Jay was extremely helpful, knowledgeable & patient regarding my car purchase at Automaxx. Answered all questions, and even when he wasn't sure how old the brakes were when I asked, he had a mechanic take a look to give me an accurate answer. Everyone we encountered at the shop was extremely polite and friendly, and we will definitely be going back for any car maintenance in the future!

I took my car to Automaxx for them to identify, locate and resolve an interior leak in my car. They worked diligently and were successful. This allowed me to keep my vehicle!! Grateful and thankful for everyone under the leadership of Jay .

Have bought 2 vehicles (00 Jeep chereokee sport & an 05 Toyota Prius) very reasonable prices & I live both of my vehicles! Am now selling my old car through there since it s less stress on myself & since they k on what they are doing over there

I think they attempted to gorge me.I went in to get an inspection done. They came back with 800+$ worth of repairs needed. Both sway bars needing to be replaced and the axals being replaced and the power steering dripping needing to be replaced and they didnt have an estimate for the drip either. So going with them wouldve cost me well over 900$ dollars probably just for the repairs alone just for it to pass inspection.Went to get a second opinion. Only one sway bar needed to be replaced. Both axals are fine. Dripping power steering fluid doesn't fail you unless its dripping on certain things, which it wasn't.Cost 70$ to repair. Then passed inspection at another inspection place.They tried to screw me over.

They did an AMAZING JOB on my vehicle. My rear door was smashed in and you couldn't even tell by the time I picked it up. They even detailed my car inside and out.I recommend Automaxx to anyone that needs repair because even the pricing is extremely affordable!I cannot thank them enough. The worst service ever. They "replaced" transmission, new transmission was leaking, second time they fixed afrer that something exploded in transmission during drive, red fluid was everywhere, they fixed after that it was leaking againg, I took my vehicle to different service fo check because transmission was kicking, I took my van back to ACR and they had to take out all transmission and fix it..... Don't waste your time.Service: Transmission repair

had work done on the brakes, they installed new rotors and pads, which in the car world seems simple to complete.I had to take it back twice, they over tightened the axle nuts and bent the brake knuckles, if you have somewhere else to take you car I highly recommend taking it there. the also didn't put the clamp back around the hub which caused all the grease to leak out ou f the hub and axle bearings. so now I need a new hub. its shocking to me that this is one of the people responsible for making sure cars are safe to be on the road considering he has an inspection license.

Good place to buy used and reasonable cars when they have in stock . Haven t got any repair work done here but looks they would be good at that too

Be aware, big fraudulent and scam practices being followed here. Past week while driving from NJ to Virginia, my car showed signs�of trouble. It would wobble hard when on "Park" and occasionally�not start when the engine was turned off.Given I had a long drive ahead and was passing by ACR Car Service shop, I decided to pull over and get it checked�out. I mentioned the issue and suggested engine oil change which was long due.The owner going by name "Jason/Jay"� said they would need to diagnose the issue first and then let me know the cause/repair. I acknowledged�and after 1.5 hours, he came back and told me it could be a very "serious" engine issue. He had a couple of valves and connectors/gears near the engine popped out and claimed�the engine cylinders are weak and may break-off.� He suggested we first do a full engine flush and then followed by synthetic engine oil change only after which he would confirm if any other engine repairs were needed. After spending�another 2.5 hours, they got back saying the car is now fine after engine oil change! (I had hinted them that I would do any other engine repair at Dealer if needed)I spent more than 4 hrs and $195 for just�an engine oil�change. It could have been much quicker and cheaper had they been honest with the issue. After they�handed over the car, the dashboard showed the "engine light" upon start, which they quickly reset. However it came back with 15 mins of driving! So at this point I am really not sure what they did under the hood and in the "closed" garage!I would advise against visiting this shop.

I've been going here since I purchased my car from the same owner. The owner is an honest and sincere individual. I may have had a problem with one of his mechanic but it doesn't mean it's the boss's fault. They will work with you and take care of whatever tantrum your car may have.

These guys are the best!! I've gone there 2 times and i will not go anywhere else, they are reasonable with their prices, and are very friendly. They definately took very good care of my car..im very impressed with this place..Thank you guys!

Booked an appointment to buy a car then showed up for that appointment only to physically watch the car I came to buy be sold right in front of me to someone else. Drove over an hour to make the purchase and messaged Jason on Facebook when I was on my way as well with no response. Completely unprofessional. Cannot be trusted.

"Honest" "passive" and "genuine" are not the usual adjectives when thinking of a used car salesperson, but these are exactly what you encounter at Automaxx. We purchased a car here from Jay. We discovered some minor things after our purchase, Jay stood by his word and made the neccessary repairs. The sales and the service department run efficiently. Walter and Keith are helpful, they listen, and they re accomidating.

The most professional, honest, dependable Auto group around. From bumper to bumper they take care of it. They have been my Auto Shop for years since the Fairless Citco days. Went to ACR saw a nice Subaru 2011 the guys came out with the key I tried it out ran great.. the receptionist and the guys there were super helpful very nice and kind .... Thank God I'm still have my vehicle and it's running great thank you guys at ACR I appreciate you..
