Great experience all around! They have a great selection and they don t have what you want in stock they ll get it in for you! I picked up a new Polaris quad and the transaction was smooth and the machine was clean and ready to rip!Larry on their sales staff was helpful and kept it fun! They also carry clothing, riding leathers and parts and accessories. Their showroom has a ton of awesome stuff! 5/5

Bought my 21 Challenger here last August from Larry. Great guy and very helpful as he too rides a Challenger. They've had some turnover in the parts / maintenance dept. but these days that's pretty much normal anywhere. They have a decent selection of clothing and accessories there as well. Overall a great place to do business!

Had service done. The guy at Service desk wasn t the most welcoming. The lady was nice. Efficient. Brent was our mechanic. I would highly recommend him. Super cool, friendly & knowledgeable. DEFINITELY using him when we need to get more service done. Even on our Harley, we will be getting service done here. Thanks.

Cannot say enough about this business! Travelling from Canada to Tennessee to meet up with the Run for the Wall Motorcycle Ride on my new Pursuit DH Premium and this was the only business kind enough to fit me in for my mandatory first oil change and inspection. Others claimed 2 months and one told me I could do an oil change in their parking lot. Best Line told me to be there at 9 am and their end price was amazingly low as they fit a guy in that called two days prior. Great job and great business! Bought their company Indian shirt and tell this story often.

Found and priced a cheaper 4wheeler at another place. Called here for a price that was much cheaper. Ended up with the premium model, 5 yr warranty and parts for a little more over the original price in Altoona. The freight cost here alone saved us 700$. Our sales man was also great, accommodating and knowledgeable! We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase.

Awesome dealership. I was passing through and they managed to get me serviced on short notice and found a replacement gas cap for me on a Saturday. Good people and good service.

Called this place on 12/05/22 at 9:30 am from out of state looking to trade my 21' Chieftain Darkhorse Icon and 22' Chief against a 22' Pursuit Darkhorse advertised on line. Spoke with John who took down the information on my bikes and said he'd call me back with a number for my trade. No call back all day so understanding people get busy, phone numbers get misplaced, ect., I called back at 4:30 pm. Was told John was busy with customers and would get back to me as soon as he finished up. (place is open to 7pm) It's now the next day just after lunch and still no call back. Against my better judgement I called back again. Got put on hold for 5 minutes then gave up. I'll leave you with this. If your not interested in somebody's business tell them straight up! Don't string them along. If whoever it is that does the appraisals is not available or took the day off; make a simple phone call to let the customer know. Don't play the put them on hold and wait for them to hang up game. If this is how this place does business when your looking to buy something, imagine if you actually bought a bike here and had an issue.

Very nice dealer . Massive inventory of superb Indian motorcycles . With proper license and safety gear . You can road test the scooter you like. Indian motorcycles have a long history of being the premier Harley Davidson competitors . After a test ride ....... I am tempted to say , no competition ! The Indian motorcycle is superlative to the Harley product in every category . A lot more horsepower from the factory ( even the Sporster class Scouts get 100 HP str8 from the factory !) Having test driven Harleys "hot? " offerings , power and delivery pale in comparison to the Indian bikes . It is no wonder. Indian cycle has completely embarrassed Harley at nearly every. V-twin race this season . Only lack of flexibility , compromise , or incentives prevented a 5 star review .

At the end of a 2 week ride in the Catskills/Poconos we got a flat tire on our Victory Crossroads, called Best Line at 9am they immediately headed to us (30 miles) picked the bike up returned to shop, new tire was installed and we were on our way home @ 1. 300 miles later we made it home. Thanks to all the guys that helped us out.

Love the crew at Best Line! Jeremy and Justin in service are awesome! They have not only serviced our Slingshot for the last 3 years - they have helped us customize it as well. We have never been disappointed! Thanks guys for always exceeding our expectations!

Was interested in a atv here, got approve for one, but the machine needed a new battery, I was told that they would put a new battery in it come Monday, and pretty much I ve been getting the run around with the machine for 2 weeks about how they haven t been able to look at it. Blah blah blah. If all it needs was a battery, I m pretty sure someone there can take 10min to do so for a paying customer. Instead my credit score dropped a few points all for nothing. Really hope they change there way of doing business for certain customers.

The service department was excellent when I took my Ranger in for warranty repair. Great communication and explanations as to what the problem was. To top it off, the unit was not even purchased there. They will be getting my business for future accessory purchases.

Service/parts guys are great. Brought my ATV in for recall, no BS. Got it in, fixed it, washed it and loaded for me. As far as dealerships go, they are top notch.

Great showroom, very accommodating staff. Walked in asked for a test drive and I was riding the bike in 10 minutes. Dale was very friendly and answered all questions. Selections were fantastic.

This place is great I've never had any issues. I purchased my bike from them in 2018 and everytime I go there they take great care of me and are super friendly. Highly recommend this place.

I walked in and there were 4 different employees hiding behind there desks and computers and not one of them asked if i needed help, (i did have a question about a quad on there site that was suppose to be in stock but wasnt) i left. Horrible first impression and exsperience, will not be going back. Thank you i will return and give another try thank you!

Brought in my 2017 450 ho for new radiator they are like stick I m like yeah thought I won the lottery shoving a stick through it turns out it s very common and they wanted $ 400.00 for a new one and $ 135.00 to install it got the same one off amozon for $ 80.00 and took only an hour to install not going to lie seems shady to me hope this helps someone out before they get ripped off
