Chuck Wood hard to forget a name like that set us up with a sweet 1995 bronco. Awesome man he is. We are not exactly made of money and getting a classic this nice was something we dreamed about. Service was smooth excellent and easy. Everyone was so nice as expected and they took good care of us while being straight forward. Will definitely be going back for a new car down the road. A special thank you to everyone else that helped us while we were there.

Very poor customer service, buyer beware. Daughter called weeks ago to schedule repairs before her warranty expired because of touch screen not working in her Edge. She informed them that if they waited to long she would be over mileage because of the job she has. They scheduled her 2 weeks out putting her over mileage. Now they want her to pay out of pocket for something that would be covered. Warranty pretty cut and dry according to the service employee well she wouldn't have been 300 miles over if you would had her in weeks ago. Time to start listening to your customers Fairfield Ford.

I recently purchased a new VW Tiguan from Chuck Wood. My experience was seamless from start to finish. Tyler and Tanya were also involved with this sale. All three were friendly, professional and helpful. Customer service was outstanding!! Highly recommend this team!!

Absolutely terrible prices. The markups on their new cars are outrageous. Most dealerships are getting cracked down by ford with the high markups and you can find a lot of the dealers now not adding the markups. I would never do business here because it s just greedy of this company trying to justify their markups. Their ford mavericks are going for almost $5k more than the tremor packaged mavericks at other dealerships.

Purchased my 2017 ford focus from here in 2019. The sales people are VERY pushy. They hide loan and pricing information from you until the last minute. In terms of service, they will only do the bear minimum. Forget about courtesy. I once got my car repaired there, and they neglected to even check the wiper fluid levels. Word of advice, avoid this dealership. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I had a great time at this Ford dealer, and even drove 4 hours to pick up my 2016 F150. Charles was great as sales, and Jasmine was the absolute best internet sales person I have ever talked to when looking for a vehicle. It was raining and cold when we picked up the truck. Once home the following day, I saw the truck in a better light. There is a light red..almost stain, all over the light grey paint. The only thing I can remove it with is a compound. I have hours of work ahead of me to paint correct this truck. I have contacted this dealer and have heard nothing back. Thinking back, when pulling in the lot there was a rock quarry next door to the dealership that had left a red mud stain all over the roads. This is what I believe stained the trucks paint! I would never, ever buy another vehicle, or even think of looking at one at this dealership. They need detailers who know of this problem and know how to fix it!

The Chrysler stores were amazing to work with! The truck we wanted was in Danville, but they brought it to Muncy for us, so we didn't have to travel the extra distance. We walked in at 5:30 on a Friday night, they gave us top dollar for our trade and we drove away at 8 with our brand new truck. Great experience!!!

They ran our credit without telling us and we were not any where near ready to buy a car from them, they didn't even have what we wanted there. They just bring out a car for you to test drive even though it's not what you want. We asked to see a list of what they had so we could just tell them what we were interested in and they wouldn't do that so we left after the second car the brought out. What a waste of time and they are the sleasiest car salesman i have ever met.

I had a pretty sad interaction with their BMW dealership in the spring and another with their Toyota dealership this fall. I tried to make contact with the BMW dealership a ridiculous number of times: 4 emails from 2 different email addresses, 1 in person visit including getting a card from a sales person and calling it twice with no answer or return call. A cold call to a sales person that was never followed up on after he had my details. CRAZY I emailed the Toyota dealership twice about a 2018 4Runner and got no response. It feels like a business culture issue.

Nice group of people. Watch the communication between salesman and accountant. Salesman might agree to something or a price and then it gets lost when your signing and going through paper work. Just be informed and aware is all. Decent people to deal with though.

This dealership was exposed just recently for FRAUD. They falsely advertise their vehicles and try to scam buyers. Nascar legend himself Dale Earnhardt Jr. had to step up to the plate to expose them as well.They tried to use his name and say that there was a Corvette driven and owned by him, he actually tweeted about it to prove otherwise that he had ZERO affiliation with that car.I hope this place gets sued to bankruptcy, potential car buyers STAY FAR AWAY.

They ran my credit without telling me. They were super high pressure sales. The sales person wasn't bad but they guy above him that was "helping him" was very aggressive.
