It s unfortunate, but Napa-Muncy isn t what it used to be back when it was located over on South Market in Muncy. Every experience with this place has incrementally gotten worse every time I ve dealt with them. They have poorly trained, incompetent employees because they turn over like crazy. I have personally and professionally (commercial account) stopped shopping here as of today.Here s a good example. Headlight retaining clips for a superduty Napa Muncy claims dealer only after I gave them the Dorman number I went to advance and they were on the shelf.Another example, they can t honor part warranties because their employees are so poorly trained that they can t understand how the process works, so it s just not warranty in their eyes..Don t waste your time here. Go see the guys @ Advance in Montoursville.

Had no idea this was here! Bright, well stocked store with very friendly staff. Finally found fuel line needed after three other stops, thanks!

Very good independently owned NAPA Auto Parts store. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Competitive prices. Quality Parts. Vast inventory in stock and if not in stock they have several other independently owned NAPA Auto Parts stores to source additional inventory

Knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices. Have had better luck with OEM or near OEM type replacement parts from here than the two red sign stores.
