Awesome buying experience! They worked with me every step of the way, mostly online too. They were very responsive, knowledgeable,and helpful through the car buying process. They were negotiable and flexible, willing to drive the car out to a designated spot for the transaction. I talked to several Toyota dealerships over a month span and Ciocca had the best price and friendliest team!

I had my annual inspection and emissions testing performed at Ciocca Toyota of Williamsport. As always, the staff was professional, efficient, and friendly. Services were completed in a timely manner as I waited in a clean and comfortable sitting area. Costs were affordable, with no gouging. I highly recommend Ciocca Toyota for your next vehicle inspection.

Tim Willets is amazing. I can't believe he was able to get me the car that i wanted even though it wasn't on his lot. He took amazing care of me. I have never had anyone take the time & have so much patience . He's great at explaining the things usually I wouldn't understand. I also didn't think I could touch a car like he got me into . I highly recommend you see him before you go anywhere else. He won't try to take you for a ride as far as price gouging . I shopped around & if i did find something at a decent price it wasn't what I wanted. As a woman I have experienced that too many times throughout my life, Tim made me feel comfortable. I was so happy with the price and his attentiveness. I couldn't believe it. Thank-you so much Tim. You are a great salesman & has been there for all my questions . Even came in on his day off for me . Thank you Tim . You really have Great salesmanship .

I can't thank Brennan at Ciocca Toyota enough for his outstanding customer service!!I had been searching for months for a 22 Toyota Highlander XLE. On a couple of occasions I was close to making the purchase with different dealerships but had very disappointing outcomes due to being long distance and out of state. I had reached a point I was ready to change my search and settle for something other than a Toyota.My luck changed when I finally located my vehicle at Ciocca Toyota and began working with Brennan and the team (Nathan and Braydon).Brennan quickly put my concerns with purchasing a vehicle long distance and out of state to rest. He was very understanding and patient with answering my questions. When I didn't expect him to answer my texts after hours, Brennan replied. We're so happy with our Highlander and our experience with you and Ciocca Toyota.Thanks again Brennan!

I was involved with Ciocca for 2 years, 3 different sales people. 2 got promoted, and Ralphina Mocca was able to coordinate the arrival of the perfect Tundra that I had asked for at my initial visit 2 years prior, yesterday 6/28/23. I have nothing but good things to say about all this staff. We have been loyal Toyota customers for many many years. We, my immediate family and I have purchased at least a dozen or more vehicles from this location!

Ralphina is a wonderful sales person. She is friendly, knowledgable and helpful!!!! Unfortunately, within the 7 months of owning my 2023 Rav 4 it has needed the brakes fixed twice. The staff was friendly and I am hopeful that I won t need to take my vehicle in for the same service again.

They got me in for a recall to my vehicle and then not only tried charging me for the recall, but tried charging me for a bunch of extra maintenance that my car didn t need (it had just been inspected). DON T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. The person who tried scamming me was Travis Hess his response to my questioning about them trying to charge me for the recall was Toyota didn t put the wrong battery in your car. Really Travis? Then why was I instructed to take my Toyota vehicle to a Toyota dealership for the repair?! AGAIN, DON T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Here s another positive review for Ralphina and the Ciocca team! I searched on line for about a month before finding the model and color Tundra i wanted, but it was located at a dealer out of the area. Ralphina was able to do a vehicle swap with the dealer, and two days later I became the owner! Considerate and courteous are two words that come to mind regarding my experience at Ciocca Toyota! Thanks for everything!

We had a really good experience buying our first new vehicle at Ciocca Toyota. Our salesman was Matt Lockard and he was great to work with and was very informative. Braydon Cross helped us with the financial paperwork at the end and was also very easy to work with and made the paperwork as painless as possible. Thanks again for a great vehicle!

My wife got there late yesterday coming from Sayre and the staff accommmodated her every question, even staying later than closing to finish the paperwork so she could drive home in the tundra. We had a great experience at Ciocca Toyota buying our first new car in 20 years. Tim Willets was very professional and accommodating with the sale of our 2024 Toyota Camry. He took time to demonstrate all the features, answered all of our questions and helped us set-up sound packages. Brent and Nathan were helpful and informative with the financing. Highly recommend!

I signed a loan adding GAP Insurance and a Maintenance Plan that added around $1000 to the loan. Within a week I canceled. They were supposed to send the money to Toyota Financial so they could take it off my loan. Toyota Financial said they never received anything. Called at least 5 times. A few times they said they would call back which they never did. This has been going on for over 2 months now.

I went in for an oil change. Clayton informed me about other services I might need. He went over the detailed report generated from my car information. He was never pushy and always polite. I truly felt that he just wanted me to be aware of any issues that showed up and to be safe. Great experience
