I could not be happier with my new Honda CRV hybrid sport touring purchased at Valley Honda. Our entire experience there was exceptional from the moment we got to the lot. Alex was our salesman and he was so patient, kind, knowledgeable, and put no pressure on us at all. Buying my Honda was the best car experience I have ever had. I highly recommend this dealership, you will not be disappointed.

I wanted to take a minute to recognize and acknowledge the wonderful folks and experience we had at Valley Honda. First our salesman Neil was fabulous. Knowledgeable, patient no high pressure. It felt like he was really advocating and working for us!!!The girls in the back (forgive me for not knowing names),the finance ladies, the lovely girl at the desk behind Neil and the service lady were all wonderful! What an easy and pleasant experience. Felt like we got a great deal on a 2024 CRV (and I am in love with the interior) and in love with this car. Would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for new or used!!! Thank you so much for an easy fun (yes fun)and pleasant experience!!!!

I bought a new Civic in 2023 at Valley Honda. My salesman did everything he could for me to have an excellent experience. My finance man, also, was very knowledgeable and got me the deal I was looking for. I ve gone back twice for oil changes. Jojo answered the phone both times and she was so helpful and answered all of my questions quickly. She was a very upbeat lady, too. Makes it easy to talk to her. If I ever trade my car in Valley Honda in Monroeville will be the first place I will go to buy another car. Everyone I came in contact with were exceptional! Thank you Valley Honda!

I contacted Valley Honda via email regarding a vehicle they had listed on Autotrader. A sales representative (Alex Turek) responded quickly with pricing information. However, when I asked if he would provided me with a few underbody/frame pictures so I could assess vehicle condition before driving 8 hours to make the purchase, he refused. He stated he did not have a bay to put the van in to take the pictures. When I responded stating that the pictures didn't have to be from under a lift, he dismissed me as a potential customer stating, "Well the car has been inspected by a Honda certified technician, but if not getting pictures of the underside emailed to you means that you need to think about it, we understand!" He further went on writing, "The pictures we post of the inside and out of the vehicle are more than adequate by the standards of any dealership."This is an example of the worst form of customer service. Instead of taking a moment to help me gain the information and knowledge I needed to feel assured my family would be safe in this vehicle, Alex instead discounted my concerns and treated me as a hassle rather than as a potential customer. My overall experience with Valley Honda is based on this sole interaction with a single sales rep, however, I will not be looking for vehicles from this dealership any longer as I refuse to support businesses that maintain and allow this type of behavior from their staff. If this is a sales rep, I can only imagine what the management team must be like.

My family has bought several cars here. Jeff is amazing. He's like part of the family at this point. They are super professional and very easy to work with and makes the car buying experience fast and easy. Jeff explained all the features and answered all my questions. Thank you Valley Honda for a great car buying experience.

As it's no longer 1995, potential buyers use electronic tools to buy cars. In the case of Valley Honda, I used their chat service to inquire about the price and availability of a car. I received an immediate automated reply that my message was received and someone would be in contact. More than 48 hours passed and I responded to the email asking for an update. Do you want to sell a car? I finally received a reply saying they did not respond because the car had been sold. How hard is it to reply with this little detail? Maybe give someone other options? Maybe help them find what they're looking for? But here we have Valley Honda who's too busy to respond to a potential buyer and waste their time. Also, if the car is sold, remove it from your website. Again, a waste of time. You won't see me ever considering or recommending this Honda dealership. One star is one too many.

Update: thank you for your reply I'll reach out to schedule a Saturday appointment for a multi point inspection.I'm giving this rating since I haven't experienced services personally but was very annoyed when I couldn't find a Saturday time slot available thru 2026 just to bring my vehicle in to fix android auto and charging issues I've had since acquiring this used vehicle. So I was able to get an appointment next month at another Honda service center about an hour away! Either this location is really that busy or it's a glitch on their online scheduling website?! Please let me know, never had it happen before. Please and thank you :)

My husband and I worked with Joe Bellante to purchase a Honda CR-V Sport Hybrid. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Joe was friendly, knowledgeable, and a wonderful resource. We also worked with Edie regarding finances. She broke the information down in an easy-to-understand way. Thank you Valley Honda for a great experience and an even better vehicle!!

Enough with how smooth the sale was, Trying to buy a kia and looking at reviews, Dose anyone talk about the service after buying a car?So since I always take my wifes 2020 Civic (35k) that she bought from a Honda dealer in Greensburg to Valley Honda for everything. And I am so impressed by their service , I figured I better leave a review. (5 stars)I have only had oil changes , inspections and one transmission flush that seem expensive, I think like $180. besides that,I think their prices for regular maintenance and inspections is fair.but the spot free car wash , they look over the car for any problems and everything is on record makes it well worth the trip to the dealer. The wait time usually seem kinda fast considering there is other people in line, They take Walk ins for oil changes, and they spot free wash your car.So im guessing im sitting there for usually between 30mins and the longest time was maybe an hour and a half maybe 2 hours. Why am i looking at Kias then? cause im trying to buy a year old cpo with less than 15k miles with the balance of the 10 yr warranty for under $25kBelieve me Honda and Toyota would be my first choice if they didn't retain their value so well.

My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle recently, and I was dead set on going to Toyota, as I grew up with numerous Toyota vehicles that never let me down. It was going to be a hard sell to get me in the door anywhere else.My wife insisted we go to at least one other dealership before we go into Toyota. We agreed on Valley Honda up the street. We worked with Cedric on our first day, and he took us out in a vehicle we were interested in. We were instantly impressed. We sat down to discuss any basics of what price we were looking for and features included with purchase. I wouldn t budge until we went to Toyota. Ced gave us his card, and said to call him if we were still interested after going to the Toyota dealership. After driving a Corolla and Camry, we were very underwhelmed, especially with the price difference! So we called and went back up to Honda the same day. Ced was already with another customer, but he checked in with us and referred us to his manager, John, until he was finished with his current clients.John was very accommodating, and got us a great deal on our trade-in, as well as our new vehicle! We were in and out with a deal we were happy with just an hour or so later, not the all day experience we were prepared for. We are VERY happy with our new car, and we have never had a better sales experience! We will definitely be coming back as long as we live driving distance to this dealership!Thank you Ced and John!

Bought a 2014 Honda Accord here in September of 2023. Joe Bellante was great in handling my purchase. He made things smooth for me with getting all the paperwork done and the entire purchase experience was top notch. Thank you Joe for your awesome service.

I had such a pleasant experience purchasing a a new car with the help of Ryan! He was supportive and attentive to my wants/needs in a new vehicle and remained committed despite my incessant questions and focus on the details, repairing and replacing any issue that caught my eye.The *only* thing that was less than ideal (to no fault of Ryan) was the lack of attention to the detail cleaning of the car upon my initial test drive, later return to purchase the vehicle, and even within the first days of owning. All that were caught before purchase were attended to in a timely and friendly manner, but were still nonetheless overlooked in the initial detailing.Overall, a pleasant experience at Valley Honda!

Never had a Honda before. Now we have two (2). Jeff and Andrea were excellent, addressing our needs and answering our questions. We knew Andrea from working with her at her former employer for 15 years and multiple cars...so this was seamless. Always nice to work with someone you know. Looking forward to a long and happy relationship with Valley Honda.

I hate buying cars. But honestly, Jeff and the team at Valley Honda reset my expectations on buying a vehicle. From first contact to driving off the lot, Jeff was attentive to all my questions and needs. He was extremely easy to contact and work with.Even the dreaded warranty upsell was enjoyable. The finance manager was easy to talk to, not pushy, and actually had a personality (can't say that for the other finance managers I've run into when buying a car).Hands down I would recommend Valley Honda for buying a vehicle.

You can have a good experience at a car dealer if you have a plan, did your homework price wise on your trade and quotes for vehicle you are purchasing. We usually contact at least 10 dealers to get an idea. This was really located right off the turnpike. Ample parking. Alex was very nice.

I recently bought tires from another company and they checked the car out completely for anything that would need addressed so after I got the estimate I told them I wasn t interested in those items which was front struts and ball joints and more which came out to around 5 thousand I was pissed and told them just the tires and front end alignment which was over 7 hundred bucks I also told them i would get back to them so I left and went to Valley Honda and complained but all they had to say was the car was old but still they should have replaced those front end parts at inspection time which was a few months before now I have a better repair shop who is legit it just makes me sick they really don t care and that s scary and they need to be called out!!

I was in dire need of a second vehicle after my work car died and was scrapped. I stopped at Valley Honda after work Tuesday night (the 22nd) at 7:45-7:50pm (the internet incorrectly said they were open until 9:00). When we walked in there were 3 men and 1 woman sitting on their hind ends impassively looking at us. My wife asked, "Ok which one of you gets us!" After 10 seconds of awkward silence one of the men guiltily stated that they close in ten minutes. That was it, they still sat on their duffs offering nothing else. Now I didn't expect anyone to stay late and appease us, I hadn't expected to buy a car that night, but I did expect the courtesy of one of the salespeople saying something like "hello my name is...... sorry but we are closing perhaps I can show you a car tomorrow, what are looking at."Nobody enjoys walking into a car dealership knowing that they are going to have to shell out 30 to 50,000 dollars for a car these days. The least a salesperson can do is to treat you with a little common decency. Instead, I bought a 2021 Honda at SPITZER TOYOTA just over the hill two days later. Spitzer knows how to treat their customers.I should have known better, in 2014 my wife and I stopped in to look at a Pilot, we were much earlier that time, but couldn't get anyone to wait on us that time either. It's a shame since they are only three miles from my house, instead we drove out the turnpike to Baierl Honda where we were treated like royalty and bought a Honda Pilot that day.The world does not often give second chances, we gave Valley Honda another shot but there will not be a third. If you are looking for a Honda, pass up Valley Honda like we did and either see Tom out at Smail in Greensburg or the good people at Baierl.

Alex is the best sales person, my daughter just leased her call at Valley Honda, and we went in and explained, this is where we wanted her payment to be and not a cent over, her credit, and that we would most likely be needing a cosigner from NY. He was professional, funny, made everything easy, and whenever my Sister (the NY cosigner) showed up for our meeting on the day and time that Alex set up, everything was ready for us. We will definitely return. We only hope that Alex is still there.

Today was my first experience with valley Honda. I recently had an electrical issue with my Honda Pilot & took it to an electrical shop. Afterwards, I was still having issues with my car, so I decided to take it to Valley Honda. I have never had such an amazing experience with a car service center! Very nice employees and atmosphere. They went above and beyond to make it a great experience. I was told my car would take about 2-3 hours to service once they found the issue, but they ended up having it back to me in about 45 mins-1 hour. The pricing was amazing as well, way less than I ve paid anywhere else. I even brought my baby with me, and everyone was nice to us throughout the experience. Would definitely come back!

I purchased a new CRV from Jeff last night. He did not try and sell me anything he did not think was right for me. I looked at a model that was more money, he told me to stick with the lower price, not worth the difference. He also spent about 2 hours with me after the purchase, showing me all of the features and how to use them. My next car will be from Jeff

Weird experience - a salesman actually guilted me out of buying a used, one-owner Honda with 10yrs/135k miles, that was clean as a whistle, for my daughter based on safety/reliability concerns. I get that it was 'inexpensive' car, by today's standards, and maybe he was just taking his shot at selling a more expensive model. But every Honda person I recently talked to said something to the tune of "it's just getting broken in," on similar examples I looked at. I also get that reality lies somewhere in the middle of those two opinions. Ok, no problem, I just went down the street and bought a Toyota.

To whom it may concern:I am writing to let you know about my most recent experience with my 2017 Honda Pilot and Valley Honda. I bought a Honda product because I thought they were a somewhat worry-free product. Since owning our Pilot, that has not been the case. This past July has been the third time that I have had my vehicle serviced for something other than normal maintenance. I understand that I am the second owner and that I bought it used with only 38,000 miles, but it is still a Honda. I have been informed that Honda knows there is a problem with the 2017 s Pilot transmissions but there is no recall on them. When the vehicle first started making a juttering sensation while driving, I brought it in to Valley Honda. This problem was fixed stating that Honda knows of this and does provide the maintenance for it. However, this last time, I brought the vehicle in on July 13th because a transmission warning light went on. After Valley Honda assessed why the light was on, it was determined that the torque-converter was bad. I was informed that this is another part of the faulty transmission system that is part of the 2017 Pilot. Luckily, I purchased an extended warranty for this vehicle. However, instead of Honda or Valley Honda taking any responsibility or being proactive for this faulty part, they decided to call the warranty company who had to send an adjuster out to make sure this was a legitimate problem. From July 13th until July 26th this vehicle sat at Valley Honda. This is our main family vehicle that gets used daily. I did have a rental car allowance through the warranty company for 9 of the 14 days. They offered $28.00 per day. This is about a 3rd of what a family sized rental vehicle cost per day not including taxes and fees. Valley Honda offered nothing. I am not sure if this is how the Honda Corporation treats its dealerships and this is why the customer gets treated this way. I just hope this vehicle was fixed right and that maybe it will become a somewhat worry-free Honda that I hear so much about. Courtney was my service consultant and was very communicative and cooperative. This letter has no bearing or her work performance. Courtney was the only bright spot through this whole ordeal. Thank you.

I was in an accident last night on the highway going towards Monroeville and all of a sudden a very large truck hit into the back of me because betta fish tail and hit into the jersey barrier he then fled the scene and I was and stuff on the highway by myself scared and was unsure that I was going to be able to get off the highway or get hit by a car. Finally was able to get off at the Penn hills exit and the first place I can pull it out was the Honda dealership they were still fine and kind enough that they allowed me to leave my car there overnight but not only that they help me get into my vehicle because I left my keys in my car the day after I have never had such a fine and just honorable set of gentleman that was so helpful and willing to help a helpless 0 woman I am so pleased with the way that they treated me and help me they deserve nothing but the best and the biggest raised as well as so much praise that. I'm not sure how I can ever repay them thank you so much and you guys all wrong
