgeable and she rides herself competitively. I think she was a city champion she was very knowledgeable on parts and the way motorcycles should run. I came for a service, get tires, check brakes and you get a balance. So the whole staff was very friendly very knowledgeable and nice for the most part.

Let me just share facts about my buying experience with Bentleys/Polaris. I agreed to purchase a quad at a specific price. After I gave a deposit to order the quad I was told that there could possibly be a 5% Increase. If so I was not obligated to buy it if I chose not to. After 5 months of waiting for it not much of a surprise there was a 5% increase. I still agreed to buy it if I could have gun racks at no charge put on (59.99 on Amazon). I was told no deal and asked for deposit back. When I told salesman Nate that I was giving a bad review he hung the phone up on me. I will take my business elsewhere.

John and Jeff in the parts department are second to none.. I found a pair of boots that I was dying to get my hands on had been discontinued. Through local shop help, we determined that the last set of these boots in retail existence was on the shelf at Bentley's.. Which is on the opposite side of the country from where I live. Bentley's is not an online retailer so I thought I was out of luck. I gave them a call, and Jeff and John worked hard and fast, helped me out 100% and not only gave me a great price, but shipped them fast and affordable as well.For a local shop that does not do online sales, they went so far above and beyond, it goes to show that there is still kind and helpful people and establishments out there.Thanks Bentley's!!

Ordered parts from dealer for a 2015 r3 i bike sold from here. I ended up not needing the handle bar because it didn t come with all the weights and plastic PCs you need plus it was expensive so I returned it before I even picked it up and they wanted to charge me 20 percent restocking fee . Why wouldn t you keep it on the shelf . I spend a lot of money here along with neighbors bad expensive think my next big purchase will be elsewhere.

Do not buy a quad here unless you want the run around and every salesman/finance trick attempted on you. (There s only 1 salesman who answers other phone calls 6 times while you re sitting down negotiating.) This place is a joke. They falsely advertised a quad causing me to drive 1.5 hours with a trailer. They even verified on the phone the exact quad and price only to find out this was a lie once I arrived. The financial guy is a joke as well. I have excellent credit and the only loan he mentioned to me was a high percentage rate loan. Until I said wait a minute, are there any other options? He said actually, wait yeah, I have one for half the APR. But I just need pay stubs, employment verification, among other items. Sure enough I did not have these. So his reply it s only 7% more, that s nothing. Plus you will have it paid off early. Okay pal, so you will make more commission on higher APR loan and it has no affect on you when I pay it off. I ended up buying this year older quad as I pulled teeth trying to get it for same online, falsely advertised price of newer model year. I figured I drove 1.5 hours with a trailer, I my as well, and promised myself I would never ever go back in my lifetime and I hope this dishonest sale was worth losing a potential recurring customer. For. Ever.

First time stopping in as a very new rider can be intimidating. The sales manager and the gentleman working in parts were very very knowledgeable and happy to answer all questions. I actually got the same deals here as online. Plammed on just trying on boots to order online and left very satisfied and got everything I needed. Highly recommend.

I called and spoke to Nate over the phone to see if they had a 2022 KTM 125SX in stock, as our local dealers in Michigan were out of stock. They had one, and over the phone I was able to place a hold on it for a couple days until we arrived. Nate and the team were great to work with. We even purchased a STACYC while there as their prices were lower than any place we had looked. They had a huge selection of bikes and their parts department helped get the accessories we needed. I have a very happy 14 year old that has started racing his new bike.

Great little shop, matches price when ordering in tires. My only negative is the price to mount and balance keeps going up. I have my receipt from a year ago and it costs about 80 per tire. Just paid 130 for one tire to be mounted. Not outside what can be normal but I know cheaper shops. I'll come back but not for tires to be mount and balanced.

I'd been thinking about getting back into motorcycling and sent out e-mail messages to several KTM dealers for a pricing quote on the 2020 KTM 390 Adventure. Most dealers responded back with a quote at full MSRP with full freight & setup costs added into the price. I received a quote back from the sales manager at Bentley's offering a discount not only on the motorcycle but also waiving the freight & setup fees. I was shocked that he could offer such a good price on a new motorcycle and decided to go-ahead with purchasing the bike. Since I live a good distance away from Bentley's, I phoned in my order and left a credit card deposit. Today I picked up the bike and everything went flawlessly. The sales manager greeted me upon my arrival and was very professional and courteous. I worked with the finance manager to make payment and the sales associate showed me the basic operation of my new motorcycle. They both helped me load the bike onto my motorcycle hitch carrier and showed me how to properly tie it down for transport. I have nothing but good things to say about how I was treated at Bentley's. They really took care of me and treated me with respect. Well done guys!

Great people. 4 bikes in last two summers and every time was a pleasant experience. Hour and half drive but well worth it for me.Update. Tried calling there for the last year or so to check inventory and get prices on bikes. Leave messages for Nate or whoever. Dont wait to get called back or any messages answered. The sales department fell apart I guess. Went from 5 stars to 1
