Goes the extra mile, even when your car doesn't!Our 16 year old car died on the turnpike. Chad and his crew looked at it and said that it needed a new engine (which we know it definitely did - it had issues). Chad took time to research engines and try to find one that would work for our car. We decided that replacing the engine was not in our budget and sold it to an online company. Chad not only kept the car on his lot, he and his team made sure that the tow truck taking the car had what they needed, even though the tow truck showed up before they were open.We live 90 minutes from his shop and it would have been tough to get up there that early. His flexibility and helpfulness took a bad situation and turned it into something manageable. Not to mention, Chad asked way too little for all he did. If I lived in Morgantown, I would have made Chad's Auto our family's mechanic on the spot. I hope you'll give him the chance to make him yours.

My family was driving home from a vacation, with the car all packed up and two little ones in their car seats when our tire pressure light popped on, stating that our rear left tire was losing air. We looked to find the closest shop that could potentially help us and found Chad's not far down the road. We pulled in and saw that it noted Saturdays were by appointment only. When my husband got out of the car to speak with someone and confirm, they quickly told us we could back the car up to the garage and they would take a look. They were a life saver - found the hole in the tire and plugged in super fast so that we could be on our way. They encouraged our five year old son to watch the process and let him 'help' with the repair. Super friendly, accommodating, and affordable - noting that they understand how stressful that situation can be when you're far from home and feeling stranded. What could have been a nightmare experience as we were trying to get home turned into a minor blip in the process because of Chad's. I'm very grateful for the experience!

Chad and his staff are built different. They go above and beyond for customers. It's rare to find mechanics that keep you in mind first and not your wallet, all the while doing a professional job. If you want quality and honesty when it comes to your vehicle..it's not even close. The consistency is what does it for me when I need them. I don't need to call around. I'm going there. 10 thumbs up!

Popped in to Chad s as my engine light was on. As busy as he was, he took the time to do a quick diagnostic on my car. Gave us a couple of non-urgent tips to get it fixed and told us we had nothing to worry about on our journey.Chad was super nice, friendly, and most importantly honest.Would recommend Chad to anyone who needs their car fixed! Especially women!! He will be totally honest and not rip you off like say Pep Boys!! They told us it would take up to an hour and perhaps a day to diagnose and also $99 for doing so.Thank you Chad again for your kindness and honesty!!!Christine and Irene

Lost Power Steering on the Turnpike. Stopped in the Local Mavis tire for help. They could not handle it so Maggie referred me to Chad's. I was figuring my day was over waiting to even get the truck on the lift. Boy was I wrong!!! As I pulled up Chad greeted me at the bay door. Said give me a minute to move a car out to make room. Within 5 min it was diagnosed and a repair was underway. Back on the road in 45 min. This is how a business is supposed to be. Nice , honest , and efficient. Being from NJ , and traveling I was expecting to be taken advantage of but was charged a more then reasonable amount .... Highly recommend Chad and his crew.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Chad and his team are AMAZING! We are from out of town and had car trouble just after the shop closed. When we called, Chad picked up the phone and told us to come in and they d fix it right away and get us back on the road. When we got here, Chad s whole crew greeted us and got right to work! We were in and out in 15 minutes. We can t thank them enough!! Things could have been so much worse, and we were so lucky they were willing to help!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Car starting acting up on the turnpike. Chads was the closest auto body. Chad and Tim switched around their schedule to get us in, as we were on a work trip to Philadelphia. We really appreciate them being so accommodating for us. Chad even offered to let us use his vehicle while our car was being worked on. Awesome gentleman truly. Back on the road, with no issues thus far! Thanks guys!!

I cannot recommend Chads enough! These guys are truly great mechanics and great people! I needed my exhaust repaired and those guys stayed after hours to fit me in! They were quick, efficient and extremely reasonable and understanding. I cannot say enough nice things about my experience today with Chad and his employees. Everyone was super polite and helpful. Chad was so willing to help me, last minute, with some pretty serious damage to a car door. He and his guys got it fixed up quickly and I could tell they all really care about the work they do. My family and I will definitely be return customers. Thank you so much Chad!

Chad and his team were awesome! My Yukon needed a lot of work from A/C repair to a whole new set of tires plus other maintenance. They communicated throughout the entire day with me and stayed late just to finish the job. Their prices are reasonable. Would highly recommend! Chad's auto and detail service deserves nothing less than five stars. The owner, Chad and his employee Dean have performed great work multiple times on multiple vehicles. I couldn't imagine taking any of my vehicles anywhere else. Their knowledge and expertise is top of the line. Chad has sat down with me multiple times and taken the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and just how they were going to fix it and always for a very reasonable price. They are certainly the best garage in the area!

I brought my 97 Blazer in for a filler neck replacement and throughout the entire process Tim and the techs were helpful and courteous. The part I already had turned out to not be right so they found one that would work and stay within my budget. We were on our way to Pittsburgh when a part of our car needed a repair. We got off the exit and saw Chad s place - best stop we could ve made. I had contacted Chad to install a hitch system for my 2019 jeep, for a 2,000 mile trip before I left within 2 days. Not only did he deliver and the hitch perform exceptionally, but he and his team ran all the electrical and made sure everything was in order from my fluids to my tire alignment before we left. He even checked in with me after the fact to make sure everything held up and we arrived safe. Overall great experience, great service and great people.

Chads auto is great. I bring all my cars to him. My husband got a new car and Chad did all the work and got it road legal. I called him up about my other car and he got me in and out and kept in touch with me the whole time. He is professional and up front. He looks everything over and tells you up front what pricing would be. His prices are reasonable. He cares for your family s safety. I will not take my care anywhere else. . Wow, where do I even begin. These guys have saved me a lot of money compared to other service places out there. They're proffesional, great customer service, they get the job done quickly, precisely and they do it right. I highly recommend people to take their vehicles here for service. I called an hour before closing to fix a heat shield that was scraping the ground. I was afraid to drive it for 15 minutes to my local garage, so I called Chad's and they took me right in and fixed it for me in 5 minutes! Great service and super nice! I highly recommend this garage!

Chad s Auto absolutely deserves 5 stars.Dependable, Honest, always going above and beyond to help the customer, these are the words that describe Chad. For years now Chad has been my mechanic, and never once has he steered me wrong. Countless times I ve called on a moments notice worried bout a car issue and without hesitation he always says bring the car by and I will check it. Putting my fears to rest that he will make sure the car is safe for me and my family to be on the road. And he does, him and his team do quality work and he always gives you a fair price. I will not trust any one else to work on my car. So as long as Chad s Auto is around he will be my mechanic and he should be yours too. If you re looking for a trustworthy, dependable mechanic, he s your guy.

Was there at Chad's Auto Shop today! Called them up and they said to bring my flat tire up! Took it up, Chad took the flat tire off my rim, put a brand new one on and balanced it all for a very low price! I was VERY SATISFIED with the job and price that Chad did! I will DEFINITELY BE taking my truck back there for services!!

I took my 2011 Ford explorer to Chad's Auto in Honey Brook to have my engine replaced. Chad and the whole crew at Chad's Auto did an amazing job. They went above and beyond and even treated me like Good friends. The crew kept me posted every step of the way. From now on I will not take my car anywhere else.
