I had experience with this shop while I was working with a bigger company in Lancaster and they were amazing. But when I took my personal truck in to get a 80 dollar part put on they lied and told me they fixed it when they never even changed out the part and proceeded to charge me 500 dollars. Another shop had it fixed for 120.00. When I called the owner he cussed me out from a pig to a dog to a queer. I dare anyone to call in with a problem as you'll get the same response!

Had a serious issue called, got me in immediately, mechanics stayed after hours to make sure I had it fixed for the next day. I will be using Diesel Works for EVERYTHING moving forward! Thanks to the entire team!

Had injectors and oil cooler replaced on my 05 F350 6.0 PSD. After leaving his shop on Tuesday December 11th my IPR valve failed because of debris getting knocked into the passage way of IPR valve when the oil cooler was out. Resulting in a $170 tow and another $640 dollar repair to replace the IPR valve. Was able to speak with Shaun one time after the truck let me sit. After not hearing back from Diesel Works to even apologize for the inconvenience of their repair resulting in the cost of an additional $800 repair, I am leaving this review.

Shawn and jaime and team are great. They have helped me out on several jobs. Always willing to answer any questions. Prices are on point and they are a very trustworthy team. The only shop I choose and highly recommend.

Great service. Honest, fair, and friendly. Shawn and Jaime always take the time to explain what was done and why and they answer all of my questions. You can tell he likes what he does.

Had my F250 serviced here. This shop removed bad engine and I had my own machine shop rebuild the motor. Machine shop they used in the last. After picking up truck from having new engine installed it had to be taken back to shop 3 times for oil and coolant leaks. All within the first 50 miles. At time of pick up last time truck was completely out of fuel and stalled leaving parking lot. Left truck at shop once again as I was unhappy it was out of fuel. Pick truck up later that week after they added fuel. Truck made it 2 miles down road and was throwing fuel pressure codes and still leaking oil.I know it s hard to determine who s to blame for certain issues when shop of my choice did machine work and diesel works did the r&r. I do know that if the technician took any time to test drive and check for leaks that I wouldn't have them popping up less than 2 miles from the shop. My other concern is that technician ran the truck out of fuel, which in turn cost me replacement of my high pressure fuel pump to repair problem and fix issue that was throwing code truck. ever had before that happened.New engine lasted less than 200 miles and new turbos were cooked as well. After pulling cab found pinched oil lines to turbos and multiple missing bolts including bell housing bolts. It s hard to say what causes engine failure and remember I had a different shop rebuild internals but after all the other experiences/problems and what we saw after pulling cab I don t have much confidence in the technician that worked on my truck. It has cost me another $7,000 just to repair what happened here. Owner was always nice to work with but I question the competence of his techs.

Personally I wouldnt recommend taking my vehicle there! There obviously not good with brakes! I can name 3 different times took my vehicle there for brake work and got it back with more brake problems! One that had to do with my my trucks back passenger side brake caliper bolt coming out ruining my brakes and rotors with my vehicle not wanting to stop correctly! That's just one time! I wouldnt give it any stars if I could!

Very knowledgeable and professional! Diesel Works is hands down the best diesel shop around! Shawn and Jamie are always great to work with very good with their estimates and scheduling! I have a 2017 power stroke and the newer truck never was always perfectly taken care of and returned running better than ever! If you have a diesel and need any work go see diesel works for all your needs!

I had Diesel Works install a South Bend clutch and ball joints in my 2002 f250. Over 80,000 miles later everything is good. Shawn and Tyler are great to work with and very knowledgeable. This is the only shop around I would trust to work on my truck.

Great experience with Diesel works. Recently had my 6.0 in for some service and Shawn was very informative through the entire process. Even taking time later in the evenings to call and update/explain things to me. A solid shop would recommend them.

The lady in the office was very nice and the owner was nice as well. It is with great regret I need to leave this review. However, I feel this shop should be utilized as a remove and replacement shop or upgrades only. Diagnosis of my truck was not successful. I spent almost 900.00 and no improvements. The truck is a 5.9 common rail and was suffering from long cranking start and no start issues. I flow tested my lift pump and recieved results within dodge spec. I replaced crank position sensor and rail pressure release valve. The shop replaced my lift pump with a car quest pump and the bill was over 400.00. The truck still did not start. They then diagnosed the truck again dropping the tank and cleaned the fuel basket charging me an additional over 400.00. The truck still did not start. I texted the owner asking for flow rates etc on the injectors or information he obtained from their "diagnosis" with no response. (We had texted previously) I then bought a 15.00 block off tool and found injector 1 to be faulty as the truck fired instantly with that injector blocked. I replaced said injector myself and now the truck is working correctly. The shop also stated they checked the toruqe on the crossover tubes, i did not find any tool marks or signs the fuel lines had been removed as they still had dirt and corrosion. I feel I deserve a refund for the labor on replacing my lift pump that flow tested within dodge specs and the false diagnosis. If the shop makes restitution, I will update and change my rating. If you are reading this, they did not stand behind their work so buyer beware.

If you have anything at all that you value DO NOT TAKE IT HERE.. I took a fully operational F350 in for a stalling problem and a month later they called to tell me I had a blown engine. when I took it there It was running with no smoking or anything, they took it out for numerous test drives and told me they could not find the stalling problem. Then they stared pulling the engine apart and sure enough in another couple of weeks they said the engine was locked up. Still were telling me they dont know why. They then insisted it was a loose fuel injector that caused the engine failure, every real expert I talked to said that was impossible. I told them I would even contribute 3k to give me back a running truck, which they declined. Run away, there is no exaggeration here. Not to sound ageist but everyone there is very young. I will now have to litigate to get my new engine paid for. I am a businessman and not prone to exaggeration, I never lost my temper but maybe I should have!! I am now out 6 or 7 thousand to get new engine.

We always take our Dodge Ram here. We are never disappointed. They go out of their way to get thr job done. One year he worked off hours so we had the truck in time for our honeymoon. Saved our butts!

Found this shop about a year ago and they have done a ton of work for me. Edge insight gauge with EGT and fuel pressure, all new injectors, replaced some sensors and completed some differential/brake brake work. I now have it going in for some more performance goodies. Great shop, attentive and educational. Working with them has gotten me a case of 'upgrade fever' with my truck. I am new to diesels and they have eased my fears and apprehensions with these complicated motors. Keep up the good work, guys.

Always will recommend this place for working on your diesel vehicle. Make sure you know what's needed with your vehicle as there is a wait for service. Been going here for a year now and have no repeat issues.

DO NOT TRUST THIS GARAGE!!! Beware!!! my father went to disiel works, they replaced his injectors 2,700$, two weeks later his engine blew . They installed a new motor into his truck. 4,800$, and only 3,000 miles, my fathers had numerous issues and been out of a vehicle for weeks at a time, losing buisness. Due to thier poor work and not properly putting the engine in has caused the power steering hose to be rubbed raw until it burst from rubbing on the steering colum which it shouldnt be !!!!!! More sloppy work ,More money to replace the hose. They lie about replacing parts . They were supposed to replace his glow plugs under warrenty. Never replaced them , his truck would not start in the cold and he yet again had to bring the truck back. And you guessed it, they charged him yett again. Now my fathers out in his garage trying to figure out why now hes having injector codes pop up. Hes going to be spending the whole day working on his truck because lets face it, they will just mess it up even more .Beware this shop never honors thier work and will drain you dry , thier service is horrible and send you home with your vehicle having more issues then when you bring it in. After spending nearly 8 grand at this garage and fixing thier mystakes, you surely will have a diesel that runs like crap .If you want quality work , find another garage.

Very dissapointed I got work done on my old 350 dually Sean said the bill will be $571 He tells me one of my tires are flat so he takes a dual wheel tire and puts it in the the front to replace the flat tire meanwhile he never told me he was going to charge me over $40 to do this. Wow I live in Mountjoy right down the road I have 3 diesel trucks but will never go back.
