I was late on inspection and called around to get in somewhere. I was able to schedule and get in right away. Don and his team were all very nice, funny and and they worked efficiently. Inspection took less than an hour, I am happy I chose Monroeville Meineke and I will be back!

I ve brought my car here twice now for maintenance and a state inspection. My husband will be getting his car inspected here next month too. Don and his team are top tier, super friendly and professional. The service is always quick and affordable. We absolutely recommend these guys!

I stopped by this location for an oil change and I feel that I got more than expected. The manager was extremely personable, explained everything very well and went above and beyond The mechanic was also very polite and I so appreciated this positive experience. I will highly recommend your service center and I do hope you keep the manager, really liked and trusted him.

I've been going to this Meineke location for a few years now and I can confidently say I've always had a great experience! Inspections, breaks, minor issues needing fixed on my vehicle, you name it... the staff/mechanics are truly stand up individuals who know what they are doing!Always fast to get me in for whatever I need, the most I've ever waited was a few days for an appointment!Would recommend for anyone in the area if affordable & quality is what you're looking for!

This was a great experience. I didn t wait long. Got to chat with the courteous, funny and professional man who took my credit card. The price of an oil change was fair and they didn t try to sell me a bunch of add ons. I will definitely return here!

Superior and very personable service. The manager and all mechanics were excellent. Did a state inspection with emissions, oil change, and new brakes and rotors on my daughter s car. They were the lowest price on parts and labor than any other service provider in the area and everything was done right. Very happy with the entire service and overall experience with them. I HIGHLY recommend this Meineke as I don t think you can find a better car maintenance service provider in the tristate area. Excellent, reasonable price, quick service, and done right - Call them for and car maintenance you may need!

I've been taking my car to Meineke in Monroeville for several years and everyone there is always great to deal with. They're trustworthy and I've never felt as though they were trying to take advantage of me. Can't say the same for some other mechanics I've dealt with.

I met Don when I was at my wits end. I couldn't find anyone to work on my handicap accessible vans exhaust, Noone could get it on they're lift. I stopped by and spoke with Don and he said I'll do the work and he did. Van turned out great and I'm very happy with the service. I will be back...

Batman here. When Gotham s night calls for high-speed chases, I rely on Meineke for their exceptional auto parts. Their staff, more knowledgeable than Lucius Fox in his prime, always find exactly what the Batmobile needs. Whether it s brake pads tougher than Bane or shock absorbers more resilient than my encounters with the Joker, Meineke never disappoints. The speed of their service rivals the Batmobile - I m in and out before Commissioner Gordon can even light the Bat-Signal. Their parts are as reliable as my utility belt. Five stars for Meineke Gotham s unsung hero in auto care.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

The only place I ll ever go for auto repairs. Totally professional, quality work . The staff went out of their way to explain in detail the problem I had with my exhaust. Very responsible priced. These guys are fantastic! From the moment you walk in, they are very friendly and professional. They get you in quickly and the job is done right. They will tell you exactly what is wrong with your car and offer sound advise. I won't go anywhere else.

I show up at the time of my appointment and the guy tells me they can t take me because they don t have a rack open (this is for a state inspection). He admitted to me that he doesn t look at the online appointments so he didn t even know I was coming in. Maybe don t have online appointments if you aren t going to look at them.

I was treated like a human being instead of someone with a high-limit credit card. You can trust Meineke to be straight-shooters. Car repairs are expensive regardless of where you go, but when you weed out the unnecessary repairs, overall, you ll save money.

Was prompt with helping me. Feared I had blown a head gasket and was going to have to wait hours for service. However, they were able to check it out right away and diagnosed it as something as simple as a radiator valve cap with a broken seal that was causing my coolant to boil. I hope someone higher up the ladder wants to reach out to me. Serious shenanigan's occurred with the current manager(?) on duty. Big guy named Don (Dom?) on the afternoon of May 23, 2023.My family has been taking our 2 cars to this location for the last couple years and were very happy with the friendly and fair service. My truck is a 2010 F150 with just 60K miles. Excellent condition (spent first ten years of its life in dry Arizona <3). I'm also emissions exempt every year. Hence the crazy low mileage. So...I took it in again to this location, didn't recognize the mgr or the mechanic. Don the big guy was friendly for sure. Car salesman kinda friendly...but def friendly. I told him I needed an inspection and was going to sell the truck. KBB puts its value at $16K...Spitzer auto offered me $18 if inspected on a trade in for new.Well...Don calls me up and says its needs about 2K in repairs to pass inspection. Nothing crazy...new muffler, fix a pen hole on the rockers, tighten my bull bar, and replace the baby mirror on the towing mirrors. I said I didn't have the cash to fix it today and Don said no problem and proceeded to check me out. BUT...he got pushy and stated 3 times(!) that he knew a guy that would take the truck off my hands for $1K?!?!? Wow. Beyond insulting, he exploiting his position with Meineke for a predatory side hustle on Meineke's customers!!! Furthermore...it casts doubt on the honesty of his estimate if he was trying to scare me with high repairs so I could sell it to him for pennies on the dollar?! THAT is INSANE. Fair warning to others. If someone above Don wants to chat with me about making things right, I'm absolutely amenable to it because our last 3 inspections with this location were a pleasant transaction.
