I had service done on many occasions and spent lots of $$$$ just for my $21,000 traverse to be totaled not even a month after a tie-rod was replaced and my vehicle was then inspected by the SAME garage. I highly DO NOT recommend anyone using this garage for the safety of theirselves and their family.

Very pleased with everyone here, I made an PA inspection appointment online quite easily and was greeted warmly by the manager. Although my tires would pass inspection, Garrett showed me how one was iffy. Since winter is coming, I decided to replace two of them. They sourced the tires for me to match and were very understanding when I missed my appointment due to illness. Nice people, waiting area and competitive pricing.

I've had mixed experiences with the shop. However, they've always done their best to make it right. Jason, the store manager, is more than happy to help get you where you need to be. The shop guys will take you and explain what's going on if need be as well. Laid back but professional.

Excellent service! Jason took the time to explain exactly what my car needed, and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable, and gave me great customer service. Everyone I delt with polite and friendly. Will definitely be going back when my car needs serviced!

Fabulous place! Very informative and kept me up to date on all my cars needsEdited to add: I was in an accident today, and because the mechanic explained how my rear brakes needed replacing now, and while I could wait on the front, he wouldn t recommend it. I got all the brakes and managed to stop a three car accident from becoming a four car accident. Customer for life now.

went to get a new tire with five kids 6 and under. They were fabulous with getting us in and out and dealing with kids. The kids had a great time in the very nice waiting room with a tv. The guys all were nice and quick. We will definitely be going back and referring friends and family!

Excellent service. From the Manager all the way to their Employee's. They do such a thorough check on my vehicle. Always walk away satisfied. Quality service. Will never go anywhere else. Thank you for you honest and great service. Prices you can not beat.

I'm definitely not a bot, but workers are very well mannered, got the job done wayy faster then I originally expected and they try to work wonders with ya pricing. Nice clean shop and they actually EXPLAINED everything that was wrong, and could or couldn't be fixed by them. Got recommendations and etc. Overall I found a new autoshop.

Would have cost me $1000 more, easily.I want to thank the management and service tech's at JW/Mavis Muncy for their commitment to excellence. The work I had completed on my vehicle would have easily cost me a lot more anywhere else. They took responsibility for any issues that occurred in the process and gave me some deep discounts on parts and labor. New control arms, spindle knuckles, bearings, sway bar, and tires... Looking forward to this drive!

Kindest group of mechanics I have come across. Called on a Sunday because my car broke down and they took the time to see me. My car ended up being totaled and Rodney offered to give me a ride to my hotel. Made a very bad day a little easier. I would recommend them to anyone. I never leave reviews but felt compelled to leave this one.

Highly recommend this place, I had a great experience here. Best service I ve received at an auto shop, so I will be back. Checked in before a long drive to make sure I was all set, and Rodney and Garrett took awesome care of me. The tech Nate worked quickly and was great too.

Staff at Jack Williams were fantastic! Friendly and timely. Stand up mechanics as well! There was an issue with a tire pressure sensor, instead of passing along the issue to me the customer they made it right! It s hard to find honest garages and this was a great experience!

Excellent service and job--4 tires and frt end alignment in and out is about and hour. Tires had proper pressure and rims tight. Good job manager and staff, excellent.

Came back for a 3rd time for a tire installation from these guys. I got excellent service every time. The Tech, Will, and Manager, Rodney, are very friendly and provide great service. 10/10 coming back for my next set of tires.

Fixed a leak in our tire that two shops couldn t find. Front desk and technician were amazing and so helpful. 10/10 recommend. Super quick and affordable.

I'm not a fan. I scheduled an appointment to have my oil changed and arrived 5 minutes early as usual. 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, my vehicle was still in the parking lot. (4 vehicles that arrived after me were taken into the garage bays for tires/service) I grabbed my keys and left. I will never go back. For clarification, this is the Jack Williams in Muncy Pa.

I was traveling through the area and had a piece of metal in my tire which was causing it to deflate. I found these guys through Google and they immediately got me in and fixed the problem quickly so I could continue my journey. They were also very friendly and accommodating.

Customer service is outstanding but vehicle maintenance is a nightmare. I used to take my vehicle here all the time until I started connecting the dots. My old car started having issues left and right up to the point I had to trade it in. I take my new vehicle here for an oil change. All of a sudden my NEW car started doing all the same things my old car did. I found my lugnuts loose, which is why my vehicle was shaking... my rotars sound like they are warping now, my alignment is off which is wasnt not prior...the list could go on. I haven't drove my new car since I had taken it to this shop. They had offered for me to bring it back in for them to look at but I refuse to let them ever touch another vehicle I own. Would not recommend. If your having issues, save yourself the headache and take your vehicle elsewhere.
