Excellent service with a trusted mechanicI was scared when my check engine light came on but I knew my car was in the best hands with Makefield Auto. Unfortunately this issue required a part from the dealership which delayed the repair (no fault at all of Makefield) but as soon as the part was received, they stayed late to get my car repaired & back to me as soon as possible. I have been a loyal customer for probably 20 years now & have the utmost confidence & trust in their work.

The reviewers before me who used words and phrases like fair , honest , nice people , know what those words mean - so do the folks at Makefield AR. I haven t had a steady repair shop for quite awhile, but I do now. Thanks, guys. I appreciate it.Update: Ron is an American hero . Pre-winter checkup complete, all boxes checked, no extraneous noise, really nice customer care, all systems go. Well done

Terrible auto repair shop sent my car in for a serpentine belt removal/Replacement and got the total opposite well of course thats before the freakishly high prices I have called several times to make the matter of the situation just a little brighter but yet again no answer these guys are frauds liars and or thieves don t go to this shop you will be ripped off

Very disappointed in this experience. Dropped my car off without an appointment understanding that it could be days until they could fit me in, was fine with that. Asked for a diagnosis of what I thought would be a minor problem as I'm tight on cash at the moment but wanted to make sure it wasn't a serious issue that could put my car out of commission. Was not called for ~3 business days so I called at the end of that day to get an update. Was told the entire dash was ripped out to diagnose the problem and parts were ordered, and an estimate would be finished that evening. I had not been reached out to at all prior to any service, they had begun and ordered all parts without letting me know any of what was going on. I did not hear from them for another 3 days, after which I called again and was told the estimate was finished but someone else was on the computer so he couldn't get me the numbers at the moment. Was not called back for another 3 hours so I walked over to the shop because at this point it had been a week and I still had no idea how much this would cost me. Finally I was given a figure which factored in labor costs at around $125 an hour, so for any minor services I would encourage getting labor estimates from other providers. Finally 3 business days later, was able to get my vehicle back and was out a significant amount of money for an issue that was more of an annoyance than a necessity. Seemed very dodgy and shady and to be ignored twice about costs really irked me, will not be returning or recommending.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

It s nearly impossible to find an honest mechanic ..but I have. Ron and his team are quick, excellent, and helpful. They can handle any new, complex European design, and will squeeze some extra power from your old hot rod. Wonderful service, great guys.

I see everyone else had great experiences, I wish I could say the same. I paid to get the mustang aligned, it wasn't done correctly, cost me $500 for the first 2 front tires then I had to buy 2 more new front tires because of the bad alignment total $1,000. I had him install a rear, which has been leaking since he installed it, I took it back twice last time he charged me $85.00, it's still leaking. Ron is a nice guy, either he doesn't like me or he doesn't care anymore. I have never given anyone a bad review, this is a first.

Recently moved to the area and have been looking for a reliable, local shop to service our vehicles. We started with having our state inspections completed and since have had them begin servicing our cars for their routine maintenance (oil, brakes, rotations, new tires, etc). I have been using Makefield Auto for several years now. They have always been able to take care of my car quickly and professionally. The always offer options if I need replacements or additional service. The cost is always as expected, no surprises. My daughter uses Makefield for all her services now too. I have been using Ron and his crew at Makefeild Auto for about 4 1/2 years. All 4 of my cars are serviced by them and I've had nothing but good results from them. If you are at a loss for finding a reliable mechanic, give 'em a shot. Surely you'll be satisfied.

Since the close of the River View Auto Repair in Morrisville, I have been getting my 2008 Honda Element serviced at Makefield Auto Repair and couldn't be more pleased. They have done everything from replacing old shocks (since the car was new, and that is how I found them), air conditioning service and regular tune ups. They even text reminders for service and scheduling which I very much appreciate. Makefield i have been using for years (about 20 years). Owner Ron is a good guy. My husbands family have been using Makefield Auto for many years. Amazing customer service, when I go there I feel like they re a friend I ve known for years! They do quick and correct work every time! Lastly, most importantly, they always communicate what needs to be done; If extras are needed, before the work is started, someone always calls.

We left our car there for a week while we were on vacation so we could have the car when we got back and they didn t start working on the car until we got home. They had our car for 2 more weeks until they gave it back with only half the issues resolved.
