On 4/9 I visited shop 0697 (Monroeville PA, Mosside Blvd) for a state inspection, 4 wheel alignment, and two new front tires.Firstly, the shop was unable to do my the state inspection - I went about my day and came back to pick my car up when called. When I went to check out the new tires, I noticed that they had MOUNTED DIRECTIONAL TIRES INSIDE OUT! Outrageous. Is there really not a process in place to make sure that tires are mounted the right way before sending vehicles off to customers? This is dangerous! Especially with rain in the forecast Not the end of the world though, I live close by, I ll have them fix it the next day when I go back for my inspection.I got a call the next morning that they still can t do the inspection. They book me an appointment for Thursday at 8am.Today comes around I get a phone call that they STILL CANNOT DO THE INSPECTION. This is crazy. It is now almost an hour after my appointment time and the guy who is supposed to come turn my tires around the right way STILL is not here. This is now three days in a row that this shop has wasted my time, and that I ve had to drive around IN THE RAIN wearing brand new tires the wrong way. I m not going back and you shouldn t either.

Mark and his team really helped me in a bind. I got a nail in my tire driving on the highway. Walked in first thing in the morning and Mark was able to take care of it right away first thing in the morning, despite being a busy Saturday. I really appreciate their help!

Feb 25, 2023.These guys are awesome . Very honest, helpful, and efficient people.Why?One of my tires got punctured on my AWD SUV. Before coming to MR TIRE, another shop had suggested that this tire is not repairable and quoted me $1100 to replace all tires. I went to the Mr Tire shop, these guys took 10 seconds to say that my tire is repairable. They plugged the puncture for $30 and got the job done in 2.5 hours as they promised. Since Mr. Tire saved me $1000+, I will give them a huge shout-out for helping people like me with honesty. I recommend them 100%.

Got inspection done here. Staff was friendly and didn't take too long. No pressure tactics. They were honest and provided a detailed report.

Simply Amazing, great workmanship, front desk bearded dude was phenomenal. Met the District Mgr, he respected the workers and the clients. Great leader he is.

Great service! I needed air in my tires and they did it free of charge and even put valve caps on for me. Very friendly and nice gentleman helped me out!!!

Horrible customer service from the Manager Mark and not treated nicely by his receptionist either. Lack of communication, not friendly and very condescending attitudes. This location may have good mechanics, but it needs a total over haul of Management and customer service. I bought new tires and had an alignment done here, I had to take it back because once I hit 60 mph, the front end shook. I was not treated very nice after I brought this to their attention. I will never go to this location again. Customer service and compassion are key to a positive experience. This location is lacking this from their Management Staff. Very disheartening.

Great, honest shop. I stopped because I though I needed new tires. The gentleman that helped me, came out and looked at my tires. He said that I still had quite a bit of life left on them. Most shops would have just put new ones on. Thank you.

I've recommended this location to family and friends and have been coming here for years. However, with the arrival of the new receptionist customer quality and care has truly diminished. The receptionist has no knowledge of their position, mixing up appointments, telling me I didn't have an appointment even though I scheduled online, misplacing products I ordered, and calling me at least 5 times within the same day, unable to remember what service was to be performed on my partner and I vehicle. I also believe they overcharged us due to their lack of knowledge. Disappointed

Took my car hear for an alignment a few months ago. Was still having the same problem with my car veering to the left after. Brought it back they said everything looked good. Took it somewhere else I needed new front struts. Car runs fine now. What can I do other then leave a bad review.

I scheduled an appointment here on a whim and it was a great experience. It was a very fair price for an oil change/tire rotation and I felt like they were extremely honest about my car's condition. Mark was extremely professional and helpful and I've definitely recommended this location to others already!

I love this particular Mr Tire. 2709 Mosside Blvd location don't think every Mr. Tire is the same because it's not. The people make the difference not the name of the place. Honest mechanics sweetheart of employees. Dani Faith and Mark Russell and all the mechanics are straight forward caring compassionate and empathetic people. They are so welcoming and pleasant to talk with. I moved from Monroeville to Greensburg and I still drive to them even if they are 45 minutes to an hour away. I come here knowing I'm somewhere I can trust and that is worth the drive. Highly recommend this location. Again it's the people that make the place worth it.

Scheduled an early morning appointment for a changeover of seasonal tires. Asked if there was anything else needed attention, or their care, answered no, no pressure for additional services. Care was in first thing in a few minutes after order writeup, out before they estimated. Prompt, courteous, and complete! Excellent service...

Josh took great care of me and my car! I need a bunch of things done to it. I was quoted a great price and knew I was getting a good deal for the amount of work that was done! I highly recommend taking your car to them if you need just about anything! 5 Stars guys great job!

Scheduled an oil appointment, and they were packed but had my car done very quickly! Just about 1 hour. They were also very nice and did not treat me any different for being a female.

The day before I was going on a road trip, I realized I was overdue for an oil change. These good folks were able to get me in without an appointment, they had my oil change done within a half an hour, let me know that I might need a new serpentine belt and were friendly, professional and funny in the process. As a woman, I always dread the condescension I usually receive when getting automotive work done, but here they were respectful, straightforward and didn't take me for an idiot. That new belt I'm going to need? I'll have these guys (and gals!) do it - I'll be their newest return customer.

This location has been my go to location since I moved to the area a couple years ago, and they always have great service -- both in terms of fair pricing but just being friendly and flexible. My PT Cruiser has been fixed here multiple times, and it sometimes is quirky and they were able to fix it even where other shops couldn't find the issue which solved a battery issue that had plagued me for over a year. Definitely recommend it. :)

I had 2 flat tires on the PA Turnpike. Tow truck driver dropped my car off here after hours. I got a hotel room and the next morning, I spoke with Mark who managed to squeeze my car in between appointments he already had. I had 2 new tires put on and was ready to go within a couple hours of them opening. He also sent someone to my hotel to pick me up. Great service! Would definitely recommend!! Thank you, Mark.

The Management and Mechanics are extremely professional and they provide exceptional quality craftsmanship. There is nothing shady in regards to how this shop does business. The manager, Josh is always eager to please and customer satisfaction is a high priority at this location. The staff and Management are friendly & polite and are always willing to explain the work performed to the customer so you leave feeling the work performed was done to your complete satisfaction.I highly recommend this location for all your automotive needs they even welcome using your own parts. Never any surprises with this branch if there is something they don't have the expertise in handling they will gladly make a referral

I have come to the Monroeville Mr. Tire numerous time over the years. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Very clearly explain work that needs perform and the results when finished. I have definitely recommended this location to friends and family.
