I went here to help my parents get a car because there only car wouldn't pass inspection. I even offered to go to my bank to get a loan to do there job for them and still haven't heard from them. I had to go to a different dealership to get a car. This place has very poor customer service I dont know how they sell cars very disappointed I would rate them negative stars if possible. I recommend any other dealership skip this place it's a major joke

Entire lift gate was replaced, including the back up camera. In reverse, no lines! Camera needs reprogrammed! Dealership was very courteous. Appointment was shorter than expected. Now, just need reimbursed by the insurance company!

As far as I'm concerned, they did a great job for me. They actually called me to inform me that Toyota extended their frame warranty/ recall ( which I didn't even know about ). As it turned out, my 2009 Tacoma frame had 2 areas of concern. After they did the inspection of the frame, they said that they will be ordering me a new frame. Now, I'm just waiting for it to come in, so they can install it. That's a pretty big and technical project that will take 2 techs probably 2, if not 3 days to complete. All at no charge to me. So as always, I give Toyota , and I also give Ciocca Service Dept .

Sales associate Jade Foltz was great from the beginning to end, will go there for future purchases..
