I was referred to this business when I asked a mechanic if the crack on my windshield would pass inspection, and was told no. I called and the owner was friendly, relatable, and professional and got me in the following week. He could've taken me the day I called but I couldn't make it work. He worked with myself and my mother who works down the road from him to get my truck in and repaired. I highly recommend, the windshield work is flawless and I will definitely be a returning customer whenever I need glass repair.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Came across this shop via Google and I m so glad I did. Owner is amazing. Does great work and kept me in the loop with everything. Even when my insurance company wanting to be a bit crazy at one point. If anyone is in need of a windshield or new dash sensor, I would hands down recommend Auto Glass Unlimited!

Very fast, excellent work and very very friendly! Will recommend to anyone! I have had several windshields replaced over the years, but after watching Dave and Frank work, I can honestly say they had the best equipment and attention to detail. Both Dave and Frank are two of the most friendly, professional, and reliable Business Owners and workers I've encountered since moving here. Not only did they do an amazing and quick replacement glass for me, but they also answered all my questions kindly and releieved the stress. I will only go to them now and highly recommend their services. Bonus part was that they were also the most inexpensive compared to the other ten quotes I got from other Glass Companies in the area.Ten Star Rating Thanks again guys! You're the best around!

Put firewood into back window of a Dakota on MLK day morning. Google search incorrectly identified a glass shop in Tunkhannock PA. After questions with the proprietor, I was impressed enough to take the drive to Montrose rather than the shorter run to Scranton. Dropped the truck off Tuesday afternoon. New glass was ordered, installed and ready by lunch Wednesday, ahead of estimate. Reasonable price, no leaks or whistles and no regrets.

I set up an appointment with them to have my cracked windshield replaced (I had to get up at 6:00 am on my day off to make it there by 8.) and when i got there was told the windshield was never sent to them. I had to make another appointment. I was told to call the day before to see if it had come as they probably wouldn't remember to call me. They should have called me when it didn't come the first time. Customer service is lacking.

I called to get a quote on a friend's vehicle windshield and it happened to be on a Sunday in which I was unaware that they were closed but a really nice man answered explaining that the shop phone is routed to his personal cell phone on weekends to do emergency repairs for businesses and instead of just hanging up after saying they were closed, he actually took a moment to ask me what he could help me with and he gave me the estimated amount of the windshield I was looking for and told me what time they were to open on Monday morning and I was very happy to have called a place with a caring and respectful owner and I seriously recommend their hard work and dedication to helping customers...definitely go to these guys for your window repairs!!!

Had a chip filled in (starburst), and I was not impressed since it was still visible upon completion. However the chip has not traveled.
