I've bought two enclosed trailers from Tom over the past few years and had nothing but a positive experience. Very honest and upfront about everything along with great prices! I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trailer.

Bought a truck from Shaheen that had a frame recall. They could have had the frame replaced FOR FREE from Toyota but sold the truck without mentioning it. They also covered warning indications on the dashboard with electrical tape!

We bought a very nice looking Ford Explorer, paid too much for what we got. First they low balled me on my trade in, then we did not get a good quality vehicle. We had it back 2xs during the 90 day warranty and have had it back 2 times since and it still does not have AC. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Bought a car here. ONCE.. Went to buy and they said the price on website was listed wrong and jacked the price $1000 more! (are you kidding?! ) well shame on us, my husband liked the car so we proceeded Had the car a day and it seemed to pull, Shaheen said it was fine, they didn't notice PULLING. So we took the car a day later to an Alignment shop.. At the shop, they refused to do alignement and brought us back into their shop while car was up on the lift and said the struts were blown... And showed us. They would not do an alignment and they also noted the reverse light was not working Immediately called Shaheen dealership and drove car directly back. They put one new strut in and fixed light. I'm not sure how if Shaheen did their "full inspection" of this vehicle, as they claimed, how blown struts and a non working reverse light were missed. Had the car 2 months with non stop issues. Will NEVER buy from here again and will NOT recommend them to anyone.

The ABSOLUTE WORST place I have ever bought a car. I have had this vehicle now for 2 years. I have put 18,000 miles on it since buying it with only 88.000 miles on it and it has spent more time getting repaired than not. When I first bought it I kept complaining about the problems while it was under the 90 day warranty (check engine light kept coming on and I would lose power and had an electrical problem that was killing the battery every other day) Several things were replaced, but the mechanics were just throwing parts at it. They had NO IDEA why i kept getting a check engine light and NO IDEA why is shook so bad about 40MPH. Tom's solution after taking it on a test ride to see if he could feel it, YELLING at me on the test ride because I was not satisfied with all they did (AGAIN THEY DIDN'T Fix it, just kept throwing parts at it) was to NOT drive at 40MPH. Seriously, that is what he said. Then he was so mad he was driving the wrong way down 15 because I was NOT ok with parts being put on but not getting rid of the problems. So I ended up taking it to the Ford garage to get it fixed. It needed a tune up and since it had the spark plugs that break and a few other things it cost me almost $700 to take care of it. When I told him that he should pay me back for that since it was still under the 90 day warranty he again told me how ungrateful I was for all the parts that he put on them and even threatened that he was going to take some of the parts back off (empty threat because I would never let him near my vehicle again since no one could fix it there) Not even 5,000 miles later my transmission went out and then it had head problems. He sold me junk and made it sound like he sold me the best vehicle ever. His attitude sucked. He was nasty and had quite a hot temper. I understand vehicles can be bad, but the way he acted when he knew full well he sold me a vehicle with a LOT Of problems is just not acceptable.

Unethical. My father bought a truck from here. He was completely taken advantage of. My father (who was disabled) went here to trade in his nice, well taken care of 2007 Toyota truck worth KBBV $7-8k that was stick (standard) for a truck of equal value that was automatic. Lou Mazzullo sold him for equal trade a 2003 Ford Ranger truck. A couple months after he bought the truck the check engines lights came on. Took it to a car repair shop in South Side and they said my dad got ripped off. This truck has a bad battery, bad belt, gas tank is about to fall out because the frame is so rusted underneath, homemade bad welding work in the body, bad exhaust, loose rod and springs. Needs $2500 worth of repairs to pass inspection and a suggested $4500 to make it safe. They couldn't believe this truck even passed inspection before and said they recommend we sell this truck for parts that it isn't even worth selling or trading in. After my dad bought this truck he only drove it to his local Weis store once a week. They completely took advantage of an elderly person who trusted them to give him a safe reliable truck for his trade in and made a ton of money off him instead of being honest. Hoping this saves someone else from letting their loved one buy a car from here.

Got a truck from them a year ago, yes I know it s been a while but I would NOT RECOMMEND that ANYONE buys a vehicle from this place .When I first bought it I had to take it back three times within a week because of stuff going wrong with it. Wheel bearing went out on it they did fix it..I will give them credit there. Alignment pin broke On the back axle they said they fixed it and it was within gm spec. When you looked at it you could still tell it was not right. So I took it to a different garage and they put it on the lift and Measured everything in front of me and everything was more then a half inch off. When they put the new wheel bearing in - they said they did Alignment on it the place that showed me the Linemant pin was not fix, and also showed me that it was not Aligned. They had to put a massive amount of heat on all the points that they adjust, just to get it aligned. When my 30 day Warrantee ran up I had to put two new ball joints, a new throttle body, new abs Sensor on the side where the new wheel bearing was replaced, a new coolant temp sensor .I called the owner to let him know what was going on and he was very unprofessional and very rude and told me I guess you should of went and bought a brand new truck. To this day I am still having problems with this truck.I just wanted to share and hope nobody else gets fooled by them.They are nothing but scammers and con artists.Will never I repeat NEVER buy a vehicle from there and I Advise every one to stay away from there if you want a Reliable vehicle.

Wonderful people to work with, quote honestly the best people we've worked with. Did anything they could to get us a deal and it was awesome. We even do all our repairs there and it's great. Really really recommend them.

Easily one of the worst places to buy a car, jacked up the price when we got to the lot, used cars backup lights didn't work, had a mountain of issues from day one they refused to fix DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GIVE THEM A DIME! Worst dealership on god's green earth. Go out of business already.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ... vehicle was about $500 above book price, A/C didn't work ( $600 plus) to fix, parking brake did not work, short in turn signal/lights switch $100 for new switch assembly, only warranty offered was 3 months on drivetrain. Would not recommend this place to anybody.

Make sure you check out the motorcycle shop. There is some hidden treasures at great prices in the back room, which you could miss if you didn't know it was there. Thom and team are friendly and helpful.

I bought a Dodge Pickup here and they told me that the key remotes workAnd l took the Truck home and the key did not work ,so till they pay for the new key l brought, l don't support them at allDon't buy a vehicle here
