Very quick. I ve never had much of a wait. And the people are kind. Only issue I had which wasn t a deal breaker is the receipt said they vacuumed my car, but I couldn t tell at all.

The last 3 times I have been to Jiffy lube I get this form with a list of task that say they were completed but the window wiper fluid was not topped up, the car was nor vacuumed, nor were the windows washed but they say they were done. I commented on the price of $53.21 for an oil change. I was told it's because you provide signature service however I haven't received the signature service at Jiffy lube in years. You need to charge just for the oil change like other places do because your employees are not proving what customers are paying for. One time my oil filter was not changed which caused my engine to overheat. I gave a 3 because the manager gave me $10 off the $69 charge.

Awesome customer service. I love the fact that I was able to simply pull in for an oil change and pull off in less than 30 with ease. So much better than my local shop who wants you to drop off your car and come back hours later to pick it up.

Excellent experience from start to finish. I've gone to other places for an oil change in the past. The last time the employees tried to get me to purchase expensive services my car didn't need. My change oil message popped up this afternoon; we stopped by, and we were in and out within half an hour. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Very respectful. It was a very positive experience, and we've just found our new place to go for oil changes, etc. Highly recommend.

Today was my first experience going to a Jiffy Lube. When I arrived at the Monroeville location, I was promptly greated by a friendly gentleman named George. He answered all of my questions, including giving me an estimate of how much my service would cost. I learned George has over 30 years experience in this industry and at checkout he was only $1.50 off his estimate! Brian and Elijah were also assisting with my service and they were fantastic too. No appointment. No wait and done in 15 minutes, just like they claim! I will absolutely continue getting my oil changes here! Professional, friendly, honest, convenient and quick! I was able to find a $15 off coupon online too. Thank you to the Monroeville Jiffy Lube team for great service! I highly recommend trying it!

Would have been 5 stars if like at other Jiffy lubes they would have shown me the before and after oil level on the dip stick. Otherwise it was a great oil change I will be going again in the next 7500 miles

With my wife's car just registered here in PA, we brought her car into Jiffy Lube to get it inspected. We have always used Jiffy Lube in NC to get the vehicles inspected so I figured let's do that here. I wasn't aware that only certain Jiffy Lube's did inspections.Well, the staff there was friendly and extremely helpful. I had no issues going there and would go there again if I needed!Also Cudos to George who did the inspection and Aaron who scheduled me for it. They were awesome and hope they get the recognition they deserve!Thanks to all there!

I had an exceptional experience at Jiffy Lube! The service was incredibly efficient and quick, and the staff was exceptionally kind. Although there was a minor oversight regarding my tires, the moment I mentioned it, a mechanic promptly took care of it without any hesitation. Employees are nice waiting area is clean. I was shown the air filters both cabin and engine which I find most oil change places don't bother with. I was shown the cost of everything and felt no pressure at any time. (I had just replaced the engine filter and just hadn't gotten to the cabin filter yet so I refused both) The plastic cover under the car was put back on without any missing clips. Over all not bad. I would shop around I found a different place that is cheaper but make sure you are getting the right oil also some is rated to last longer n blah blah so oil quality vs oil quality price check.

Quick and friendly.Told me about an online coupon, plus a free and fast diagnostic that Goodyear charged $135+ ( and then didn't fix the problem), and Firestone requested $104 + tax, fee, etc., AND wanted the car dropped off for 6 hours.

I went there for a oil change because my oil light was on..they sold my wife a brake flush also. They supposedly did the flush but never did the oil change she came there for..IDIOTS!!!

I was flat out lied to at this location and had over an hour of my time wasted as a result of it.My cabin filter needed replaced, and I explicitly told them I would like them to replace it if they had the filter in stock, to which the employee told me okay no problem. Multiple vehicles are serviced in the bay, and I am finally contacted by the same employee who admits he sent a guy out to go pick up the part and says he must have gotten stuck in traffic. This is no way to conduct a business. If he was transparent and said I can have a guy go run and get the part, I would have said no problem I have time. Would have given a 2 star review for him being polite and courteous to me throughout it, but I got a front row seat to one employees entire bare back end while he was leaning into other cars, and I saw another employee lean their entire back on my car on multiple occasions.If you want yourself, time, and property disrespected all at once, then by all means roll up to this business. First time going to any Jiffy Lube was this morning. Won t be back. Specifically told them to NOT top off my wiper fluid because I put a special kind in. Leave (after fairly quick service which was nice) and get home and check and sure enough, it s all the way to the top of the reservoir tube. Now I ll have to siphon it all out to put the kind I use back in it, not to mention pay for more of what I use because what was in there is now tainted.

Got my oil changed here jul 1, by jul 23 all the oil lakes out of my vehicle. Whoever serviced my car didn't tighten the oil filter. I was able to take it back, and they took care of it, but they need better QC

Didn t complete the service that I requested but was sure to charge full price for the service. Added fluids to my already topped off washer fluid and took air out of my tires under the recommended psi. Rude customer service and just a scam overall. Don t trust these people.

Super friendly and team oriented. Efficient with their time as they were able to get me in and out while other places had wait times for hours just to get an in for an oil change. Will be going back forsure.
