I brought my 2023 RAV 4 in for an inspection and any needed maintenance. It was so nice to just drive right in to the garage area. I was greeted by Elvis Bole who checked my information and answered any questions I had. The waiting room was comfortable and clean - a pleasant place to wait. I was able to check the progress through the link sent to my phone. Elvis came to advise me the car was done. He was very kind and courteous throughout the process. Thank you Elvis and the Spitzer Team!

Love Spitzer Toyota! They are prompt, handle what needs handled and do so in a quick manor! I've purchased my last two cars from them, and only bring my car to this location to be serviced.James Thomas was my advisor and provided a great experience! I also realized, after the fact, that I had the incorrect day on the calendar for my appointment. I dropped my car off and James just took great care of me, never mentioning I wasn't on the schedule. I didn't realize until looking at my calendar later. I appreciate all you do!

Deana in the service office and the tech James Thomas' work at Spitzer is top notch. I recently purchased a used Tacoma from another dealership. Deana was so helpful working with me to establish service at Spitzer, and James Thomas working on my truck to identify a few small issues that needed remedied was the the best service I've ever experienced at a car dealership or most businesses in general. Highly recommend for any of your Toyota service needs.

Spitzer, and Elvis Bole, my service contact were fantastic. I used to think all service offerings were alike, but I now feel otherwise. I took my car in for maintenance and inspection. While I was waiting I received a link to track my vehicle's progress and then also got to watch a video of the inspection checks -- i could see my vehicle's brakes, tires, etc. The waiting area was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Their work was efficient and they were kind and courteous.

I am very pleased with the service provided at Spitzer Toyota Service Center. I was greeted with a smile by James Thomas when I pulled my car into the garage. After we discussed the service needed, he had me go to the waiting area. He was prompt with keeping me updated and quick to get the necessary work completed. James is GREAT to work with!!!!

I brought my car in for a LOF and to put my stored winter snow tires on and for a check up. The service was great and friendly. Charles Carter was my advisor and he did a great job of keeping me informed and letting me know what was going on as he always does. My front brakes needed some work and Spitzer did the job. The car brakes much better now. I really appreciate being able to store my tires at Spitzer and the friendly service. My car was also washed nice which I appreciated. Over all a five star plus review. I always take my car to Spitzer.

Easy car service. They are clear about approximate wait times, have nice seating in the lobby with coffee and water. When your car is done, they walk through what they did and compare the state of your car to inspection guidelines. No creepy leers, upselling, or other nonsense that car service centers are known for.But remove your magnets before leaving your car! I lost two of mine in the complimentary car wash.

The service department was outstanding. They were able to handle a last minute issue. I needed a new tire. I barely had miles on my old tires . My Prius is Awd so I was worried about having to replace all tires.in the past they were able to patch the tire . I took my care to the dealership for a tire issue because I trust them. A shout out to Elvis . He was amazing.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had anywhere getting my car serviced. I worked with David Bole who was there to greet me when I pulled up and explained how long everything would take. When my car inspection was over, I received a video showing me my entire car inspection as well as an email from David ensuring I was happy with everything. I highly recommend this Toyota service location!

Today I went to Spitzer to have my vehicle serviced. Deanna Hicks greeted me in a very professional manner. She concerned herself wanting to know what she could do for me. Deanna was attentive about my concerns and introduced me to Spitzer's new way of servicing customers. Customers have the ability to watch their vehicles being serviced throughout the various stages of seeing the official work being completed. Vehicle in for 25,000 mile service along with inspection and emissions. Ended up needing tires and an alignment. James Thomas called to update me on the status of my vehicle, was very helpful, and kept me informed every step of the way. Even with the added services, my car was ready, washed, and waiting at the promised time.

Deana Hicks has been helping me get my car serviced here for a little while now, and it's been a really positive experience. My most recent visit for an oil change and tire rotation was completed quickly, my interactions with staff were pleasant, and I was kept well-informed regarding my car's status. It has been worth the trouble to travel all the way out to Monroeville since my usual mechanic in the South Hills has retired. Thanks!!

Bought a used 2020 Toyota RAV 4 LE two weeks ago..I Love itMy salesman Josh Pretitie was very knowledgeable and didnt pressure me at all. I had a little problem with my gas door opening and the Service person Deanna was very helpful. Plus they wash your car for free. I reccommend to go there. my first toyota was a Rav 4 traded it with 145K miles on it. Actually hated to see it go!

Definitely one of the best car purchasing experiences I ve had in my lifetime. The salesman (Arpit Shah) was a down to earth no hassle person to work with from beginning to end. It s obvious to me the dealership is motivated to sell good quality vehicles at a fair price. I ll definitely pass the word onto my friends and neighbors that the best deal and customer service out there is at Spitzer Toyota.

Made an appointment for an oil change. Took my vehicle in before scheduled time and did a systems check also. They send a video of the work they re doing also to keep you up to date. I waited there but next time I ll drop off and pick up.

I have been working with Deana Hicks for 10+ years to service my vehichle. She always goes out of her way to make sure I am accommodated and very much works to work around my busy schedule. Despite having multiple closer options for a Toyota dealership, I drive 45 minutes out of my way to have my service done here. Side note you may not know - they'll also store your summer/winter tires if you use/change them with the seasons.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection
