Took my 05 Civic in for preventative repairs costing 1500. Needed new radiator, cost over 800 a week or so later. Had to return it within 7 miles of driving. After guessing for over 3 weeks they wanted 1300 more. That did not happen. Been going there for close to 20 years. My confidence in critical repairs is gone. Should have taken it to the dealership for the timing belt. Sorry.

Gib and team are the best. I trust them to let me know what needs doing to keep my vehicles safe.The text reminders and emailed invoices are really nice as well

I have been going to 380 Auto for 26 years and I never even consider going anywhere else. The main reason is they are trust worthy. They also try to accommodate special requests in terms of timing, quick ride etc. Sometimes they also fixed little things I didn't ask for. I recommend them in a heartbeat.

Was available on short notice and very accommodating with drop off and pickup after hours. Very friendly and courteous and prices are reasonable. Didn't suggest unneeded extras to drive up the price. I would highly recommend them for your future auto and truck repair needs.

Second time I've taken my 2005 Subaru Forester there for service, and have been very pleased with their work. I will highly recommend this repair shop to anyone in need of auto repair!

Honest, professional, trustworthy, and quality work! It is very hard to find a honest and trustworthy mechanic, but I have finally found one in 380 Auto! Always extremely satisfied with their work.

Every time I brought my vehicle in to get something repaired, soon as I drove it off the lot, something else was wrong with it. This happened three different times. I wouldn't recommend going here.

I have been taking my vehicles to 380 Auto & Truck Repair as long as I have been driving. They are dependable, trustworthy, and they do a fantastic job fixing my vehicle when there is a problem.

Got us in quick, allowed after hours pick up and drop off. Didnt try to add on more work than required. Will be back again and highly recommend

Had new brake lines installed. They now are working well again. My first time there and I am pleased with there service.

They needed to remove my gasket and instead of doing so, they left it and put another one next to it, causing a fuel leak that could have blown my engine.
