Needed a tow on a Saturday afternoon and this is who AAA dispatched. Guy called me and told me he would not tow it to my house (18 miles) or my parents (13 miles). He would only tow it to his shop. Said he was short on people. Explained that I was going to be out of town the following week and I would feel more comfortable if it was at my house. He had quite the attitude with his refusal and seemed offended that I didn't want it sitting at his shop. Unsure why he couldnt provide the sevice that AAA contracts him for. The next person may have just had to wait a little longer. That's how it works. You take care of the customers in the order they come. Roadside service is very rarely an expedient process. However, the guy I got to replace this guy was to me within 15 minutes and towed me home.

I had to call AAA and they sent Rich out to haul my truck on a rollback, super nice kid came very professional and quick service your company was a pleasure to deal with !!!

Got stuck in the middle of the state and needed a tow to the closest MINI dealership - about an hour and a half away. Bill from Carr s handled the job very professionally and provided for great conversation during the long ride. MINI service was closed but he was kind enough to drop me off at my hotel before he headed back to Muncy, PA.Really great service! Thank you!

I purchased a trailer from them. Paperwork and instructions were ready when I got there. In and out in a half hour. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and service deoartment.

We got a flat tire on I80. Couldn t get the tire off. Rich came out and took care of us. Could not be more thankful.
