My stepson was in an accident on 02/16/24, and the insurance company considered the vehicle a total loss. Due to no fault of his own, he was now forced to find a vehicle within the budget of what the insurance paid out. We searched for weeks around the Pittsburgh area (where he lives) and came up empty. We then took three days off to search York and the surrounding areas. We visited over 3 dozen dealerships, and the night before our last day off, I stumbled upon a 2017 Ford Expedition that looked super clean with low mileage compared to what we had been finding. It was slightly over budget, but I sent the message to Kevin inquiring about seeing it. He was very responsive, and we made an appointment for the very next morning. When we arrived, Kevin was prompt, polite, and extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle. It can be scary buying a used vehicle from an unfamiliar name or person, but after learning this is a family owned small business that s been around for 45 years, it put our minds at ease. After test driving and some additional conversation, we made the decision to purchase the same day. Kevin made the process so quick and easy! I had an additional question a few days after we purchased, and he was still extremely responsive. I would recommend this small dealership to everyone!

How's this for a testimony as to how good Kevin and Mid-Atlantic Auto is?We had been searching for a Pacifica for some time, which we will use as a vacation vehicle to visit family, and as a work van for me because of its ability to haul 4x8 sheets flat and dry for work..After checking from Rochester, New York, all the way down to NYC and Pennsylvania for the best deal; we ended up purchasing from Kevin here at Mid-Atlantic..It was more than just price. Kevin was responsive, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Most of all, he's a straight shooter, which is SO rare these days, especially with used car sales..He worked to get us the perfect model we were looking for, which he didn't even have in the lot at the time we first spoke. He managed to speed up the transfer and prep of the car to fit our schedule of when we could drive down with our trade to buy it.We actually passed up a couple of deals from other dealers, but weren't the exact model were looking for.More than one other car salesman at those other dealers lied about the price to get us in the showroom thinking we would accept their final higher price...NOT the case with MAA, and Kevin.. He gave us a GREAT deal, and was no pressure about doing so.Our new to us car was spotless ready, and with a few extras we didn't expect. We are VERY happy...Kevin and Mid-Atlantic Auto are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! 5 out of 5 stars..

Highly recommended!!I have been searching for the right Truck to fulfill my needs. Always coming back to Mid Atlantic auto Inc. because of the beautiful vehicles that they have on their lot. Bryan and Kevin are experts in finding great used vehicles that are in excellent shape at a good price for the community around them. We were looking for a reliable and safe vehicle for my daughter who is a new driver. Kevin made this the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Not only was the quality and price of the vehicle great, the process was effortless and smooth. Communication was great both in person and via text/email. I purchased a used Ford Explorer from Mid-Atlantic about two weeks ago and I was extremely surprised at the overall customer service. They are extremely friendly, not pushy at all. From the second I walked in, I knew this was the place to buy my next car. Their trade-in process was extremely easy and fast. I definately recommend anyone looking for a reliable vehicle at a decent price to check them out first. They may be small but they are an amazing company to deal with and I'm very thankful!

Kevin at Mid Atlantic Auto Inc was awesome! I had reached out to Kevin from California knowing that being all the way across the country would make this a tough purchase, boy was I wrong... He was excellent he immediately offered to send more photos other than the already detailed photos he had listed, even including a few videos to ensure the truck was just as clean as described. after talking with him and viewing the photos I was 100% sure this was the truck! The purchase process was super smooth and easy, it was totally worth the cross country journey to purchase a truck I plan on having for a very long time. Thank you again Mid Atlantic Auto Inc I greatly appreciate the honest and stress free buying process!

Kevin was great to work with. As soon as I said we were serious about buying and made a deposit, he took the ad down. I have seen other dealers leave cars on the internet that were sold days ago. The price was great, better then others. Kevin was patient with our timeline. I would be happy to do business with Kevin when I need another vehicle.

This is my absolute first review that I ever wrote so you know it has to be special, and our experience at this dealership was just that SPECIAL.We would basically ditto every five star review that has been posted so far for Mid Atlantic Auto, Inc. in Mt. Joy. The entire experience was just that a JOY.The character traits that would define this father and son team would be the following: kind, honest, helpful, thorough, knowledgeable, and resourceful to name a few.We drove 92 miles one-way to this dealership, and within 30 minutes we had decided and agreed to purchase this vehicle. There were no hidden or additional fees at time of purchase. Everything we agreed upon was as stated. The safety of this vehicle was key since our grandchildren would be driving in our new "GRANDmobile."It is obvious that this dealership's foundation is built on integrity, and it's evident in the way they deal with customers and the vehicles they offer for sale.Thank YOU, Kevin and Brian, for making it such a pleasant experience from start to finish.

Went in today to look at a 2004 Toyota Camry not knowing this would be a great reliable forever car. Checked on the insurance which wasn t bad. I test drove it and fell in love with it. I was hoping the final numbers would work out on my behalf, and so they did. Kevin and his father were so kind and let me take my time with the process. It was quick and easy to buy this car. They even washed the outside of the car before I left.Great job guys! Five stars! Thanks Mid Atlantic Auto.

I purchased a 2013 Subaru Forester from Kevin and he was unbelievably helpful and kind. I had some rather complicated multi-state paperwork needs and Kevin was able to explain and streamline next steps so the process was easy to navigate on my side. Great communication, great service, great people. Would 100% recommend and would absolutely buy a car from here again.

Recently purchased a 2015 Ford Escape from this business. I was very impressed with the straightforward mentality of the owners. When I was there, I knew I wasn't paying for the fancy show room, or large numbers of employees or any of the things you see at the large dealerships. Kevin was knowledgeable and personable and, more importantly, NOT pushy at all. I got a great car with low mileage at the Kelly Blue Book value. I would highly recommend Mid Atlantic to everyone and will most certainly return when the time comes for another car. And I love my car!!!

It s like Buying used cars the way it used to be. It was a totally awesome experience dealing with Kevin and his father Brian at Mid Atlantic Auto Inc.. I really love my 2006 Buick Lucerne Presidential Edition In white with a light brown roadster/ Landau top. Looks gorgeous and immediately caught my eye. Kevin had put it up for sale and within a few hours I had responded to it. At first I hesitated to buy the car because of its age and mileage Plus the oil and transmission fluid looked dirty to me. Kevin explained this car was being sold as is and he just took it in as a trade-in from a family he knows well and he normally wouldn t put out this car on his lot for sale and just send it to an auction, Especially at my price range for $3500, and besides I am retired on a limited income. I eventually changed my mind and decided to take the car for a test drive later on. This was Buicks top-of-the-line flagship automobile in 2006. Considering I was upgrading from a 2001 Ford Taurus this was quite a leap for me. Because Kevin made the extra effort to do all that he can to satisfy this customer I finally decided to buy the car. Kevin showed me a pre-inspection retail check done by his third-party mechanic. Kevin spent $340 to ensure that both the engine oil and filter, transmission fluid and transmission filter were replaced for me without me even asking Plus he let me know what else it would take for the next inspection even though the car was inspected already to 6/23. How cool is that? Normally Mid Atlantic would not be selling a car in my cash price range but it was my lucky day. After Kevin totaled up everything he easily met my price. That pretty much sold me on the spot and I told Kevin I was very impressed with what he did. This shows a very high level of honesty and integrity and going above and beyond for his customers. I even went back to Kevin to find out where I could get service for my car after the sale. He spent a great deal of time with me giving me a list of different garages he personally knows and recommends.The whole process of buying the car was completely done by Kevin in office in just a Few minutes he had my new license plate on my car ready to go. Quick fast streamlined service. Just have your insurance card with you and you re good to go. Thank you Kevin and Brian Kevin also offered me a warranty service plan in addition to ease my mind about buying a car as is. Pricing seemed very fair and reasonable with good coverage. I eventually decided to use that money instead to proactively look at upgrading various things on the car that were not necessarily needed at this time.I would highly recommend that anyone who is looking for a used car needs to check out Mid Atlantic Auto of Mount Joy.Interesting fact and pay back, my car was originally purchased by the first owner in Rhode Island back in 2006 so this one is for you,, Kevin and Brian. Payback has returned in the way of a sale, this review is also for you Marcus. Hope that heals the wound. Will be seeing you later neighbor. I get to see their cars on a regular basis since I walk by them on my weekly walks and biking trips.And .This review was done by a real customer it is not a fake review ..I live just a few doors down from Mid Atlantic Auto. Kevin was great to work with. Very flexible when working out a time for us to come and see a car. He streamlined the process and made it super easy from start to finish. We felt him to be burn fair and honest. Will definitely look here again if we need another car.

I had an awesome experience at Mid Atlantic Auto. Kevin provided great customer service and was patient for literally 3 hours while my bank was having trouble accepting the payment. I got a great first car and could not have asked for anything better. I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone, prices are great, customer service is outstanding, and it was overall an excellent experience. My family and I will be returning when we are looking to purchase another car.

Kevin and Brian were great to work with! I was in need of a vehicle within a week and had very little time to do any car shopping. Kevin made the entire process really simple by sending me several pictures and answering all my questions directly and in a timely manner, all while I was at work! We then test drove the vehicle and were impressed by his knowledge and honesty. He even accompanied us to the local notary to complete the paperwork and finalize the deal. I highly recommend Mid Atlantic Auto when looking for a quality pre-owned vehicle and we greatly appreciated how they were able to give us a comfortable and positive car-buying experience!

They were extremely courteous when we went and purchased our VW Jetta and we had a MUCH better experience than when we purchased our previous vehicle at Sterling Motorcar. Even went as far as sending us a mug in the mail and thanking us for our time. Family owned business who will make sure you leave happy and confident in your purchase. Our vehicle is a 2011 and was SPOTLESS and in unbelievable condition. Kevin was a pleasure to work with and was extremely honest about the vehicle's history. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

I had an amazing experience working with Kevin and his dad to purchase my used car. They were kind, friendly, and very easy to work with. Any questions that I had they were willing to answer. I even had a bit of a confusing situation with my mom owning the car I was trading in, but they were very understanding and helpful. I would recommend them to friends and family in a heart beat.

My wife and I were interested in a Honda Odyssey they had on their lot. We put a deposit down to hold the car, intending to buy it, but the next day had a change of mind. Kevin was very understanding and was happy to refund the deposit. Even though we didn t buy a car from them, I would highly recommend that you consider them for a used car purchase. They were friendly, helpful, and considerate.

Being stationed on an Army base away from the dealership, Mid Atlantic Auto made buying a car online and on the phone so easy and hassle free. Roger here ( trouble accessing my google account). I appreciated Kevin our interaction today with the purchase of the Mini. You were knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in but at no point did I experience the sales pitch that is so often the case. I found you easy going, comfortable with unrelated chit-chat . Last year my wife and I purchased a vehicle in an atmosphere I would describe as a box store . What a contrast! Thanks for everything!

Excellent experience and service at this dealership.Kevin (Owner) was extremely professional and polite.We contacted him via Cargurus and he responded right away.Kevin sent additional pictures and service records upon our request.It s appointment service only so we have met after 2 days andpurchased used vehicle from this place.Entire transaction took about 30 minutes.Great experience! Overall great experience. I had to drive pretty far, but Kevin accommodated to my time schedule and was kind and informative. This is a small family run operation with good people, who want to sell good cars. Walked away with the car I was searching for. Would recommend and come back.
