Stay away from service here!! Had my jeep, 8K over powertrain warranty diagnosed here. They told me it was stuck in 4th gear and needed a full CVT transmission replacement. My service agent proceeds to tell me my options are to have jeep do it with a brand new replacement or he could call someone to make an offer to buy my jeep as is. Needless to say I took vehicle to my personal mechanic and he replaced with a used transmission. It have been running ever since. Half the cost as jeep. The price isn't my concern. My concern is my mechanic tells me to make a claim through Chrysler because it was so close to warranty. SHOULDNT MY SERVICE ADVISOR HAVE TOLD ME THIS?????????? Through the claims process I learn that I could have had that brand new transmission put in at Jeep and guaranteed for just a small deductible. How rude!

Having car problems took it my car to 3 mechanics. Every one of them equaled up to about 3,200. But they never fixed my problem. Took it to Monroeville Chrysler Jeep and the very next day they tell me about a problem. I trust these guys they do great work and fast. Very good hospitality nice people work there. They will help you no matter what

Buy a brand new vehicle and tire rotation & oil change on 5000 mile is FREE!!! Just takes over 2 weeks to get scheduled..... RIDICULOUSServices: Tire rotations, Oil changeServices: Tire rotations, Oil change

They are so nice there it was quick and they returned my Jeep to me clean they sent it through the car wash
