Very helpful. Stopped a couple weeks ago and one of the guys check my tire pressure and put air in all 4 tires. He also educated me on how often tires should be checked. Did not charge me a cent. Stopped a second time because my tire light did not go off. He told me no appointment necessary and I could come back to have car put on computer to check sensors. Went today and all was taken care of, including oil change. Everyone was very kind and couldn t be more satisfied. Will continue to go to Steve Shannon and when time comes to purchase new tires, if the price is right I will buy there.

Justin really helped me out. My check engine light was on, and within minutes he was able to show me what was wrong. He explained to me in terms that were easy to understand, and sent me on my way knowing exactly what I needed to order.

I would say this is a preferred location to go to if you need real service towards your car. My tires were flat as I was on my way to work and of course that happens when I have to be at work for a certain time. I urgently needed service and called the Williamsport location and they were too busy and told me I had to wait towards the end of the day. I called this location and when I say they took me in super fast even on their busy schedule, I was pleasantly grateful that I was able to get my tires completed. Mr. Williams was not only delivering exceptional customer service but also making my cost affordable. Thank you Mr. Williams for looking out for me. Many shops take advantage of hard working people like myself but you and your crew are really there for the people. I can speak on my experience and say I recommend everyone to come here for your car needs.

The last 4x, I got 2 different vehicles towed to Steve Shannon, and each time, I explicitly stated over the phone what the problems were only for them to call me back and say oh I gotta get the vehicle towed to another garage SMDH. I was able to tow the vehicle to the Bloomsburg location, and they fix the problems both time with no issues at all. The Steve Shannon in muncy is the worst one. If you can make it to the Bloomsburg location, DO IT. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO Steven Shannon in MUNCY. 90% of the time, they will tell you they can t do the work and you need to tow it to another garage.

This facility is a joke. I took my vehicle here 2 weekends in a row and got refused service both times. 2/3/24 I stopped in around 11:00 and wanted to drop off my vehicle for an inspection and oil change. They had told me that there was 4 people ahead of me and that they wouldn't be able to get to my vehicle. So I left and figured I would try again the following weekend. This time I dropped off my vehicle the night prior 2/9/24 so I assumed that would give them plenty of time. The next day 2/10/24 I got a call around 2:00 and they told me that they wouldn't be able to get my vehicle in even though there was still 3 hours left of there work day. I literally dropped my vehicle off the night before and they had the whole entire day to do about an hours worth of work. I have been going to this facility for some time now but after this experience I don't think I will continue.Sincerely,A paying customer

Not happy about the sloppy service I received in Muncy today! Now after hours, and I have to bring my vehicle back. I need it Monday but guess that won't happen! I expect a call. You have my number in the system. Don't you all test vehicles after fixing? I had two tires replaced and they are making so much noise!! This happened before. If as before, it is because of where they put the weights! Did the audible rub not clue them in to adjust?

I wanted to wait with my vehicle. My car was in the shop within 10 minutes, the work ( 4 tires and inspection ) completed within 2 hours. Test drive on highway very smooth at 75 mph. Will definitely use Shannon again for my next vehicle.

I had a very good experience at Steve Shannons in Muncy. The staff were pleasant the whole time there. Justin was especially nice and helpful. I was given a ride home while they worked on my car. They put front brakes on and shaved down my rotors instead of trying to sell me new rotors like the other place I took my car to for an oil change. Their mechanic, Lewis, went above and beyond, because he popped out my bummer for me. I'm so appreciative of that. I plan on returning to Steve Shannons for regular maintenance of my car.Sincerely,Carmen

I had a flat in my driveway right before work at 7am. I called right before they opened and they answered me and got me in immediately, first person, no hesitation. The person who answered the phone was so kind, and the guy at the desk when I walked in was so friendly and also so kind and so nice. I have an hour drive to work so I was in a panic and they helped me out tremendously.

Excellent customer service with friendly agents and quick turnaround. In at 8:30 & done by 10:30 for rear brakes & rotors. And they even came to pick me up so I could retrieve my vehicle.

I had an issue with my front tire, they took my car right in, told me what it was and fixed it. I was there for approximately 20-25 minutes. They did a great job!

I needed YouTube's put in 10-in tires for my generator. I appreciate them sending me to Tractor Supply to get my tubes. But I think $32 was a bit steep just to put the inner tubes in. They were split hubs they were easy to do and probably only took a half hour. Or should have anyhow.

Quick service but I did ask them to look at my spare tire and see if the slow leak could be fixed. They put a new valve stem on and charged me even though that didn't fix the leak. I understand that the wheel was rusty but I thought maybe they could cut me a break...other than that I've been happy with them.

Took my vehicle to be inspected and oil change. Man at counter said I was looking at 2 hour wait. Very polite. Want to say it was just a little over hour and half. I will be back for all my car needs. Very close and convenient to where I live

Had a flat tire that couldn't be fixed called them and they said they would get my car in. They were able to put new tires on and change the oil without any wait time. Very happy. Have been going there for years and will continue.

Always helpful and friendly. They explain the work needed in simple terms without the pressure of a sales pitch. My car has a long history with them and runs as well as it does because of the great work they do.

Although they do a great job putting on tires I would not recommend them for inspections. Told us my son s car had a cracked head and it was nothing more than a loose oil cap. Tightened it down and voila oil leaking solved. Charged him 70 dollars to fail inspections and if it wasn t for my husband being somewhat handy with car maintenance and discovering the issue would have cost us another who knows what at a dealership to get checked

While traveling to Pennsylvania, my tire pressure light came on. The Muncy location took me in quickly, checked it out, and had me back on the road in no time (and with a complimentary cup of coffee). Great service!

Went in to have a oil&lube, and check slow leak in rear tire.. called and said needed two new tires. When inspection was done we re fine, do not put many miles on vehicle. Was going to wait on tires, but fix the tire with slow leak, said they had, asked if was a nail or, could be or a piece of metal. Two days later the low pressure light came on tire was never fixed. Will not go back to Shannon Tire.

Steve Shannon tire and Auto are the only people I use I've been using them for a long time now I have always been fair to me they've always been kind they've always been courteous they're amazing whoever is listening to this come down and hang out you'll see how they treat their customers they treat them with respect beyond belief anything I've ever went to before the automotive industry is highly competitive these guys are a no-brainer the first time you go there like me you're hooked so polite so cool and the prices are good too it's just amazing the parking lot is always full I'm giving him a kudos

Walked in on a Saturday 5 minutes before closing. I was in a panic because my tire valve stem was damaged, leaking and I didn't have a spare. Being that they are closed on Sundays I wouldn't be able to get to work early Monday morning. They immediately took my tire, replaced the stem and sent me on my way with no charge... THANK YOU JUSTIN!
