After being rear-ended, I left my car here for an insurance repair. Not only it took much longer than expected (3+ weeks), the job they did was terrible. They left a half-inch gap between the trunk and the bumper cover without repairing the element that was clearly damaged. Upon complaining, they said I can escalate it with the insurance adjuster, so unwilling to take any accountability for their sloppy work. I will proceed with the adjuster, and subsequently the small claims court until my car is restored to the pre-accident condition. The lack of professionalism here is abhorrent. I will give an update to the review once this is resolved.

Took my car here at the recommendation of my insurance adjuster, and I was amazed at how perfect my car was upon return. The fixed everything possible and cleaned the car inside and out before I picked it up. They had a TON of Tesla's inside their shop, and they have both the Tesla Cosmetic certification and the Structural certification as well. They sent me emails letting me know about its status every few days. I will always be bringing my car here for any more body work in the future.

Horrible. Communication horrible--they kept promising to call with updates and blew right through the timeframes for contacting us back or the repairs. The vehicle was damaged at the end of August and was not completed until mid-December. We have used them many times in the past, but will not again.

Let me first say I MUCH prefer writing raves than reviews like this.On July 18 my car was hit at about 10 mph in the left rear wheel. The wheel was ground up, there was some minor damage to the wheel well and some scratches on the rear panel and bumper. No airbags deployed and the other driver drove away. Police thought my tire looked askew and towed it to Moppert that day.The at fault driver's ins. co. wanted to total the car, but wouldn't give me a payout until I handed the car over to them (Encompass...their review is coming)My ins. co. wrote a quote with Matt at Moppert on July 26 and agreed to fix the damage with my cost being $1000 deductible to be subrogated and $24.91 out of pocket for wear on the practically new tire they wanted replaced. Moppert would receive a check that I would need to endorse for $6024.60. At almost the same time, Matt called my husband and told him that we'd have to pay another $250 if we wanted the car fixed. He said ok.I received no updates, but finally was able to pick up on August 14. I asked for Matt so he could explain the extra cost. He came out aggravated and defensive, telling me that they -Moppert- were going to total the car, but I wanted it fixed. After thanking him repeatedly for giving me my car back, he finally said that the ins. estimate wanted the bumper replaced ($944 parts, $433.10 labor). Instead they repaired the bumper ($44 parts, $616.10 labor). That didn't make sense, but he was annoyed, I had my car so I said thank you very much. He finished by telling me I should be grateful he didn't ask for the $24.91 for the tire and that they already cashed the check I was supposed to endorse. According to him, the bank knows them and they do it all the time.After getting comfortable in the car again, returning the seat to my setting, putting the automatic lights back on I turned on the command center to find the right 1/3 of the display damaged somehow. I called Moppert to ask them to look at it thinking the detailer might have pressed too hard cleaning and Matt said he wouldn't look at it. I had to take it to a dealer and pay to have diagnostics done and IF it was due to the accident they would add it to the claim fix it and get paid, otherwise they were out. He again reminded me that I was the one who wanted my car fixed.I used Google and YouTube to decipher the rest of their bill. They added, removed or changed 23 out of 95 things.The original was $2474.53 in parts, $3321.20 labor, $514.80 paint supp, $339.95 misc, and $399.03 tax totaling $7049.51, of which $1024.91 was mine and $6024.60 came in the ins check.Their final was $1722.84 parts, $4138.30 labor, $633.60 paint supp, $368.09 misc and $411.77 tax.And that tire cost Matt told me I should be grateful he didn't charge?? They didn't replace the tire at all.My ins Adjuster arranged a meeting with Harry Sr. at Moppert. He was kind at first, saying Matt was a problem for others and he wasn't allowed to speak to customers anymore. He took the car and about 30 min later he came out and said the display just failed...not their problem. When I pointed out that their detailed receipt said they removed the electronics that regulate the console, roof and other things (they are in the rear left behind the trunk panel) he got irritated and then HE said I wanted my car fixed and they fixed it. I left in tears.Two days later, I went to open the roof for the first time since getting the car back and it did not work.My advice is this, if you go to Moppert to have work done, record every single thing in your car turning on and off, check every switch, and check every inch. And when you get it back check everything. Frankly, I don't know if that will help you. I have two things that worked before they had my car and now don't, and both are regulated by electronics that they manipulated and they still don't care and won't take responsibility. But why would they? They wrote an estimate with the Adjuster, then manipulated it to put more money in their own pockets, while costing me several thousand.

I can t say enough great things about this company. They were top notch from the moment I dropped my car off until the moment I picked it up. Extremely friendly, informative, and professional. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and even let me keep my car parked on their property once the work was completed because I was out of town. When I picked up my vehicle I was completely blown away by the work. The car looked and felt the same as the day I drove it off the dealership lot. The car was in pristine condition and looked like it had just been fully detailed inside and out. Would recommend Moppert Brothers to anyone in the area who needs body work done to their car.

I brought my C7 Corvette Grand Sport in for PPF and ceramic coating. Bill was such a professional. I couldn't be happier with how it came out! The PPF was done perfectly, and the shine is unreal! As a Realtor, having a neat & clean car is important. I highly recommend them!

Moppert Brothers Morton did a great job on my SUV after someone side-swiped me and scraped the left rear panel and left wheel. Moppert made it look brand new, and even cleaned my whole SUV inside and out. It hasn't looked this beautiful since I got it ! Everyone at Moppert was extremely pleasant, helpful, and professional. They completed the work on-time and even helped in dealing with the other person's insurance and getting me a rental car while mine was being repaired. They did an outstanding job. I was told what needed to be replaced and why in addition I was given a very acuate timeline of when the parts would be in and how long it would take. The staff was professional and friendly. When I went to drop my car off to be repaired the rental car agent was there waiting for me. When I picked it up (with in the time frame given to me ) my car was clean both inside and out. A very positive experience,Service: Body & Trim

The Moppert Brothers do amazing work. I had my car fixed previously at another shop and could tell the body work was done wrong. Doug took one look at it and said who did this work? I don t know much about cars and it was just a disaster. The Moppert brothers make your car look brand new. They also got me my car back before promised. I had significant body work done at Moppert on a Tesla Model 3. Overall, it was a good experience, and I came to respect their craftsmanship and professionalism.I would appreciate a bit more proactivity on the comms side (and they seem to just ignore emails), but it was always easy to call them and get accurate updates on their progress.Bottom line, it's a delight to have an auto shop I trust and respect, and I'll return here for any future auto repair needs.Service: Body & Trim

Very friendly, professional and helpful! Unfortunately, I've been here more than I care to admit due to accidents. Took my Model 3 to this certified Tesla repair shop after its rear quarter got smashed up. They explained everything they planned to do and how long it would take. I have a Tesla which means serious work can only be done by a Tesla approved shop. I previously went to Service King and they did a pretty good job. But more recently I was rear ended on Philly's Betsy Ross Bridge. It turned out that Service King had been dropped from the Tesla roster just 5 days before, though it didn't stop them from having me waste me time and come in for an appraisal.Moppert Bros. at 645 Kedron Ave, Morton, PA 19070 had recently been added to the list.I have to say this was a positive change in vendors. My car now looks brand new. Moppert even fixed some panel line issues which Collision Max missed.My service manager was Paul. He was always available, professional, courteous and professional.I would highly recommend Moppert Bros for repairs on a Tesla, or any other car for that matter. Harry and Doug got me out of such a jam and fixed my car while I waited. The staff was so helpful and the place is so clean and nice. Doug even ran diagnostics on my car to make sure it had not been in a previous accident. This is the only place I will ever go from now on. Professional, thorough, and did a beautiful job on my car. The best!!
