These guys are the best and they know what they re doing. When I got to the dealership to check out the truck it was exactly as the sale ad listed. There wasn t anything hidden that wasn t said.I have had the truck for 2 months now and it s still running strong as ever. It s a 2014 Ram 2500 6.7. Mechanically and body wise is awesome. Even has features that most Ram trucks don t have which is even better for me. Not enough good things can be said. They took care of everything I needed. The Staff really does go above and beyond at this place.If you are purchasing a used vehicle, understand that the previous owners are the one that kept the vehicle a certain way. I don t know why people leave reviews as if the dealership is to blame for mishapsThanks for everything guys.

Just bought a car from KAP. Daniel and his staff were very accommodating and professional. The entire experience is as comfortable and enjoyable. If you are look for a car give Daniel and his staff a try. They have a customer in me.

My son had been searching for a certain car for quite a while. We found it at KAP s and drove seven hours from Virginia and it was totally worth it!! They were extremely friendly, honest, and fun to work with ... they even kept communication with us throughout the drive. We were in a city that we were unfamiliar with and they gave us suggestions of nice hotels and tips for touring the city. What a great group of people I would make the drive again to purchase another car from them! Very highly recommend!! Thanks for helping us purchase my son s dream car and putting that incredible smile on his face!!

Very nice people to work with! Flew up from out of state so they knew I was serious about buying a truck and never felt pressured or pushed to get a deal done. Melissa and George are very professional. Vehicle shows some wear and tear but nothing you wouldn't expect from a 2008 work truck, they were very upfront and honest about the truck and didn't hide or cover up any issues even over the phone before purchase. Drove over 1200 miles home with no issues! Loving my F350! Thanks!

Came a long way from home, well worth the trip! Vlad, Darren and Trent are great guys.They found financing for me when no one else would. Nice solid vehicle, a great fit for me. They were patient and made the whole transaction easy. If you're in the market for a vehicle, you should check them out.

*Edit* As you can see these guys have an answer for everything. I give my honest opinion about how business is done, and they needed to put me down by saying my wife was making decisions for me. When someone is buying a vehicle you re supposed to make them feel important. I would have paid the price for the truck, but it s not worth what you guys are asking with the problems that it has. A lot of problems I didn t even list. People who stop to check that truck out will see for themselves. Next time try being a little more professional.Worst experience I ve had since looking for a work truck. They knew I was coming to look and test drive a truck, but when I got there the truck was parked in. They also wanted me to make an offer before I even got a chance to take it for a test drive. They have knowledge about diesel trucks even though that s what they specialize in. I was also told that the stereo system not working was normal wear and tear on a vehicle.

Amazing experience!!! I came in and was greeted by a great salesman named Mike Jones. He was extremely helpful and helped me find the perfect truck!!! Melissa at KAP auto is amazing ! We are working out of state and she was able to get us our approval and all our numbers over the phone before we even got there. Once there she had all the paperwork ready to go. It was a quick auto sale and a great place. Very friendly and clean! Would highly recommend

Was all going well until they refused to inspect the car prior to it being sold. I've never purchased a car under those circumstances, and never will. They were pleasant enough until the inspection chat, then it went downhill. Not a fan of mansplaining.Nice try... that is NOT AT ALL what you told us. The way you reply to all of the less than favorable responses says all it needs to. Maybe learn from these instead of rebuking everything. You flat out told me you didn't do inspections and that once it was off the lot, it was not your concern. I wish I could change this to 1 star. You all are shady, period. You're in PA, try serving those customers too. And don't talk about financing, I told you I had a ton of cash to put down on it, financing was nonsense, maybe your 'financier' shouldn't take a 2 hr break if you want to sell cars.

Great experience with Melissa. As an out of state buyer things were a little more complicated than normal but Melissa was very knowledgeable and helpful over the phone. Would recommend KAP to any anyone looking for a vehicle.

The trap spot of auto dealers, literally spent 2 hours there just to look because they had to jump every car to get them running I literally pulled a door off the one old red truck they have and ironically they are all sold AS IS they had one decent truck there that didn't have engine lights on and started right up and they want 6500.00 down as a deposit for a truck that's listed at 20k and hasn't passed inspection since 2019 just do better, come on that's like what? Y'all need almost half up front? To what keep buying more scrap heaps gimme a break

(Please read further down i updated this review)Bought a clean 2006 6.0 ford powerstroke from this dealer. They took the bed cap off and reduced the price for me. Price was reasonable for the truck. It is very clean and in very good shape new tires and rims.But here's the problem. Two days after purchasing this truck the check engine light came on for low boost pressure.The coolant was the incorrect kind the truck calls for. (Which is g05) had to spend over 140 bucks to flush and refill with new coolant. 3rd issue is that the truck takes quite a while to finally turn over. It cranks for a good 15 seconds until it starts.My 4th problem is that I'm not 100% sure if the 4 wheel drive in this truck even works. No indication that the 4 wheel drive has engaged.I mean these problems aren't critical but for spending the amount I did I expect to get a quality truck without having to worry about spending even more on these little things. It makes me worry about what I just purchased.(Edit to respond)Yes I examined the oil leak.Yes I was satisfied until these errors came up that showed up after the purchase.Yes the coolant is something I skipped over and should have checked before I purchased, that is my fault.I'm not meaning to leave a nasty review just its concerning that even the check engine light came on. I can't pass inspection.Batteries ended up going dead on the truck and had to spend $400 on that. Once again something i should have checked but I don't expect dealers to be putting in two batteries with different voltages eventually frying eachother.(Edit a few months later)This dealer lied to me about the egr delete in this truck it was NOT deleted.The low boost pressure (check engine light) was an exhaust leakTurbo eventually started to show signs of it being blown.The turbo blew thanks to exhaust leakThe headgasket blewStock egr valve kept going badLong cold start was the ipr going badThis dealer would not help me at all with any of these issues...I sold this truck this week and bought a car from autolenders.I lost A LOT of money on this truck. I wish I never purchased this truck....

Great service when you go in, definitely guarantee approval. The only issue I had, it s that I didn t run a fully inspection on the vehicle so the vehicle had some simple issues but unfortunately there mechanics too 3 weeks to give me a back the car but I can not say they didn t try to fixed it. I m frustrated for everything I have gone through but a least they ve been 100% cooperative with me.My suggestion it s don t buy a car on less you fully inspected first, even bring a mechanic with you if can.

I purchased a used pickup truck. Was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the truck and the customer service. The whole process took under 1 hour, including auto tag service and financing. Highly recommend and will come back again.

Vehicle priced higher than market value, interior was not cleaned thoroughly, been sitting on lot for many months, wouldnt budge for a fair pricing. A good place to stop, but do more research, visit more places before making decision.

Kap auto sales has a great selection of trucks and cars. The sales team is very friendly and professional.It was a great buying experience with them. I highly recommend them. I bought a 2007 GMC Sierra 3500HD Duramax diesel Dually and love it.

The guys at KAP Auto Sales made the purchase process quick and easy. The 2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid has been a dream to drive. It has great handling, is really fuel efficient for an SUV, and provides all of the deluxe creature comforts my wife and I could want. It was also at a price couldn't be beat.

BUYER BEWAREI am giving KAP this a very poor poor rating for the simple reason of someone knew about this large expensive problem. I have been in the automotive repair business for 40 years. My Amish client and i purchased this truck from Kap, we requested a lower price for the simple reason that they said they just had the right rear hub seal replaced and i found it was still leaking, the left side was leaking badly, i pointed it out them they said only the right was replaced.. ++ a hand full of other maintenance issues is needed also. They where gracious enough to give us 32% of what we asked them to take off the price. $800.00 Try to keep this story short.We Hauled the truck back to my Shop and preceded to perform a Pa State Inspection. We found about $4000.00 it would take to get this truck Inspected. Glad we hauled it home.After disassembling the rear axle hubs to fix the leak we found the rear differential housing spindles damaged beyond repair. The rear axle had all new seals, brake rotors, brake pads, and e-brake shoes. Someone was just there doing repairs and KNEW about the damaged axle spindles. So in all my years of auto repair business i have never seen such a poor communication from the repair shop that KAP used to do the right seal. In my opinion Kaps Repair shop should have informed Kap about this Problem. Kap denied any knowledge of this axle spindle problem. So now my client is going to spend at least $3800.00 to replaced the rear axle housing. on top of the Inspection Price!!JUST SAYING BUYER BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
