Multiple issues with this store. Dishonest AVOID!And they conveniently don't wear name tags.Fortunately, there are MANY other first class Advance stores!No third chance for these clowns.NO INSINCERE APOLOGY NEEDED!

Went there to turn in a battery on their buy back program. I brought in a marine battery. I did not know that could not be returned. The employee who was not in uniform and not wearing a name tag raised his voice at me when I didn't understand what he initially said. The manager who is always rude, wearing blue jeans and an untucked shirt, said we only take car batteries. I just think they should be nicer. I will be telling all my friends and business contacts to give their business to the etown store. The manager there is respectful and knows how to treat customers.

I needed to prove I purchased oil for my car in order to file a class action suit with Hyundai. Loss would have been in the thousands to me. Mike and Karen spent 20-30 minutes were instrumental in helping me research and locate my purchase from months ago. They went above and beyond. Thank you Advance Auto!!

It s nice to have Advanced auto parts store right across the street. Usually parts are available and staff are friendly and do their best to help you. If you have issues returning products for refunds calling the one 800 number usually gets the problem solved. Thanks to all the staff who try to do their best each and every day. Yes,,,,,customers,,,, can get rather nasty and unfriendly at times. Hang in there staff members and get your manager if you need help with unruly customers. Just remember,,, BE NICE

Awesome service... Nathan and his associate ( whom I can't remember what his name was) help us out with an electrical issue on the way home from Gettysburg. ( Long story short, once we got on the turnpike, our check battery light came on) . We made it safely to the store and Nathan helped us with the battery replacement which was still under warranty. Alas, it was our Alternator... Which we discovered after trying to head back home. Luckily we were able to get back.Thanks again for the excellent service! It was such a hot day, The staff was fine with us replacing the alternator in the parking lot and let me and the kids stay cool in the store.

I needed to get ready for upcoming snow storm was passing thru and stopped here they were amazing setting me up with new wipers washer fluid that helps against winter weather and an air freshener just because! Even got a warranty on my wipers never knew such a thing existed! Excellent customer service!!

Just so you know they don't return electronic parts even if they sold it to you with there advanced computer tellin you it's works for your car so make sure it fits your car and you can't return it to another store if the person at the counter is a jerk according to there policy makes u not wanna buy stuff from here terrible customer service even when ther wrong .

The young man and older gentleman were a great help to get the products I needed and also a great help with my savings/members benefits!!!They were very helpful and I didn't have to go looking for them they asked me if I needed help before I had to look for them and gave me the rundown on my car if I chose a different option!! This is the store in Mt. Joy!!!

Great place and awesome staff. The guy who worked here was super helpful as we had difficult time getting to the Buick 99's power steering wheel liquid container :) He went out of his way and we finally managed to refill it without going to a mechanic. Thanks a lot!

I've had the pleasure of coming to this store several times for tons of random parts and pieces I needed and the staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful. So many parts stores are stuffy and unapproachable, but the whole staff is very welcoming and easy to talk to and always know what I'm looking for. Definitely recommend!!

Was told on the ohone they had a used battery for my cat and 20 minutes later after I show up down tjere. They say they didnt have it. Peopme in that store ate incompetent stay away from them. Then they had the balls to argue with me

Been to this store many times and all of the staff have been very helpful..... Except one. There's a blonde girl who is extremely obnoxious and arrogant, if you want someone who can help you....avoid her and find someone else.

Dropped of battery went back to get my strap to carry battery its in family a long time. Someone took it. Also bought a motorcycle battery took it to garage. They said it sat on sgelf 6 minth6 had little to no charge. They had to jump my motorcycle because battery never charhe. Pituful.

The store manager there named Joe is the most ignorant disrespectful human being I've ever came across. My husband and I were just in there and mind you we spend $100's of dollars there and we asked Joe (the manager) for help and he yells out all ignorant " I would but I'm busy right now, as he is making huffing and puffing sound affects like he was annoyed we asked him for help. We are contacting corporate as we speak to make sure Joe loses his job for talking to customers that way... Plus this wasn't the first time he acted this way towards us. We WILL NOT spend another penny in the Mt.Joy location...

If this store has half of the parts you need I would be surprised. The online sight rarely matches vs what the staff says over the phone. Overall this company, over charges for the same parts found online from competitors.

I needed two quarts of oil.I put the oil on the counter.The guy cheerfully rang my purchase up.I said thank you and have a good evening.He replied you do the same.Another great Advance Auto experience.

Cashier had no idea what a ignition coil was or where or how to look it up on the computer to see if it was in stock , then they make you walk in the back of their store and dump your used oil there was skids and merchandise in front of the oil bin
