Best car buying experience I ve ever had from a dealer. I knew which car I wanted already, it was listed on a cars website. I sent an inquiry for a quote, and received clear quote for out the door price that evening. I arranged the deal with a quick phone call and when I arrived to buy the vehicle it took about half an hour to complete because all the paperwork was done ahead of time. Really great experience unlike typical dealers. Thank you!

Beware , they will completely blindside you with over exaggerated service times and a bill that is double or more than what was estimated. When asked to explain why they fumble over an explanation. I got charged over $800 in labor for front/rear differential fluid change, transfer case fluid change, an inspectionand new spark plugs. Not to mention they had my Jeep for 9 hours. They will do everything they can to extend service time and squeeze money out of you. My biggest complaint is that these prices were not discussed beforehand and greatly exceeds estimate stated on bill. To be blindsided like that is completely unacceptable.

First class!!! On my oil change. ALSOfirst class on another customer that was in the waiting area.. very elderly lady getting her car checked.. service guy came out to chat with her..her concern oil leak,..was a very small oil leak.. service guy was honest with her. For the amount of oil she loses only driving 1000 miles a yr not worth taking her money to fix it. My hat off to the wissler team for not taking advantage of the customer!!!not taking advantage of the lady!!!!

I recently bought a 2019 Honda CR-V and Patti was my sales associate. She was incredibly patient and showed me many options for vehicles once she knew what I was looking for. When I knew the CR-V was the one I wanted she was great at helping me figure out insurance, loans, etc. as this was my first car purchase from a dealer. I highly recommend Wissler Motors to anyone looking for a used vehicle, especially first-time car buyers!

Any oil change comes with a free car wash which is fantastic. Also, they have a playroom for parents with children to wait for services to be completed. Friendly, professional, and affordable!

I bought a 2019 Corolla Hatchback SE at Wissler Motors on 7/30/21. Tyler kindly greeted my mother and I at the door. Patti was wonderful, reassuring and so helpful during the entire process! I've had 5 beater cars beforehand; my last car purchase was a terrible ripoff from another dealership and they were very dishonest. Needless to say, my car buying skepticism had no place at Wisslers! Had my eye on this beauty for a couple weeks and was incredibly happy to drive out of their lot with this car. At 21, I finally have a dependable vehicle and a dealership I can trust. Great prices, too! Everything went smoothly. I'd definitely recommend Wissler Motors.

I had a good experience here after a bad experience at a different dealership (Quakertown Mitsubishi). Here, they are friendly, but straight foreward, don't have any extra fees, and they answered a few questions I had several days after buying the truck.

As a solo female purchasing a car, you can trust this dealership. Everything is upfront even on the website. The process was smooth sailing and easier than I imagined. There's no pushiness, and I had absolutely stellar service. Through word of mouth, I heard great things about Wissler and can give testimony that this was the best place to purchase a vehicle. I am so happy I went there.

It was easy to schedule the appointment in fact I called 40 minutes ahead of time and got right in. They even washed my vehicle for the same price as the garage up the street I usually go to charges for just the oil and filter change. I ve found my new garage. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

I bought a 2019 Toyota from Wissler in May 2021, right as the used car market was blowing up. I greatly appreciated that they did not try to jack up the price despite knowing what was coming. I have been using them for routine service and have been very satisfied. They have been fast and no problems have cropped up. I just went for pre-winter service and was pleasantly surprised to have it done in less than an hour. The car drives like a dream and I love it more than I ever thought I would love a car again. They also have a nice waiting area and a great loyalty discount. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Wissler in the future!

The service staff at Wissler are amazing! They are so helpful and nice! If you are unfortunate enough to have an interlock ignition installed in your car...this is the place to go get it installed and calibrated. You WILL have many problems with the Intoxilock Company. But Wissler was great helping me get through it. They always got me in right away and I never waited long! So a shout out to the service staff! You are great!

I recently took my 2006 Mazda 6 to Wissler Motors for a state inspection, emissions test, and an oil change and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Brent, the technician who worked on my car, was extremely professional and thorough. He took the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. The oil change was done quickly and my car passed the inspection and emissions test with flying colors. I highly recommend Wissler Motors for any of your car's needs. Five stars!

Very dissapointed with my service today. I had a nice, and quick experience last year but today I woke up at 6:30am to make it to a *scheduled* appointment for my car inspection at 8am, and didn't recieve my car back until after 3pm. I got a few calls and updates last one being around noon-ish, letting me know what didn't pass and I was told it would still be a little bit before it was ready to pickup but then i never got another call to let me know it was ready, so I eventually ended up just going in to check up on it and it was done. I don't know for how long it was ready for, but I'm very upset that it ended up taking my entire day for a car inspection.

I bought my 2011 Volvo S60 there about a year ago, after owning the car for about a year, let me tell you about my experience. Firstly, after two days of owning the car, there was a leaking front passenger tire. I fill it up, and it goes without needing a fill for about a month. Fast forward two months and I am filling the tire EVERY DAY. More on this later.Also, into a month of owning a car, the check engine light starts coming on. Not only that, but my gas gauge isn't working, and will tell me my car is empty even right after filling it up. The problem comes back for a few days, and then disappears for a couple weeks at a time, on and off. Also, more on this later.A month before needing inspection, it starts starting hard, and keep in mind, this car has 90,000 miles on it. I shouldn't really be dealing with any of these problems, maybe besides minor maintenance like an oil change or brakes.I take it to my mechanic, and it needs a fuel rail pressure sensor. $300 out of my pocket. He also says that both of the fuel tank sensors in my car are fried, which explains why the fuel level barely ever shows on my dash.Back to the tire leaking, today was the last straw. My front passenger side tire's side wall swelled up, and nearly blew up. I take the front tires off, and take them to Jim Robert's West Main Auto in Mount Joy. The driver's side is in good shape, but upon him inspecting the passenger side tire, he notices the wheel is actually CRACKED.He told me he couldn't put a tire on it, obviously. And that it is unsafe to drive it like that. I've been driving on this tire for months. I even plugged the previous hole on the tire before to get it to stop leaking, low and behold it's been leaking from the rim the entire time.I go home and inspect the wheel, and it's ALREADY BEEN FIXED BEFORE. You can literally see where they welded it, and sanded it down previously. There was also yellow paint covering it as well. This was a PROBLEM that was overlooked, rather, a problem that was worked on UNPROFESSIONALLY. And no wonder, an OEM wheel for this car goes for $585!!! Why wouldn't they just want to cover it up?I call them today, and ask what I can do. They "can't do anything because it's been over a year, but they can put a note on the manager's desk, but nothing will probably happen." This is ridiculous, what ever happened to taking care of your customers? This clearly is not my fault.All in all, save your money and your time. You go to this place, they're nice to you, but really they just have you in and out the door with your money in their pockets.I NEVER will recommend this place to ANYONE. I now have to spend over $600 just to get my vehicle back on the road, not including all the other times I've had to fix issues. I could have DIED if I did not notice this today. Look it up, "tires blowing up while driving" on YouTube, and you'll understand why I feel the way I do. Save your money, and go literally anywhere else. Do yourself the favor so you don't go through my experience!

The experience at Wissler was great. They pulled in my car soon after I arrived. It was just a general check-up and everything turned out great. There were no problems and I was out in a little over an hour. This was only my second visit and so far I don't feel like I am being oversold on work that needs to be done.

Please read if you value your hard earned money and time. We did a search to find and purchase a first generation Honda Odyssey online 95-98. Rare but Hondas first and most reliable minivan for our family of 6. Wissler Motors had a what appeared to be well maintained local owned and serviced 95 one owner in a seductive ad. So we inquired. Instantly they responded to our inquiries that the vehicle had issues. Intermittent no start. "Why not take the ad down" we asked. Basically it was not available until they fixed it. Being rare and we know how to diagnose and repair our own vehicles we asked to buy it as is. They agreed and literally dropped the wrench. We took a 10 hour trip. Mechanics were inexperienced. They left distributor cap bolts on the cowl, this thing had old plug wires. The body shop forgot the door handle springs for whatever reason they had them out. We had to repair a rear hatch water seal leak. They attempted to. Sales guy chipped the tint. And reamed a temp tag screw in sideways with a impact screwdriver. I have never witnessed such a hastily handled experience. Really nice big building but the experience took forever. They wanted every dime out of a 27 year old 140k mile minivan. They told us the total included tax/Title/Fees only we had to pay $386 more at the title bureau for tax. This is a used car dealership. They don't service the same or nearly close to a Honda dealership so all it has is basic stuff done and it was disheartening. 6 grand is way too much and they priced it just because. So we made it home and fixed everything and we love the vehicle but don't expect anything but greed and poor service from this place. If your desperate and local I guess it's the option most have their but stick to private sales when dealing used. Dealerships are now Stealerships nowadays.

Great place and they are great to have work done on your vehicle and are very honest. I have a rattling noise at the back of my car and took it there, of course it wouldn't make that noise when they test drove it. They didn't do unnecessary work or make up something to fix. The car still makes that noise and once it gets worse (I know it will) I'll go back when it's more noticeable. Love this place of business and recommend it highly.

From making an appointment, to completing the work, the service department is very efficient. I will continue to go to Wissler Motors and would recommend it to friends and family.

After car shopping for months, I came across Wissler Motors on Auto Trader, the vehicle was exactly what I had been looking for, a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X. Being an hour and a half away I was a little hesitant making the trip. There lot was awesome. I have never seen so many choices on super clean near new cars in one place. Yuri was wonderful from start to finish, he was polite, honest and made me feel very comfortable, no pressure at all. Wonderful people to deal with and top notch cars. Well worth the trip, I would defiantly buy from them again in the future. If you are looking for a slightly used car, make sure you check them out, I m so glad I did.Thanks Yuri!
