Incredible customer service! Got a flat tire Sunday evening. Had my car towed here and I was on my way out the door 8:30 Monday morning. Super nice people!! Highly recommend!

Bob and Rosa are very welcoming to the business, and extremely knowledgeable. They helped me with my drivers side tire, were honest about why I had a slow leak and let me know about my brakes needing to be replaced. I will be coming here for now on.

Very glad I decided to go with Mavis today. After the recent snow, I guess I hit the nail on the head and (it went through the sidewall) needed to replace my rear driver side and that turned in to replacing both rears, right before closing. Thankfully the team took great care of me and hooked me up as their last customer for the night. I truly appreciated their honesty and professionalism explaining what was going on and showing me a pretty solid selection of new tires and the price was better than right! I ll confidently buy from this location again!

Came in on a rainy Sunday afternoon and received great customer service! Bob and Rosa really made the experience easy. Everyone here was amazing and personable, even the customers were a pleasure to speak with. This is my first definitely my first choice for tire repairs!

I went in for a routine Oil Change and Sean helped me out. He later found more crucial repairs that I needed that I would have never known about until it was too late. Sean s customer service and attention to detail was top notch quality.

5 Star experience! I called last minute before closing to have my battery checked. Turns out needed a brand new battery and oil change. Met Sean who took care of me immediately, got my car fixed and gave me 5 star service. Highly recommend this location and asking for Sean. Great spot!

I noticed a nail in my tire right before I was leaving for work. Called around a few places and got the we can get you in tomorrow I called these guys and within 20 mins I was seen and helped. Highly recommend this location. Friendly and helpful staff

Mavis Discount Tire in Montgomeryville is the best!! They have taken great care of me every time I have come in with a tire issue. And they do so much more. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They explain the issues clearly and take care of everything. I will continue to come back!!!

I worked with Bob today to get my tire fixed and he was so helpful and pleasant. He got me in quick and because I was a walk in he did advise it would be a bit of a wait but he kept me up to date on the service and had my car back and tire fixed before the original time he gave me. Very pleased

Fast & friendly service! I was there with my SUV which had a small screw punctured in the driver-side rear tire. The team at Mavis removed the screw, plugged the hole, and refilled the tire pressure appropriately in less than 15 mins. I'll definitely go back to Mavis.

Absolutely the best people at this tire shop! I had gotten a slow leak at the mall and when I left I realized it had gone completely flat. A stranger helped me fill the tire enough to get over to Mavis where they literally saved the day getting me in 10 minutes before close! Thank you guys so incredibly much. I absolutely highly recommend Mavis!

If you need to have your car looked at. Ask for Sean at the Mavis in Montgomeryville. Very knowledgeable and honest. You will leave your visit extremely comfortable with your decision in taking your vehicle to Sean for service. I have been for years!!!

Waited almost two hours to get a "We cant service your car because its lowered" huge waste of my time. Have been here so many times before with my car lowered and never had any issues ever before. While I was there I also witnessed so many dissatisfied customers, should've seen that as a sign to get out of there and go elsewhere.

Purchased 2 tires through Amazon and chose to have them installed by Mavis through Amazon at an amazing price .. the tires were shipped directly to Mavis from Amazon and installed today. I cannot be more happy with the entire process from purchase through installation. Mavis was extremely easy to work with and the install went seamless. If you are on the fence trust me Mavis is worth the opportunity to earn your business .. Thanks Guys!

I hit a curb when going around a curve and blinded by the sun. Unfortunately I have no spare and I had to be towed to Mavis. I had called and they said they could fit me in. However it took longerto get there. We arrived near closing time. They stayed and put on my new tire.Can I give them a 10? They are the best...

I've taken my cars here for the last several years and the service has always been exceptional. All the old team has gone, and it's changed. It became meh but still acceptable until this last time. I took my vehicle in for an oil change, a spark plug change, rotate and balance tires, and an alignment. I received a call stating they could not change the oil due to the bolts on the undercarriage being stripped. They said whomever changed the oil last stripped them. When I explained they changed the oil last, the story changed to the bolts were rusted, not stripped, and they didn't want to break anything. (TLDR, I took it to Jiffy Lube the next day who told me they were stripped, yet still performed the oil change by vacuuming out the oil and one of the advisors offered to try to fix it if I bring it back). They also said they couldn't do the spark plugs, and the plugs were not available. (TLDR, I got the plugs changed the next day at Firestone, who had no problem finding the plugs or performing the service. The plugs were even available at the autozone next door as I considered just changing them myself since it's simple. A four cylinder engine with the plugs unblocked right on top. Finally, they told me they performed the tire rotation, and it was free. They did not rotate my tires. My wheels are white, and the rear driver side wheel was filthy with rust colored residue. When I got home, I realized it was in the same place. To be honest, I was kind of expecting a call saying they couldn't do it in fear of damaging the side skirts. I would have been 100% cool with that. It's the reason Firestone didn't change the oil, and I had to take it to Jiffy Lube. At the end of the day, they performed the alignment, offered me $30 off for the inconvenience, but lied about the rest. I got all the services (except the rotation) done at other places, though I still have stripped bolts that I'll have to deal with the next time I get an oil change. I would have rather paid full price for the alignment and been told the truth. We could have figured out how to take care of the stripped bolts. The front desk person was super nice, but next time, just be real.
