Sales man Scott was phenomenal. Sales manager Bill was very nice and informative. They helped me with the purchase of my new 1500 and humored my bored wife by letting her look at a Durango.Finance manager was great, helped make paperwork a breeze

My husband and I had a very good buying experience at Monroeville Dodge ! We were sold a Dodge Ram truck 4 wheel drive ( with the Hemi motor )that hasn t had any issues ! Runs solid ! Starts right up and is always ready to go ! If you re looking for QUALITY, DURABILITY and LONGEVITY in a vehicle and I m not just saying it, Go see for yourself I promise you, you won t be disappointed ! We still have our Ram 6 years later and still No issues !!

First I d like to start by saying my welcoming in was very unprofessional. I had an appointment set up to see a salesperson named Scott when I walked in I asked for Scott he approached me and was just very unprofessional and unpleasant. Not to say I was told the wrong Information over the phone by some lady she told me that there was a used car sale going on and when I arrived there they had told me that it was only for a new cars. Secondly I then looked at the vehicle I was interested in and then went to talk about numbers to the assistant sales manager and he was extremely unprofessional. He asked me if I was financing through them and I responded no. He then said okay well we make a incentive when you finance through us and I said okay I have a better financing percentage where I m at, he wasn t happy. After that he was very very unpleasant and just gave me very short responses and pretty much pushed me away. Not a recommended place to buy a vehicle.

I don't think I've ever made a big purchase so quik and easy as this one. It was the first time buying here and it couldn't have gone any better. From sales to finance it was all great.

Gentlemen - First of all this was my second lease with Monroeville Dodge for a new RAM. That should speak volumes. My sales agent (both times) was Ryan ! I met with him the middle of July and the truck came BEFORE my last lease month expired. The timing was perfect !!! Regarding the truck (2024 D1500 Big Horn) It came with EVERY option I had ordered ALL working in perfect condition. Ryan took the time to explain some of the new features on the truck which saved me loads of time. I'd had to rate the 'Experience" with FIVE stars ! Ryan was excellent and the truck was what I expected !!!! Great Job

I would like to thank Chris and Tina for the outstanding service they provided in making sure my 2005 Ram 1500 recall for the pinon nut was repaired even though Chrysler was not going to honor the recall. They went above and beyond to ensure the replacement parts were ordered from a wide variety of locations and installed correctly. I have driven over 756 miles and the truck and replaced parts worked flawless. Once again my many thanks to Tina and Chris for an outstanding job and perseverance in making sure my truck was safe to drive.

Got a four wheel alignment on my Ram Promaster 3500 cargo van 159" wheelbase. My van rides perfectly. Tina gave me an appointment within 3 hours of me calling there. They also have a brand new alignment rack there. Couldn't find this anywhere.

Very good service. I was taken care of as soon as I arrived, and walked out a few hours later a proud owner of a brand new ram 1500. Best thing is I had been in the dealership a couple times before in the months leading to my purchase to test drive and check out a few rigs but didn t pull the trigger till the third time - yet, never felt pressured to make a deal happen and always felt like their number one priority.

I was told lies from management (I think his name was Chad) and my salesman Don from start to end. I live over 2hrs away so I called about a truck I was interested in and they lied to me about the interest rates they had available and lied to me about the condition of the truck. So I drove down under false circumstances. I was rushed through signatures so I didn t review the agreement and I never thought a dealership would lie about an interest rate but after receiving my paper work in the mail the interest rate was 0.5% higher than I was told. These guys will tell you whatever you want to hear and then do the opposite will never return there again and will be advising everyone I know in the market for a vehicle what kind of scam artists work there.

Ryan was great! Stopped at nothing to get me the make and model RAM I was looking for. Made sure to keep in communication, and set up everything so my new truck was ready to go when I got there. The finance guy, Sean, was also super helpful with everything. Staff was compassionate and communicative. Would recommend them and will go back for my next vehicle.

Service department has had our Jeep GC for 5 months for rodent damage and called threatening to charge us storage fees. Squirrel nest in engine compartment. We called 4 times asking for updates and when it would be ready, and they only called back once in 3 months. Excuse was service writer left company and we fell thru the cracks. Service desk person was nice when we picked up the Jeep, and no charge, insurance company paid for it. Dealer promised they cleaned house in service dept. and will get better. Hope they are right.

Monroeville Dodge is the best dealership I have ever dealt with and there have been many. I have come to be friends with most of the staff and I always encourage friends and family to make their next vehicle purchase there. The service department is always prompt and efficient and they always make sure that all of my vehicles are properly cared for.

I had a scheduled test drive for a truck I planned to purchase. I got to the dealership and asked for the rep I was supposed to meet with, just to be told someone else had to assist me, because he was busy. This other person had trouble looking up the truck I was supposed to test drive and later found out it was sold already. I wasted a 35 minute drive because they didn t have the decency to tell me the truck was sold that morning. No email or phone call. I will not be returning to this place.

Dealt with Emily and Lee. Both were of amazing assistance! Very informative and their customer service was above and beyond! Highly recommend talking to one or both of them if anyone is looking for a vehicle!!
