A little more pricey than some of your national chains, but their customer service was excellent, and the technician that replaced my windshield was knowledgeable and courteous.They come to your house, they don't need you to be there at all, which is especially helpful if you work a lot, and they get the job done quickly. What more can you ask for?Definitely worth a little more money.

Toby was amazing corresponded via emails due to my work schedule responded even late in the night after business hours which was amazing! Scheduled me for the next day first thing in the morning. I had to work so I sent my girlfriend and they treated her professionally. She was also busy that day and they got her out of there in about an hour with 7 windows tinted. Perfect instructions straight forward and for just $10 price difference more from the place in homestead I would take the extra drive pay the extra $10 and get it done right fast and straight forward and not have to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. Thanks again Toby!

One star is more than what you deserve. I had bad experience with the non professional doctor. They couldn't even repair a chip on the windshield. They tried... but made the situation worse. Now, if I want to actually have it fixed, a real professional will have to do double the work to correct the issue. They couldn't fix it and still charged me. Maybe you should update your website to say you replace windshields and not fix them since you got stumped by a small chip. Be careful when going to this establishment.

I want to start by saying that this company has the most unprofessional people working for them. I emailed 2 weeks ago to see if they can replace my window, after several emails back and forth and me requesting phone calls from them, Jennifer in particular, had me take numerous photos, emailing them, then they requested more information by email, wasting more time, then finally she calls me and says they can't tell from the photos (I said that before) and that they would have to come out to look at it with a service fee of $35 to do so without stating that information from the beginning. When she called and told me that price, I told her nevermind, I am not paying for an estimate and that should have been made clear 2 weerks ago when I first contacted them. She actually hung up on me! Perhaps you should look into hiring people who can be professional and up front from the beginning. I contacted another company and they are coming Monday to replace the window. Do yourself a favor & contact Residential Glass instead.

Was very happy with Glass Doctor(Toby). He was very responsive , came to give an estimate and ended up just removing my wall of mirrors in about 40 minutes... impressive! Don t hesitate to call him.

They came right out, put new glass in the window, barely took an hour. Price was easily the best in the area.

I needed a glass picture window replaced.Todd advised me the window frame needed to be fixed 1st and he was absolutely right. I got that fixed and he came out and replaced the glass.
