I had a great experience with the Whitmoyer Ford in Pennsylvania. I made this purchased from a different state over the phone. Nick was assigned to me as my rep. Everything over the phone went pretty fine and smoothly. Even when I arrived to the dealership Nick, and some of the other coworkers were pretty nice in helping me with my purchase. They were two small issues that Nick got resolved for me, one being my spare key and the second being my Floor mats for my vehicle, which did not come with the vehicle at the time of purchase. They gave me the go to purchase these items from my jeep dealership in Maryland, and they reimburse me for the Purchases.

I m a researcher. I look at all my options before making a purchase. Whitmoyer Ford was the small dealership personal interaction that I was looking for. Nothing pushy. No games. Finance department was very helpful and honest. Talk to Zachery Myers. He will get you what you need for a price thats fair. 100% recommend

Lance was very easy to work with. He quickly realized I had done a lot of research and knew what I wanted, so he didn t try to pressure me on other options. I shopped around and they had the best price. My wife just finished modifying her new Explorer and loves driving it every day.

Had truck in to repair issue with water pump. Picked up the next day then had an issue with the check engine light. Called, couldnt get through, was finally transferred to someones voicemail and never got a call back. Tried calling a couple days later and spoke with a tech that sounded helpful. Explained that i was getting codes, he thought it might be cam phasers and asked that i drop it off so they can check it out. Received a text today saying they checked it out and it needed a battery. Went to pick it up to ask what they found out with the codes and they knew nothing about them and never checked out the issues i brought it in for. Lack of communication, poor customer service.

All-around best truck buying experience I ve had. The salesman, Lance, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He knew what my family budget was and did not ask to go a dime over it. No high pressure sales tactics for financing or warranties. I will be happy to give them any future business I can.

My experience with Whitmoyer auto and my salesperson Brandon was nothing short of exceptional. I went in to test drive my car and ended up signing papers the same day. Although Brandon s job was to sell me the car, he truly only wanted what was best for me. The process was quick, easy and they gave me my car in immaculate condition. Thank you so much and I look forward to coming back for my next car!

I inquired about a Ford Ranger from a craigslist ad. As I am from out of state. I was on the fence about buying a truck 3 hours away. Brandon my salesman. Took the stress out of purchasing a car from another state away. In fact, he made it less painful and less time consuming than if I had purchased a car locally. He took me seriously, even though we had never met in person at the time. We did everything conveniently through email and texting. Finally, I went to pick the truck up. There were some minor blemishes on the vehicle. After all it was used (6k miles). He even took care of me for those as well! Can not ask for more. I felt he was honest and truly was looking out for me. Within reason. Meaning, he does have to also look after his employer as well! Would buy again!

It's difficult to imagine that there's a better dealership or one that is committed to customer service like Whitmoyer Ford. Their slogan is "Customer for Life" and if you spend just one minute with Lance P you'll know why that's true. The rest of the service, sales, and administrative staff are exceptional too.

I would first off like to thank the entire team at Whitmoyer Ford Auto Group but more specifically one of their stick out sales specialist Nicholas Nunemaker. This gentleman was able to ease any concerns and answer any questions I had when Pre ordering my new 2023 Ford Maverick. He even went the extra mile to coordinate with Ford directly to submit a change order a few days after submitting my initial order. Thanks again to the entire team, I can't wait to shake Nick's hand for a photo in front of my new truck!!

My husband and I have purchased cars exclusively from Maguire's for years. But when I needed a vehicle and Maguire's staff couldn't give us any information about when cars might arrive, we decided to look around. We found Lance Patton at Whitmoyer's, who helped us secure a vehicle that I love. And at a price that beat Maguire's. Lance kept up updated all along the way. Since then, we have been recommending Whitmoyer and Lance Patton to family and friends.

We recently bought a new (to us) car at Whitmoyer Ford. We truly appreciated our salesman, Brandon Thomas. I had visited several other dealers that same day and was not looking forward to another over zealous salesman. Brandon was not only friendly, but was very personable and seemed genuinely interested in my wants and needs. He was easy to work with and made us feel comfortable. He also didn't try to push us into a higher priced vehicle than what we were looking for. If we ever need another vehicle, we would definitely check first with Brandon at Whitmoyer. I just recently purchased a vehicle from Whitmoyer. I had an excellent experience with my sales rep Lance. He provided fantastic customer service and was a very knowledgeable resource.I also had a vehicle in for State Inspections. My Service Rep Ted was awesome! Bought eight cars there for different family members over 18 years. Great new and used cars in our experience. Our sales consultant Lance Patton gets us the best deals from the automakers and keeps tabs on our miles and service records to insure we are getting the best value for our auto dollars. Maintenance and repair service is friendly and conscious of cost. Our service consultant, Ian, always takes good car of us and is generous with loaner vehicles. Whitmoyer has been less expensive, faster, and more professional than our local garage in our experience. The waiting room is very nice, away from the noise of the operation, and has good WiFi so I can work while waiting on my vehicle.

Whitmoyer is the place to go for any car shopping venture. All of the people who work there are very personable, low pressure and fantastic to work with. The prices are great, and speaking of that in a market and world of current price hikes, they still sell the most desired vehicles at MSRP. And thats the kind of honest and respectful buisness practices that make every purchase amazing. My family and extended family have bought many cars from them over the years. The last two years alone, I have bought 4 or 5 cars and its been a great experience everytime!

My grandparents bought a vehicle from whitmoyer close to 20 years ago. To this day, they swear it was the best car buying experience they ever had. I shopped around several different dealerships and looked at a handful of different trucks of different brands before finally making a decision. I found the truck I wanted at Whitmoyer. But it was the customer service that actually won my business. Dan is hands down the most pleasant, helpful, and respectful salesman I dealt with over this search. He was great to communicate with and answer any and all questions. No pressure to make a decision. Steve did the final paperwork and was phenomenal as well. Nothing but hand shakes and eye contact around Whitmoyer and that s exactly how I prefer to do business. Glad I found the right truck, but even happier I gave Whitmoyer s a shot. Customer for life right here.

The entire experience here was pleasant. Since I lived 2 hours away, all of my questions had to be asked over the phone. Ben was my sales person. He was very friendly, and answered any/all of the questions that I had about the vehicle. Needless to say, I drove the 2 hours and purchased the vehicle. Ben, Diana and Zack were simply amazing. I would purchase my next vehicle from Whitmoyer in a heartbeat!

Purchased our Ford Fusion Hybrid from Lance at Whitmoyer and have never had any regrets. Never any pressure and Lance went out of his way to make our purchase go smoothly. Called us back several times to make sure everything was okay and was always there to help when I had a question. Have been very happy with Lance and the Whitmoyer dealership.

Let me start by saying these guys are excellent! I had a 2019 Challenger that I desperately needed out of. I bought it with virtually no incentives, and when the prices were high even for new.They had a brand new Mustang GT that was in the color I wanted, and when I set to make a deal these guys wanted the business.The previous dealer offered me 32k for my trade. These guys offered me near 9k more for my trade - AND on top of that gave me as many discounts and incentives as possible.They were not pushy or arrogant. This was also when COVID 19 had started to become an issue. They allowed me to do mostly everything remotely as far as paperwork, and when I came to do the change it took less than 10 minutes.Great dealer, great people and excellent service. I'd highly recommend to anyone.

Nick Nunemaker worked last time I was there trying to get me a Chevy bolt he did his best but the numbers were way off as honest as he is he didn t want to put me in a worse situation than I already was. An to me that s one salesman that cares more about the customer than just putting someone in a vehicle. Maybe someday soon I ll come back for that Colorado ZR2 . Talk soon my friend..

Excellent Buying Experience. Just purchased my new F-150. My salesperson Nick did a tremendous job from the start to delivery. The friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff is evident throughout the process. Noteworthy is the staff s attention to details. They even washed my trade s old license plate so it would look good on the new one! That is great service. I would highly recommend them!!

A FRIENDLY PLACE TO VISIT AND TALK ABOUT VEHICLESI have been to many dealerships throughout my years but one thing was apparent when I went for the first time to Whitmoyer. Upon meeting Brandon Thomas I got this feeling that this dealership was more then just about selling cars, it was about developing a friendship that would continue beyond the sales process. The entire encompassing environment gives one the feeling that this indeed is a friendly dealership that speaks to your needs and is willing to work with you. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a new vehicle or to upgrade their current vehicle to give Whitmoyer a visit either before or after you visit another dealership, but definitely before you finalize your deal anywhere else. Friendly atmosphere, fantastic service and did I mention free car washes for life! I have purchased multiple vehicles from Brandon and look forward to my next purchase with him. By the way I also have to mention that their Ford Sales manager Brian is a great guy and I have to give a shout out to Lance who is their voice of wisdom.

I just purchased a low mileage pick up truck from these folks. This was a complicated out of state transaction, but the whole experience was terrific. Our salesperson Diana Wade was highly professional, knowledgeable and responsive. She handled our transaction with honesty, respect, wit and grace. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, I would highly recommend this dealership.

Purchased three Ford vehicles from Whitmoyer from 2002 to 2017. Same polite sales associate, Lance Patton. When all is said and done, same pricing out the door as the big guys, without the high pressure and hype. A great personal experience for us, would recommend.

I went back and forth with a salesperson at another dealership for weeks, trying to find the vehicle I wanted. I got fed up, and went to Whitmoyer. Brandon found me the exact vehicle I wanted within about 24 hours, and I was driving it a few days later. He made the process so easy, and was eager to help the whole time. And, he has continued to be extremely helpful and friendly well after the sale was completed.

My husband died 11 years ago. We had purchased our car at Whitmoyer's. My husband had always done all the car related things. Whitmoyer's service department has been great for me. The GM guys are very helpful. They explain what I need and I feel they do not take advantage of my not knowing much about cars. Since I only have the one car they are good about giving me a loaner or taking me home if something unusual needs to be done. The car is now 14 years old, has 130,000 miles on it and it is still running well. The new waiting room is large, comfortable, and welcoming.
