My car was sideswiped by a tractor-trailer The insurance company wanted to total out my 2011 Mercedes Benz Porreca s help me deal with the insurance company to get a fair settlement.the car was fixed without totaling it out. The car looks beautiful. See attached photos. I highly recommend them for all your auto body needs. PS this is the second time I use them on one of my cars with the same great results.

They did such a great job with my car. I m new to the area and was referred to Porreca which I am very happy I went here to get my car fixed. Everyone who works there was extremely nice and attentive to everything! They made the rental car process easy as well. Plus they have an adorable dog who greets you right when you walk in.

My parents took their old Honda with a broken rear bumper. Repair guy was very kind and honest. I am so grateful for the care and respect he showed my parents. They will always have my business in the future.

Great experience here. Came in for a quote to replace a tail light assembly, and got upfront & transparent pricing, additional information, and all my questions were answered- they were even able to book me in for the repair the same day I got the part, and it was so quick. I would definitely recommend!

The work at Porreca Auto Body is phenomenal. My car was hit while parked. There was a huge dent and driver s side of bumper was hanging. When Porreca was finished my car looked as good as f I just drove it off the lot from the dealership. Highly recommend this place for any auto body work The workers are friendly, they explain all details so you are never left wondering the cost of the work. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I've been to Porreca twice in the past seven seven years and both times I had great experiences. The first time, upon picking up my car, the repair looked perfect but I noticed a large, deep scratch on another part of the car. It had certainly not been there when I dropped it off. I showed it to Mark and even though he didn't know how or when the scratch occurred, he fixed it right away without hesitation. I hope not to need his services again, but if I do I will happily take my business back to Porreca.

Excellent service! I got into an accident and my insurance company sent me here. Mark explained the whole process to me and arranged a rental car. Everyone was very nice and professional! First met the owner,Mark,and his son Matt after calling my insurance when my wife's sunroof exploded. Said they could repair but suggested we check with the dealer first,cleaning and securing the damage before sending us on our way to have it repaired for free at the dealer. And they would not even accept $20 for lunch as a small thank you for their integrity and generosity as it took a good chunk of time out of their day. Randomly chose Porreca Auto Body from a list of shops my insurance provided but due to this initial experience was sold right then and there having multiple cars repaired multiple times,from hail damage paid for by insurance to minor parking lot damage paid out of pocket. Also learned in the meantime they are officially certified by multiple makes many of which are luxury brands. Look no further,not only meticulous work but real class acts.

A tree fell on the hood of my car and the work was perfect. They were having trouble getting parts from Chrysler but kept me up to date constantly. Dee in the office is so nice, understanding and friendly. Mark kept me informed about what was going on and I told him I understand that they are waiting for parts and that couldn t be helped BYU s as long as he keeps me updated I m fine. My car was beautifully clean and polished when I got it. I will refer them to everyone and I hope I ll never need their services again but if I do I know I ll be in good hands. Pleas don hesitate to use them.

Highly recommend. They do a great job and are very friendly. You can trust them. My insurance co told me "Go to Porrecas, they are the best". Used them twice now. Excellent work and price

I've been meaning to write this review for a few months now and am just getting around to it. I was driving on 76 when I hit a tire in the middle of the road and it did some minor damage to my already crappy car. I went to my usual mechanic and he turned me away, saying there was nothing they could do and I needed a collision auto body shop. I called Porreca Auto Body and the man I spoke to told me to come over immediately. Upon arriving, I did not have to wait at all, and I explained to him that the car was already a piece a junk and I planned on replacing it in a few months anyway when I am out of school. I was expecting the work to be expensive, but had no choice given the circumstances and my busy schedule. Quite the opposite - they were more than fair, and it couldn't have been more than a half an hour wait while it was fixed. This is a family run business too, and it was an absolute pleasure talking to the woman that ran the office. Everyone that works here truly cares about getting you on your way and they are very fair and professional. I now have a new car and hopefully will never need them, but if I do, without hesitation they would get my business. I highly recommend this auto body shop!

Mark Porreca & his sons and Dee the front office manager...are ALL over the moon.They are very helpful & experienced.Their finished body work is excellent; you CANNOT detect that the vehicle was ever damaged.Additionally, they have the insurance claim process "down cold".I won't go anywhere else !!

I don t know where to start. I m just so happy with this place. These people are saints, especially Mark. I took my car there on two different occasions. 1st time, car was dented in the front. Mark, gave me an estimate and went over a couple different options. During my estimate, he discovered incomplete work on the driver side that was done by another auto body repair shop. The driver side of my car was horrible, just a complete mess. Mark was able to fix some things on the driver side which had nothing to do with the front of the car (free of charge). Dee, the secretary was very kind and attentive. She set up my rental for me to be picked up and dropped off from Porrecca s. She also gave me a date to drop my car off and when it would be ready for pick up. My car was actually ready one day earlier then expected. I picked my car up and was so happy with the repairs. 2nd time around driver side back bumper detached from car. Took my car back to Porrecca s for Mark to take a look & of course pieces were missing from the same auto body repair shop that repaired my car prior to Porrecca s. Yet again, he was openly willing to replace the missing pieces (free of charge) during the repairing process. He gave me an estimate and told me that it will take about an hour to repair. He also told me that Dee, the secretary will give me a call once my parts were delivered. Dee did just that. She called to give me a date to drop off my car. My car was fixed in about an hour, just like Mark stated. Yet again, I was happy with the repairs. Overall, there s no bs with this place, they are professional and have great customer service. They get the work done and get it done right. They make life so much less stressful. Although I hate the need to go to an auto body repair shop, I absolutely love their work. I will forever be a Porrecca s customer and anybody else I know. Thanks a million times!!!! I really appreciate the Porrecca s team for keeping my Infiniti looking good on the road!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

What would you ever do without Mark, Nancy and the guys at Porreca. Family owned and operated. Very trustworthy establishment, I NEVER DOUBT my car is in good hands here. My vehicle was put back together like new. If you want an appointment you have to make one bc they are always booked up due to their great reputation. They really take care of you here. 10 years + and im still a loyal customer!

We have used Porecca twice in the past year for some body damage to our two cars. I am pleased to say that they did terrific work and I especially appreciated their communication when there was a delay in getting a part for the repair. "Would highly recommend Mark & his shop" is not a fair enough recommendation. I would NEVER go anywhere else. The customer service, the quality or work & simply the professional organization this company possesses is just something you don't often see in our country anymore. Trust me & go no where else if you need auto body repair.Jim Marsh

My rear passenger door was severely dented and a whole new door was needed. It took a week but no one would ever know it was damaged. When I picked up my car it was washed and the inside cleaned. I would highly recommend Porreca for any body work.

Sought an estimate for painting of a fender. Explained my need while the owner stared into his phone, never bothering to look up. He then said "not interested," again continuing to stare into his phone. Maybe the job wasn't important or lucrative enough -- who knows? But I'll never go there again after being treated so unprofessionally.

There's nobody better when it comes to work quality, organization and commitment to quality. My family has used them for over 10 years. I just traveled an hour for them to work on my Porsche Macan.
