Local shop. Great Employees. Even better workmanship! I've taken my 370z for service there multiple times. I've taken my previous vehicle for service there in the past too. Quality work everytime! Fair labor rates! Personable staff. I've talked to Dan many times. When I call up and say my name he says you're the guy with the 370 before even looking up my info! Its impressive! Would recommend for all your maintenance or repair work on your vehicles.

Great job!Both the owner, Dale & his manager, Dan are very nice, professional, and honest. They explain what might need to be done to fix the car, then explain what had to be done to fix the car, and they do it in a timely manner.

On one of the coldest nights possible of the year the car decided to die on the way home from work. Had to have the car towed late at night, first thing in the morning they contacted me to get a understanding of what went wrong. Asked if it was alright to proceed with certain diagnostic tests to pin point the issue, found the problem and fixed the car in a single afternoon. Very fast, very polite, will go back for future issues.

Please see Dale Shirley s for all of your auto needs! Fantastic staff. And let me tell you, as a woman, they didn t talk to me like a dumb woman. I feel they were strait forward and didn t try to sell me things unnecessarily. I will be returning and sending anyone that asks for a recommendation!

Had to go back to get a Shrader valve installed and the A/C filled after a major overhaul of the fuel and brake lines (the mechanic forgot), but over-all I'm satisfied with their work. I would recommend them.

Took my bike to Dale to have the valves adjusted and some fluids changed. They had to wait for some parts to come in, but everything went smoothly. I was able to put some miles on this weekend and the bike ran great, no issues at all. Thanks Dale and crew, will definitely be back for future work. Highly Recommended!

I recently purchased a used motorcycle and, being a new rider, wanted to have it looked over to make sure it was safe. Dale did a great job getting it in great running condition and explained some things to me I needed to know. A few parts needed ordered and took a bit of time to come in, but Dale promptly returned calls and kept me apprised of what was going on. I feel much more confident on my motorcycle knowing it s safe and mechanically sound! The shop guys got into an accident with our car when we left our car to get the brakes fixed. We have been dealing with this problem for months now. Dale Shirley s insurance also doesn t cover more than a couple days of a rental car, so our car has been in and out of shops since August, leaving us scrambling to borrow cars from family. At first they were understanding with not making us pay for the brakes until insurance got worked out and we had our car back. But that ended and they made us pay while again we still do not have a working car. I agree in paying for the services they performed, but when even asking for a small discount for the headache they wouldn t budge. We explained to them that their small business has been used in our family for years and we would like to settle this appropriately. We paid hundreds of dollars for the back brakes and ended up two months later still not even having car!! Our family used to recommend and support this business, but never again.

As a former automotive technician, its hard to find a shop that you can trust to inspect and when needed, repair your vehicle. Dale Shirley's is that shop for me. The technician's are thorough during inspection and give you honest and realistic options. Such as, if the repairs or maintenance item can wait until the next service or if it is more urgent and needs addressed now. I have been using Dale Shirley's for about 3 years now and take both my truck and my wife's SUV there. Nothing but great things to say! Stopped by and had technician chech front tires. Told Dan to order me two new ones. Dan called later that morning Said I could have tires installed today if I wanted. I took truck in mid afternoon and had tires installed. Very quick service!

Took my Bourget motorcycle here for service and general maintenance. They took the time to go over bike and brought a few things to my attention. Brought my Harley Street Glide to Dale to get ready for a cross country road trip. They performed a complete inspection and changed all my fluids, including brake and clutch hydraulic oil. The bike runs like new again and I have confidence that my motorcycle will make the trip. I was greeted pleasantly as I walked in and felt reassured after speaking with Dale about my car problems. My car was assessed and the details of my needed repairs was explained to me in layman's terms. Repairs were scheduled and completed that day. I ve recently started bringing my vehicles here after a shop I ve used for over a decade began giving sub par service. I read good reviews and gave them a try and my search for a new garage has ended as quick as it began. The employees do quality, affordable work and give up front and honest estimates. The total cost was actually less than anticipated and that NEVER happens! They communicate every step of the way and will explain anything you don t understand. They won my business and recommendation of anyone who wants good, quality, and affordable work done on their car.

took my car to get a weld, was told $10 on the phone to look at it, they then tired to charge me $35, then said he had to "rip my car from park to get it to move" when i get in my car it no longer shifted from park, when i asked what happened he said "it was like that" when it clearly was not. had to fix myself in parking lot, after dealing with this i learned a family member had also been ripped off on work they paid for for their atv, dale charged over $1000 for front end bushings and control arms and they only did the bushings and still charged full price for parts and labor. do not go here. owner takes no responsibility for damage they caused an they will overcharge you.

Living in Pittsburgh there s not a lot of motorcycle shops near me. I bought a brand new motorcycle last month and needed the break in service done and they got me in quick, for a lot cheaper than my dealership, and made sure I was taken care of even after I picked up my bike. It s a bit of a drive but it s worth it for sure. Thank you for taking such good care of my bike!
