We contacted Prospect/Kevin because we had a water leak in our BMW X3. We had done some troubleshooting ourselves but realized it was a bigger job than we could handle. Kevin did his own research and troubleshooted with us and was confident he could verify and fix the leak. The leak has been fixed and we are happy with the result! We have used Prospect Collision in the past due to Kevin's friendliness, efficiency and honesty. We recommend him and his business any time we can!

After getting in an accident I searched to find a body repair shop near me in Mount Joy. I made the decision to go with prospect collision based on other reviews on Google. I am happy I did!Kevin was very helpful throughout the whole process. He communicated how things would work and what was going to be done from the beginnning. I needed help getting a rental while my car was in the shop and he arranged that for me. He also worked with my insurance company without any problem.The work on my car was done well and the car looks great! The paint job looks seamless. I had one concern upon inspecting my car - the window molding was not as snug as I wanted it. (I am picky) He listened to my concern and fixed it on the spot. He cares about his customers being fully satisfied and will go to lengths to do that.I would fully recommend Prospect Collision if you are needing body work done to your vehicle.

From the minute I called, Kevin was so helpful and professional. They did an amazing job on my car and worked with the insurance company to fix it and return it quickly. I would recommend this shop to everyone. Thank you!

Kevin did an amazing job on my car from start to finish! He took the time to put some parts back on correctly when I took it in for an estimate. He also fixed some other dents in the car doors while fixing other items. If I ever need more work done I will go to Prospect Collision again!!

I am extremely pleased with the work I got done on my Jeep at Prospect Collision!! The repair work that needed to be done was at a difficult spot and Kevin wasn t sure if he needed to replace the whole side panel or pull some dents and use some body filler. I told him to do whatever he thinks but I want it done right! He decided on body filler and pulling some dents. It s been a year and it STILL looks amazing!! He was also does an amazing job of communicating!! ALSO....... my Jeep started leaking water at a different spot other than where I wrecked it, I called Kevin, he said stop in when I can and he ll look at it. I stopped and 40 minutes later I was on the road!!! Problem solved! It s hard to find guys like this!! Thanks Kevin - Prospect for being an outstanding business!!!

Kevin was very professional and helpful. He was able to get my car in very quickly, went over everything and how he felt it needed fix. Was able to fix it in a timely fashion. Very happy with how he was able to fix it. Very appreciative.

My BMW needed body work done on the bumper/back quarter panel due to an accident. They did a really good job of getting me in the schedule, working with insurance, and getting the vehicle finished. The work was very detailed, and the car looks great. I would suggest this shop to anyone!

I drove to this place as It was closet to home, with what I thought was a simple paint job needed, met with Kevin who threw out a price at top of his head, he also told me what others might charge, higher then his quote of course.! .Off I went, 9 calls later his price could not be matched, dropped off the car on a Tuesday, drove by Friday, saw it outside his building looking done, he said it was not yet done , needed to be washed, and inspected, I took it anyway. Washed it... this is awesome work! an a flawless paint job!. I also has the pleasure and time to talk with this guy about multiple subjects completely unrelated to cars. Bottom line, even if you don't need something painted ,, stop by and have a chat with the guy

Great place.My jeep was backed into. They accept all insurance companys and the services was great they explaned everything and there was no guessing. Very up front and honest. When I got my jeep back you could not even tell it was fixed. The paint match was perfect. I would use them agian. Thanks
