Great experience throughout entire process. Scheduled appointment to repair our vehicle and got a loaner while it was being fixed. Loved that Barton's handled everything with our insurance and rental making the whole process so convenient. This was my first interaction with Barton's Body Shop and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I'm not one to write reviews but I feel they definitely feel they deserve recognition for a job well done. The work they do is top notch and seamless to the point that you would never know it was anything but right off the assembly line. Katie and Steve went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of every step of the way and their efforts are much appreciated. This is the only body shop that will have my business if I ever need it again.

I had an amazing experience with Barton's! They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and did such great work. My vehicle left there looking brand new. I highly recommend this body shop!

Absolutely worst body shop ever. It s sad to say i use to work there too. I hit/ran over a deer, bartons took in my car to fix it. It needed mechanical and body work due to the accident. When i got it back months later, it was the worst condition it has ever been in. Barton s refused to completely fix the car, refunding my money back from insurance, and giving me no warranty when every car comes with a warranty when fixed??? I complained multiple times about the condition and they said it s fine , it s not our problem and it wasn t like that for us but when i picked it up the first time after i literally showed them in parking lot the condition yet they still refused. A year later, i still have not been able to fix what i call my cammed jetta . This company is terrible, with the worst customer service. i am VERY VERY displeased and it breaks my heart that they did not take care of me and my car as they say they do. I will always wish they fixed it properly, for it has ran so terrible. To this day, i wish i would have done more/fought harder for them to fix the car as insurance PAID THEM TO DO. DO NOT COME HERE. not everyone has a good experience. Most here are terrible.

Had a really good experience with Barton's. Had some minor body damage that our regular mechanic couldn't fix, so after reading some other reviews decided to give Barton's a shot.I was very impressed by their customer service. Katie & Steve were both friendly and easy to work with. One thing I appreciated was that I called on a Wednesday morning to get an update on the car. Steve told me they were still waiting on a part and wasn't sure of the timing. He then emailed me that night to confirm it would be done Thursday. On Thursday Katie called me in the morning to let me know it was in the last stages of being put back together, and then called again to confirm it was done and ready for pickup. They also washed the car for us!I also felt their prices were fair. My regular mechanic gave me a ballpark estimate on what I could expect to pay for this repair (based on what they'd seen another body shop charge). Barton's price was better than that, so I felt I paid a fair price.While I hope I never need to go to a body shop again, I would definitely go back to Barton's.

I highly recommend Barton's Body Shop, located in Mount Joy, PA. From start to finish, there was communication about work expectations. Barton's filed all necessary paperwork and photo documentation with our insurance company, making the whole process seamless and painless. Just had my 2015 Dodge Dart in for paint work. I had my car at Barton s back in January for a front end repair after hitting a deer. I recently noticed that there was some peeling on the lower part of the front bumper cover. I called Katie at Barton s and she asked me to stop in and let Steve look at it. As he was earlier in the year, Steve was very nice to work with. He said that the clear was coming off and that they will need to have the vehicle for two days to fix the issue. When I asked if there is going to be any cost for the repair, he told me that this will be completely covered by them. Even though it was a material issue, the repair would be taken care of. He told me that even if my car would have been painted 5 years earlier, it still would have been taken care of it. They stand behind every repair that they do. He asked if I needed a rental vehicle, and said that they will make arrangements and that there would be no charge to me for the vehicle. I told him that I can use a work vehicle while my car is in his shop. He offered to drive me to work when I drop it off on Monday, which was very helpful. I dropped it off on Monday and it was done by midafternoon on the next day. The car looked amazing!! Not only was it repaired, but it was washed! When I first had my accident, my insurance company provided me with a list of shops to contact. Even though Barton s Body Shop was not on their list, I chose them based on the fact that they are close to where I work, and based on their reputation. I have heard multiple positive comments about them over the years. After my recent experience, I realize that this was a wise choice! I highly recommend that if you are in need of a body shop to repair your vehicle, you call Katie or Steve at Barton s. If you are dealing with an insurance claim, you can be assured that Barton s priority is you and your vehicle. Their goal is to make sure that your vehicle is repaired correctly and that you are satisfied with the final product!!

Anyone who s been in an auto accident or had damage done to their automobile knows how stressful and upsetting it can be. Well, Barton s helped to calm all of those feeling in me with amazing, second-to-none customer service, and impeccable body work on my car. I received regular, thorough and courteous updates throughout the entire process. Barton s also handled all interaction with my insurance company from the moment I dropped off the car and they had my repairs done quickly and fully exceeding my expectations. In working with them I felt that I had an advocate for me, my car and the best parts, processes and repairs for me and not the cutting of corners or quality. I can not recommend Barton s enough. No one wants to have to have body repairs done to their car but if that unfortunate event should happen these are the folks you want taking care of you. Thanks to Katie and the the entire team!

Very professional and helpful. We have an issue with our GMC Yukon's frame. They evaluated and diagnosed the problem free of charge. They were not capable of fixing the issue with the tools and resources at their shop but were able to get us to a body shop with the capabilities to address our specific issue. This shop rocks. I took my Lexus IS 300 to them for front bumper damage. They repaired it to new condition in only 2 days. The work was top notch and they were a pleasure to work with. Would definitely go back again for any body work and highly recommend them.

I had an accident hit everything but the 3 deerUnfortunately my car was declared totaled ..they never touched my car ..BUT .You could have never dealt with the most honest sincere peopleI m 50 years old to me honesty and sincerity goes a lonnng wayIf I ever have the unfortunate time In my my lifeI ll be going there againStraight up good people

My daughter is a student at a near by college and needed some minor body worked done on her car. Since I am 2 plus hours away in NJ, I had no clue where to send her. I searched the internet and came across Baton's website.I filled in the field to get a free quote and within in minutes Gene called me to discuss my needs.I didn't know this man from Adam, but his politeness and willingness to help me made me trust him with my daughter's car. As I said, this was a minor repair, so he told me that my daughter could stop by anytime (with a little advance notice) and he would fix it while she waited. And I was comfortable with the estimate he gave me.True to his word, my daughter brought the car by and within in 30-45 minutes she was on her way at a price half of what was originally estimated.Thank you for your honesty.

A++ very professional shop, and the work is top notch. I had them replace a front radiator support structure on my evo 8 and the front bumper now fits better then before even!Turn around time was very fast and the paint work looks perfect!

From beginning to end it was a pleasure. It seems like they total a car for the flimsiest of reasons these days. Our 2011 Nissan Pathfinder got crunched on June 28th. The side airbags deployed. We stood our ground and said that we wanted it fixed. Katie started the process out on Facebook with me. The Techs had it apart and parts ordered by Friday of that same week. There was $10k in damage so the list was extensive. Lo and behold, 2.5 weeks later, we got it back and it looks like new. Will definitely use again and we totally recommend them.

Katie and the team at Barton s we re amazing! I was in an accident during the first snow storm of the season. They took care of being in contact with the rental car company and my adjuster. Thanks again guys!

Accidentally took $400 from my card instead of the $194 agreed upon. Not trust worthyUpdate 6/10/20 still waiting for the money to be returned to my bank that they Did not take more than 2 weeks later. My bank said it would be so easy for them to return it since it s OBVIOUS that they took double the amount. Instead we are disputing it and my bank is forcing them to give it back. They took advantage of me during this Covid crisis and even the bank said how horrible.

If you want top quality work at affordable prices from a friendly staff this is the place to go. they have done a lot of paint work and a collision repair for me. 5 stars all around.
