On March 16, 2024 I was driving back to my home in Canada when I drove over debris on I 83 and blew a tire. The next morning I was shopping around for a tire replacement. Not being familiar with the area my first stop was Mavis Discount Tire as their add was very informative. As I approached the counter the two gentlemen were quick to assist. I explained the situation. Although It was busy my car was taken into the shop promptly. The service tech called me into the shop and showed me the damage to the tire. There was a slit in the sidewall and could not be repaired. Unfortunately my tire is an oddball size and the shop did not have one in stock. In the meantime the tech noticed the front skirt was hanging due to the accident on the highway. They attached the skirt. He looked up the other Mavis outlets in the area, but none had the tire in stock. He stated they could order a tire, but would not be delivered until 3:00 p.m. It was 10:am at the time and he knew I wanted to get on the road and get back to Canada. As a last resort he suggested I check with the competition up the street. I thanked them and took out my wallet to pay for the service provided. Both people at the counter told me to put the card away as there will be no charge. My wife and I thanked the gentlemen. Everyone involved were so helpful and we want to sincerely thank Mavis Discount Tire for the unbelievable service provided. On a side not, the competitor did have my size of tire and we were on our way back to Canada by 12;30 pm. Thanks so much Mavis Discount Tire.

Gave 5 stars. The assistant manager Sean was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Helped me with a flat tire. I would definitely recommend Mavis tire. Ask for Sean. You won't be disappointed.

Went to this store and Jack was great. I bought some headlight bulbs that I was having issues installing. He installed them for me and didn't charge. Very thankful and I will continue to have my services done at Jack Williams.

Excellent service and response.I go to Rob and he is very professional and knowledgeable. They have always provided assistance with check ups and maintenance of the car at reasonable price and with quality work.Would definitely use Jack Williams @ mountain top every-time.!

Amazing service! Brought my car in for a punctured tire on NYE and they got me in promptly. Got everything fixed up and was back on the road with no interruptions in my holiday plans. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend for their 11 out of 10 service!

I had a flat tire New years eve on Crestwood Industrial park road. I hit a crater pot hole as I was heading to the light on Mountain blvd. Had to get AAA to put my spare on. Anyway the tire that was ruined was previously purchased at Jack Williams in Mountain Top. The tire was warrantied for 12 months. The tire was purchased 2/2023. I called Tuesday 1-2-2024, spoke with Rob. Who informed me that it would cost $40.00For the new tire. All good right, wrong. Instead of $40.00, I was charged $128.59. I was informed that Rob said it was for the mounting and balancing. I have a friend who has been in the car business for 40 yrs, informed me the mounting and balancing is covered under the warranty. Let me be clear, their mechanics are awesome. Dear old Rob is a scam artist, and he just lost a customer. What I'm writing here will be on social media. Beware of Rob at Jack Williams

Recently had a flat tire after picking up a razor blade in my tire on my way home from work. I removed the tire and wheel off the car and while running to an appointment for my son I quickly stopped in at the Mountain Top location and asked them to fix the tire and ran back out the door so I wouldn t be late. Later that evening I returned to get an update on the repair, the manager told me it was done and I didn t owe them anything I didn t even buy the tire there. I offered to pay but he insisted it was nothing. Thank you sooooo much for the quick response and quality workmanship!! Thank you again!!

I was on my way to my relatives for the holidays and needed a flat repair and upon further investigation from your employees, I was in need of tires. I purchased 4 brand new Midas all season highway tires 60k tread. The price was $745 plus tax , I told them I would call back, which I wasn't going to until he said "wait I have a coupon for $20 off each tire." So I took the deal and made an appointment!When I got there 15 minutes early, they had me wait until my appointment time before pulling in my vehicle. The employees, about 5 of them, had 1 vehicle in one of the bays. So they pulled my car in and made me wait a full hour before finishing with my vehicle. Now it's time to pay, and they tried selling me a road hazard warranty that was supposed to be included when they quoted me for the tires. So I told them I'm not paying anything extra and they need to get better with making sure they are on the same page when talking to customers.**********BEWARE********* THEY MIGHT TELL YOU THE ROAD HAZARD IS INCLUDED IN YOUR ORIGINAL QUOTE BUT VERIFY WHEN YOU GET THERE BEFORE THEY START INSTALLING YOUR TIRES!!!

We ended up having a flat tire on the side of the road. Reached out and confirmed we could be seen. The service was great and were able to fix our issue very quickly and get us back on the road within an hour on a Sunday. Thank you to the incredible staff that made a bump in our road trip an easy fix!

I recently had a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon. My normal garage was closed so I tried Jack Williams. They took me right in and had it plugged in 30 minutes. It really was a great experience.

These guys went totally out of their way to help me out. They looked at my disabled car and helped me push it into their lot even though they knew the problem with my new car was covered under the dealership warranty. Great customer service!

My car needed new tires. I walked in and was greeted by the assistant manager, Bryan. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The tires were reasonably priced and I was quickly back on the road. Highly recommend!
