I highly recommend Monroeville Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Their staff is so helpful and patient. They took the time to help me find the right vehicle that fit my needs and budget. The Finance Dept from Chad to Christine were amazing as well and I cannot thank them enough for all of their help! Now I finally have my dream Jeep!

I walked into Monroeville Jeep just looking to test drive a new 2024 Jeep Rubicon 4xe . Ended up driving home in one!!! Ask for Lee!!! She was awesome!! Made me feel like I was talking to a friend instead of a salesgirl!! Made the experience great!! I highly recommend getting a jeep from Monroeville Jeep and remember to ask for Lee!!!

Great experience! I leased a 2024 Jeep Compass, my service was exceptional from walking in the door to driving off. The sales managers were enthusiastic and able to accommodate all my requests and assist with any additional hiccups throughout the process! Information was given to me efficiently and nothing was overstepped. I felt fully comfortable and knowledgeable about my car before I left the lot and would recommend Monroeville Chrysler Jeep to anyone in the market!

My wife and I had a delightful experience when shopping for a new car here at Monroeville Jeep Chrysler. We were not in need of a new car as we had a 2020 Cherokee with only 11,000 miles on it and were just going to browse. That is when Steve approached us and quite frankly, made us an offer we couldn't refuse. The entire experience was the best we have ever experienced at any car dealer. Steve kept working all the numbers until the deal was impossible to pass up.The after sale experience was exceptional also as Steve too time out of his normally busy day to go over every feature of the car and continued until we were both satisfied that we had a complete understanding.My advice to anyone looking for a new or used car, go to Monroeville Chrysler Jeep. I am sure you will be completely satisfied.

Ask for Lee! Huge shout out to Monroeville Jeep and Chrysler! I ve always had Chevys but Lee got me into my first Jeep! Lee was really great. She took her time to show me a couple of Grand Cherokee s, along with all the features they had. It didn t take long for me to fall in love with a blacked out 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I got a great trade in price for my truck and got my Jeep and an awesome price. Literally everything about this dealership was amazing and everything went smoothly. Couldn t speak more highly of Lee. If you need a Jeep, Lee is the woman to go to! Thank you again everyone!~Greg (PS one happy customer)

Sam and Chad made my experience of finding a car fun and easy! They were great to work with and did everything necessary to find the perfect car for me. They were extremely accommodating and responsive to any questions I had. Once I received my car, they made sure to go over every everything with me before leaving the dealership. I ve been with Chrysler Jeep for several years and have always had a great experience until now. I went in to lease a new vehicle and I thought everything went well. I feel like the Sr. Sales Associate Ryan Garrity pulled a fast one on me to make a sale. We went through the normal process until he called my insurance company to provide them with info and instead of communicating with me prior to the call he advised the insurance company that my car will no longer be financed through Chrysler Capital that they will not be dealing with them and they will start receiving more calls regarding the new financing company. When Ryan hung up I said oh, I m not with Chrysler Capital anymore and he simply said no. It never crossed my mind that I would be receiving a $400 bill in the mail for breaking contract by being financed by a new company. It was never explained to me why the financing company was changed. I promptly contacted Ryan when I received the bill and questioned why he didn t communicate this important info to me. He said he would call me back in 5 minutes and has been MIA ever since. I reached out to him several times and left several messages unreturned. I ended up calling Monroeville Chrysler and asking to speak with a sales manager who advised me their was nothing they could do because I broke contract.The thing that makes me the most upset is the fact that Ryan Garrity has never called me back. Not even a courtesy call to say you know what I apologize I didn t explain everything to you . I been dealing with Monroeville Chrysler Jeep for so long I guess all good things come to an end. This may be my last Chrysler jeep vehicle. This experience just left a $400 bad taste in my mouth.Follow up: It has now been a month since my initial review and still have not received as much as a courtesy call. I noticed the good reviews get immediate responses but mines, nothing. I m really disappointed. All I need is the explanation I didn t get when I leased my new vehicle.

Had another amazing experience at Monroeville Chrysler Jeep! Just traded in my lease and they never fail to make it a smooth process for me. Chad has been taking care of my family as well as family friends for years with cars. Josh was awesome to work with this time! Thank you as always!

It s the little things Thats what sets this dealership apart from the others. In my experience, this place embodied that idea. Lee and Chad were patient while I learned some new things about the car purchasing/leasing processes that I didn t know prior. And still, two+ weeks post transaction, they have been available whenever I have a question or need something resolved.Thank you both!P.S Ask for Lee, she is awesome!

We had a deer take out the left side of our minivan. The body shop here does great work.After they started the repairs they realized the left sliding door needed to be replaced. Worked with our insurance and handled everything.

I recently purchased my second Jeep from Joe Gettinger at Monroeville Jeep. If you are in the market for a Jeep brand vehicle, he's your guy. Both of my experiences were great. He is knowledgeable and fair and very low pressure. Joe is very patient as well. This time, it took me quite a bit longer to make a decision than the last time, and at no point did I feel like that wasn't okay. He answered every question and took a lot of time describing the differences in all the features and packages. The rest of the staff at Monroeville Jeep make sure the process is as quick and fun as possible. I loathe car buying when you feel on edge the entire time, but at Monroeville Jeep, it's a really pleasant process that left me so jazzed about driving off in my new car instead of just glad to be leaving. Hand to heart, as long as Joe is there and they keep up the stellar customer service, I will continue to purchase my new vehicles from them and never look elsewhere.

My daughter and I just each leased a Jeep Cherokee Altitude from this dealership and we couldn t be happier thanks to Devonte Washington. Devonte is an amazing salesperson and took a lot of time with us and answered every question we had. I feel he gave us a very reasonable deal and really went out of his way to help us. Got me on a last minute emergency appointment - figured out what was wrong with it, ordered the parts, gave me a rental in the meantime, had the car done at the quoted time and the car was still clean! Great job and great service - would be back.

The salesperson (and other employees) ressure, and she helped us reach a decision that was best for us (gas vs. hybrid, lease vs. purchase). Buying a new vehicle is always stressful and exhausting, but Lee made it as enjoyable as possible, and we would definitely work with her again! The other employees we interacted with also helped make things as easy and painless as possible.

Walked in to be very quickly helped. Low pressure sales, took me right out in the vehicle I looked at online without fuss or issue. She walked me through all the steps to buy my new Jeep, trade in my old Jeep, and kept the entire experience quick and painless.The contract people had everything ready, very easy to understand with all figures and pricing up front hiding nothing. The contract and signing process was the fastest I have ever experienced, while walking away knowing everything I signed.They could use some snacks laid out for people, but did have coffee. I really enjoyed buying my 2017 Jeep Wrangler, and highly recommend these guys!

Ask for Lee if you're looking for a smooth Jeep buying experience. Just sold me a used Cherokee last week and was by far the best experience I've had at any dealership during my search. Lee made the whole thing that much easier. She was very informative, got me a good deal. Was a pleasure shopping at this dealer.
