Awesome team. I needed a welding job. Came on Thursday they were fully booked. Dropped off the the van on Saturday, few hours later called me said job is done.Efficient and friendly. Thank you guys :)

Well, despite having an appointment I was there a long time because someone didn't show up for work. However, still 5 stars because that isn't their fault and the people who work there are nice and I'm really happy with the tires Bill suggested I get. The difference is noticeable and I think the price was good. So, yeah, I'd go back. They engender trust despite the snafu.

Mr Ed is shady, I recently took my car there after getting alot of work done. He then tell me all the stuff I needed that I paid for 9 months ago that I needed it again. He said Everything is under warranty ! So I told him fine I already got all this work done so it should be under warranty. Then he calls back and say well I do not need all the stuff he quoted earlier. Fast Forward I take my Car to Monroe and they said why do your breaks feel like this and the fixed all this stuff but tealky didnt. He told me call cooperate because you caris unsafe. The guy was so worried he followed me. He told me to take it back because they would have to charge me another 1,000 dollars to redo all the work . I am beyond pissed off. To top it off they did my spark plugs which is now sending off an engine misfire code. I am thankful this guy once worked for this company. He told me the steps to take. Ed you should feel ashamed of letting a customer drive off with bad front breaks that you all applied

Had my car towed in late on a Tuesday. Ed told me he was booked for Wednesday and would try his best. To my surprise not only were they able to look at it, the work was done that day! Thanks guys! I really appreciated it!

10/10 highly recommend this location because Ed and Bill were excellent! They provided us with the best customer experience I ever had! When I got there it was past the cut off time to get tires delivered. Ed still ordered tires, went on a road trip to pick up them up and installed them all under 5 hours! It was unbelievable how prompt and professional these guys were, you don t get that too often unfortunately. My car feels like I m driving a brand new car again! Anyone looking for tires or maintenance I would highly recommend go see these guys they re amazing and will get you the best product and price

I showed up at 6:30pm 30mins before they close. Ed behind the counter was helpful and willing to change my tires, which really saved my my day. Thanks for the great service. Definitely 5 stars in my book

I need to say that I needed service for my car twice. The dealership I have always gone to could not see me on either occasion. Ed and Bill at Mr. Tire in Monroeville have given me exceptional and professional service. I needed coolant in my car and they took care of me when I came in right then. I am a customer for life!!Ed and Bill rock!! Mr. Tire is the best!!

Bill and Ed are great guys that always provide me with quality service and a warm greeting whenI unfortunately always seem to bein their shop! LolThey've routinely provided a driver when needed as well which is a great service and a conveniencefor me. I highly recommend Mr. Tire to anyone.

I can't say enough great things about this Mr. Tire location (store 697 near the old King's, not the place across the street)...Ed was awesome, he was able to get me in same day for inspection, emissions, and oil change! My stickers were expired, Ed understood the urgency and took care of it in a very professional manner. I've dealt with so many shady mechanic shops, glad I found these guys. The mechanic Adam was great too, he showed me a potential problem with my vehicle and didn't try to rip me off with unneeded repairs. Thanks again guys, I'll definitely be back!

We blew a hole in a tire stem on our horse trailer while in route with the horses! They understood our hurry, fixed it, and got us back on the road in no time at all! A very special thanks to the Mr. Tire crew!

Great guys, great service!!! These guys were able to get me in immediately upon my tire going flat from a nail. They fixed my tire and got me back on the road in no time!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had two deteriorated lug nuts that refused to budge. Ed was awesome and kept me updated every step of the way. The team here is quick, efficient, kind, and reasonable when it comes to cost. As anyone now a days, I am living on a budget and Bill and Ed were great getting me the lowest cost possible. Will definitely be a return customer!

Bill and Ed are awesome guys! Helped me out when I was in a pinch! Even when I ve called there just for quote or info they ve always gone above and beyond for me! They re very knowledgeable in what they re doing and are always honest. I highly recommend them! From oil changes to major work, they re your guys!

These guys are amazing! I got 4 new tires, realignment and inspection . . . just as a walk-in on a busy weekend! Yes, there was a rather long wait, but for all they did, I didn't mind it at all! Ed is the best!!!

Bill and Ed scheduled my repairs quickly. They provided shuttle service, so I didn t have to wait at the shop thanks for the ride, Barrett! After all the work was done, Jason assured me I would not be the disabled vehicle on the parkway east. The car is running quiet and smooth. I ll be back.

I ve been taking my car here for years because I know that I will be taken care of. Bill and Ed are top notch guys who give discounts when they can, don t do unnecessary things to your car, and work with you when it s possible. As a woman in today s society, these things are important. I appreciate the customer service and the workarounds. All the stars for these guys!

I called getting prices on tires. And Bill took the time to explain some things to me about awd tires and some other things. He got me the best price and added any savings he could find. Even got me the tires from Irwin the same day. And got them on so I could pass inspection. Anywhere else I called spent 3 to 5 min with me. Bill talked to me for over 20 min. When I got there Ed also helped me and was also so kind. Definitely will be back.

I highly recommend Mr. Tire. Long story short, they provide excellent service! They listen to their customers, actually remove the tires to see what s going on, and find the best sale/deal they can for you, including manufacturer rebates.- If you re interested in reading the long story . We bought tires two years ago and had our tires rotated regularly at a local dealer. Turns out it wasn t being done. When we learned it wasn t being done, we took my car to another dealer for maintenance and asked them to see why my car was vibrating. They said the tires were balanced. Since we marked our tires, we knew they didn t rotate the tires either. We then took my car to a tire store to find out why my car was vibrating so much, they said the tires were balanced, too.- It wasn t until we took my car to Mr. Tire, and they took the time to remove the tires/wheels to physically inspect each one, that we saw the tires were severely cupped on one portion of each tire. Since there was substantial tread on the remaining potions, it was obvious why the car sounded and felt like it did when driving. They took the time to show us our tires so that we could see this for ourselves. Thank you, Mr. Tire!!!

Every time there is something off with my car to a simple oil change, I only come here. Customer service is excellent. They have a nice little waiting area and plenty of hot coffee while you wait. I always wait for my vehicle, sometimes the work that needs done takes a few hours, but staff frequently checks in to let you know where they are at with the vehicle. I never go anywhere else!Returned again to get the same top class service. Unfortunately my oil change turned into a bigger issue. Bill the manager was excellent getting me a spot on quote and a time frame that was met. Best place around!After purchasing a new car, I still came back to the same place for service. In need of oil and other small issues I was immediately taken care of! These guys never disappoint. Bill is always fast, friendly and a world of help! Thanks guy!

Horrible attitude at this place. I had 4 tires delivered for mount and balance.But when I got treated with a condensing smart mouth attitude the way I did, I walked out the door and took my business elsewhere. I will NEVER BE BACK.

I initially gave a 5 star review for this place. And their customer service is excellent. Very friendly people.However.. my car was damaged from someone putting it on the back/lift incorrectly. Nobody informed me and I drove it away not knowing a thing. Over a month later I noticed the damage. Had no idea it was from that till I saw my insurance adjuster a few days ago. I went back a second time.. this was before I knew who caused the damage, and the customer service was still great. But, I was supposed to have a tire rotation with my oil change and did not receive one . The day after I got it done I noticed the tires had not been rotated only because one of the tires have a specific mark on it and the tire was in the same exact spot as before.I m giving 3 stars because the guys upfront are still wonderful people. It s not their fault one of their guys in the back messed up.

You will NOT be disappointed. First time trying them out and was very pleased. Answered all my questions over the phone and he ( assuming he's the owner) was very polite. Dropped off my gfs car for 4 tires and an alignment. Decided to get a price for my car also. Ended up getting 2 tires(other 2 were new) and an alignment on my car. He got both my cars in same day and finished. Great place great price and great customer service. Will definitely be going back

Absolutely love this place. Went to a different tire place earlier in the day to have my tire plugged and they tried to play around because I'm a woman and charge me for a brand new tire. Went to see Bill and he got my tire ughed at half the cost of the other place. Highly recommend them for good honest work!

These guys are awesome. Got four tires and a bunch of stuff done for inspection about four months ago and it was done quick and excellent work. Luckily I took the road hazards because yesterday I ran over a nail and tires completely flat. Took it back into them and they fixed it in less than an hour for no cost (because of the road hazard). I couldn t recommend this shop enough, Bill and Ed are great guys who run a great shop.

Great experience! MATT AND KIRK ARE GREAT!!! I had a nail in a tire and made an appointment online for 1:30pm to have the tire patched. Unfortunately, I had to take my 3yr old with me and wait for the car, which isn t ideal for several reasons. We re in a pandemic and toddlers aren t exactly patient. We arrived about 10 minutes early and Kirk clearly felt bad and told me there was only one tech and he was working on multiple cars. I work in customer service and understand that reservation does not guarantee you will be taken at the exact reservation time. I offered to go do something and come back. Not a good idea but I was willing to work with them. He went to speak with the tech and came back and told me that they didn t want me to have my toddler to be out and/or waiting longer than necessary. They took the car immediately and we were out of there within20-30 minutes. I should mention my husband called competitor and had scheduling and other issues with them for three days straight. Then I took over and called Mr. Tire and glad I did. I know this is long but these guys deserve it. My toddler and I thank you and will always recommend!!

I have been a customer for many, many years at the Mr. Tire in my area. Obviously, there is good reason for that. The management team is the very best! I can ALWAYS count on fast and reliable service in a timely manner. I m so grateful to Ed and Bill for their honest work on our vehicles!

Mr. Tire was the best place I could ve found! My boyfriend and I got a flat tire on the PA turnpike on our way home to Michigan. We took the car to Mr. Tire and they informed us that the wheel itself was broken too. Ed went above and beyond to call six different places to find us a new wheel and had one delivered to us the next day after we originally thought we were out of options. I 10/10 recommend this place for anyone! We received such amazing service.
