Mike from RLE came and towed my car out of a ditch after my son went off the road. I never knew RLE towed personal vehicles but I ll tell everyone. Mike was great and calming for my teenager (and me). He showed up super quick after I called and since It was later at night and raining it was much appreciated. He was kind and professional I can t recommend their towing service enough.

Sent a couple texts. The got the permits for 2 states. Picked up my 55,000lb excavator and dropped it off and I missed no time away from my business. Thank you so much RLE. Going to call today to arrange another haul

Great people. Wally came and get me out of a ditch when TRIPPLE A TOLD ME THEY COULD NOT COME BECAUSE THEY HAD NO DRIVERS IN POCONO SUMMIT. WHAT A JOKE TRIPPLE A IS. NEVER WILL JOIN THEM AGAIN. BUT RLE TOWING WAS THERE FOR ME. THANK GOD. I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN. THANKS AGAIN WALLY.

How long is the construction going to take in Dunmore?! Can t park in my drive way now for 3 weeks because you park your equipment on the road. Now you can t park on the street even when you aren t working. This is absurd. You do realize people have to park their cars by their homes?! Can t wait til you re done with this nonsense.

I mean what can I say? EVERYONE I've dealt with at RLE have been professional, friendly, and helpful. I deal with them alot at my business and they are awesome. On top of that they have capabilities other companies don't, most can't even come close. Great guys and great company.

Words can t express how happy and impressed we were with the roadside assistance and repair we received with Mike from RLE (Pocono Summit). On our first RV trip we broke our leaf spring and literally were stranded on the side of route 80 w in PA. After 3.5 hours of waiting for a tow company to help us (because we have a 38 ft long and 13.2 H fifth wheel) RLE sent Mike and his partner to the rescue. Not only did they limp our vehicle back to their yard but he also had a custom leaf spring built for us and installed within 3 hours!!!!! We were thrilled that we could continue on our way to TN!! First experience with one of the sub contractor towers from RLE. Wally saved the day! My girlfriend's car broke down an hour away from home and called Triple AAA, whom promised a tow within an hour. She waited almost 2hrs in a shady parking lot. I told her to call a nearby towing company instead, drove to pick her up and when I got there , Wally from RLE had also just got there. On Friday morning approx 12:30am, Oct 1st 2021, these idiots had the interstate stopped on I-81 North because they weren't sure the load could make it under an overpass. These routes are supposed to be pre planned so issues like this dont arise. Then when something is said to the tail pilot car driver about how dangerous it is to have traffic stopped, I get told to F.O. and that he was going to Bristol TN and I could meet him there to fight. He obviously one, didnt know he was speaking to a veteran OTR drivern and two, has a very serious attitude problem coupled with a professionalism problem. Great face for your company RLE.

I cannot speak highly enough about this team of professionals. We were stranded in the middle of a busy interstate on our way to South Carolina when the tire fell off our car. We were towing a trailer with my husbands most prized possession (his Corvette) when to our great fortune several of RLE's truck drivers came to our rescue. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Assuring us that they would not leave us stranded and they would do whatever it took to get us back on our way as quickly as possible. Which is exactly what they did. I am pleased to say there are still some great people out there and they can be found in Moscow, PA....Thanks again, guys.

Bad bad bad, key lost... they were like we arent responsible. What a joke, they are as professional as the 3 stooges... I can laugh at their incompetence now, but that day I was livid.
