Hands down the best car buying experience. They got my payment lowered substantially and I got me in this new Mitsubishi outlander hybrid. The staff is great, Joe listened to my needs and wants and delivered beyond my expectations. Highly recommend.

Joe and Chad were the best. Came in looking to test drive 3 vehicles and possibly a lease buyout. Chad was able to have me test drive the 3 vehicles i wanted to look at. Joe inspected my vehicle and they did their best to get me into the vehicle I wanted. Joe was able to get me a great discounted price for the vehicle as well. 10/10 would recommend this dealer to anyone wanting great cars at amazing prices! Couldn't say more about the team. Definitely ask for Joe. He is the man!

During my holiday break went in to get my car serviced, while waiting i met Joe Sabatini, the nicest man I've met in my 10+ years of getting my car serviced at this dealership. He took time to sit and chat with me. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised since no one ever at this dealership has ever done this. Thank you Joe for finally making me feel welcomed and not just a customer. If you are looking for a vehicle, come check him out, you won't be disappointed.

We purchased our first ever Mitsubishi. We love the car and deal we received. Joe Sabatini was excellent and Chad. They both could not have done more for us. We definitely will be back after the new year for our next new car!

Outstanding! The staff's professionalism and genuine commitment to finding me the car I wanted at the price I needed was great.The sales team guided me through their inventory. Newsflash: transparent pricing and financing options for less-than-great credit DO EXIST and they're at Montgomeryville Mitsubishi.It was easy, stress-free, and I couldn't have asked for more.

What a day. Went out to meet both Joe and Chad at Montgomeryville Mitsubishi and walked away with a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander. The staff took great care of me and it went so well, I went home and grabbed my wife's car to also trade in for a 2023 Outlander. She loved the test drive and picked out one that would fit her needs. Great place and highly recommend them if you are looking for a new car. Great Job Joe and Chad. Good luck with all the family members that will be coming up to visit your facility.

I had a tremendous experience when I purchased my 23 Outlander! The staff was very courteous and professional, the facility was nice and clean, and the selection was immense. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new car or used to check out this dealership!

They got me approved when others were denying me. I m grateful for this team they got me back on road in style. Very helpful & EZ to work with. Also my credit was a 553 & just had a recent repo appear on my report & they fought for my approval!! Ask for Joe he s The Man!

I have a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander that was towed to Montgomeryville Mitsubishi on Friday, November 24, 2023, for repair because the control arm broke just UNDER 4 MONTHS of me having the vehicle and was scheduled for repair on Monday, November 27th. (Upon research of this issue I found that it was a recall issued in 2020 NHTSA Number 23V-345) When I called for an update on Monday, I was told my vehicle was not there so no work or diagnostics had been done, nor did I receive a courtesy call about the situation. I asked about a loaner while the vehicle is there for repair and was told LOANERS ARE NOT GIVEN FOR MITSUBISHI'S BEING SERVICED. I conference called the roadside assistance company with the dealer to find out my where my vehicle was on the lot, and it was on the Acura side. Roadside Assistance offered to move the vehicle, but was told there was no need and they would get the vehicle to the dealer side where repairs were going to be done. I called Tuesday, November 28, 2023, to get at update because I still have NO TRANSPORTATION as I am awaiting the repairs because again I was not provided a loaner vehicle. I was informed that the vehicle was never moved and no one has even assessed the vehicle or started repairs. Although I purchased this 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander with every warranty imaginable, I don't have an operable vehicle or any kind of transportation in the meantime. It is now Friday, (7 days later) and I still have not been contacted or given a status update of any kind. I am still without transportation and cannot reach anyone at Montgomeryville Mitsubishi by phone or by web request. I have not received quality customer service or even any kind of concern to resolve this matter. Staff personnel are not listed on the Montgomeryville Mitsubishi website to contact, so I can only leave a voice message or submit a web contact request., however no one has gotten back to me about my vehicle. 7 days without transportation and who knows what is going on with my vehicle.
