I found the process was very easy with them and the work looks great-scheduled an apt for estimate (they're busy so it took a few weeks to get in), price/breakdown of everything was given along with estimate of time it would take, scheduled an apt to bring the car in, dropped it off the night before then got a call on the 3rd business day, which was exactly how long they said it would take. I was not expecting a call in between that unless there was something found that wasn't found during the estimate process and required authorization to move forward. Color of the paint matches perfectly and my car looks great again! They even washed the car/cleaned my front mats and applied tire shine (which I keep it clean already but it was appreciated to get it back looking beautiful). Would absolutely return for body work if needed in the future.

Came here after a T-bone accident. They fixed it up very nicely as far as the collision repair goes, I will say. But the process took forever. They kept delaying my appointment and took a significantly longer amount of time to repair my vehicle than their estimated repair date. Once I finally got my vehicle back, I noticed a big scratch on the roof that definitely wasn t there when I brought it in. Looked as if someone had slipped with a tool or something. I brought it to the managers attention and he could not have cared less. He reluctantly agreed to fix that area of the roof and told me there wasn t much availability for me to bring it back in for that repair. I couldn t be bothered to leave it in their hands again. I can t be without a vehicle that long again, and if they messed up the first time, I m sure they d mess up again

Did they get the work done? Yes they did but for as little damage as there was it seemed to take forever. Scott didn t reach out once during the process unless I reached out to my agent first who would then reach out to him. When picking my vehicle up I also noticed a scratch on my bumper that wasn t there before. It appeared as if when they took the bumper off it was just laid on the ground without anything to protect it. Luckily it was just the clearcoat and was able to be buffed out. Also, for some reason while they were repairing my vehicle they decided to take my air fresheners out and throw them away. Not sure how this would ve gotten in the way of their work??

We love Cochran Autobody. We have taken 5 vehicles there for minor repairs from grocery cart dents to my daughter running into a post in a parking lot. They have always taken amazing care of our vehicles. They come out like brand new. The only issue we have as of late is communication. They have since lacked in that department. Our last visit was lacking communication, and we had no clue what we were doing. I pray that Scott gets his communication and priorities fixed because the shop is A+++..

Initially, the representative told us it would take five days to complete the job. It took two weeks to do a small body work job to replace a bumper. To make it worse, everytime my husband called about his car every couple days after the 5 they told him the same story of where it was in the process. So obviously, they do not tell you the actual progress of the repair, just the same step for over two weeks.

I got rear ended by a distracted driver back in February on my beloved Tiguan which was a sad day for me. There were 2 other cars involved with the liability is going to arbitration so I was able to select my own body shop which was in my insurances network and I chose Body by Cochran after intensive research and man they did not disappoint.Other that the fact they left my windows down and made my interior dirty with dust and pollen, they met my expectations. My back bumper got all repaired. Chris made sure I was all good and returned voicemails when he was not able to receive calls.They do have an Enterprise Car rental on site which they receive reservations and deliveries through the Murrysville location which made the process for me super simple.10/10 would recommend, just set your expectations to the staff on leaving windows down and get an app to track!

My brand new 2023 Audi S5 got major ($18,000) front end damage from a large piece of scrap metal that went airborne on the parkway east and crashed into my whole front grille and bumper. I was so sad and stressed! The Monroeville location of Body by Cochran had my car repaired within 3 weeks! Right on the very day they had promised it from the beginning, with no extensions! I was so happy that Ron Sedlak called me every couple days to keep me updated on the progress, and that kept me at ease! He also went above & beyond to find my grill that was back ordered from Audi & was able to locate a brand new one in Canada so I could get my car back on time!They did a BEAUTIFUL job on the body work! (my dad used to be a collision repair body man so i am picky!)During that time it was also transported via flatbed, to their Castle Shannon location for the safety sensor calibrations. All of them were a mess from the crash. (That part had me the most worried!) They did a FANTASTIC job!!! Everything looks and works like brand new again!If you are worried about your high end car and all of its modules being repaired right, this is the place to go!! Rest assured it s going to be right!Thank you so much everyone! Hopefully no more crashes but if so.. I know where i ll go!

I picked up my baby from this shop and its so clean and professional it should be a TV show! It took some time to get in but if you see the finished product you understand why. Best body shop to repair your car with unparalleled quality of work. I had the whole driver side of my Escalade gouged out and expected it to never looked or drive the same, after Cochran took it in and did their perfectionism work to it, it looks brand new like I bought it and drives like on a cloud how It's built to and would never know it was even scratched... Thank You Soo much for taking such great care of my car and love your work!!!! 5 star

Waited for 10 minutes people walked by not even greeting me. Said I had to schedule appointment for estimate when I just walked in two other places and got one on the spot. Don t waste your time go to Bowser!

I got Lexus RX 350 repaired at Cochran Collision Center at Monroeville in April 2022. The bumper and parts that were installed in my Car are not fitted correctly or are defective. I showed the car to Chris Reccelle from Cochran in August 2022 and he agreed that it needs to be repaired correctly. He said that he will be working on it. I never heard anything from Cochran and whenever I am calling and leaving message I never get any call back or any status update.Even when they repaired it for the first time they put a cracked and wrong part in the car and I have to get it changed immediately at that time in April 2022.This is really bad service from Cochran and it is big churn for customer to just follow up with the center. Customer has to regret on the bad quality work that they do.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Both times that I have used body by Cochran, they provided nothing but excellence! Excellent customer service and excellent work! They have even called while the car was being worked on to update the progress! Cochran scraped up my seats. It is unbelievable that they managed to do this much damage and extremely unprofessional that they refused to address it.As you can see from cochrans response they will refuse to take responsibility for any damages they cause to your vehicle. See attached before and after pictures. This place is a joke.

When I dropped my car off I was given a time line for completion. Ron was in constant contact with me on the progress and completion time which was exactly what was estimated. They did a great job.Thank you Cochran for the excellent service.

I got rear ended in my 1 month old, 1,100 mile 2023 Mach-E. Not knowing everything about electric vehicles and all their components, I thought I should see if my vehicle is safe to drive in it's condition, until the other driver's insurance gets moving. #1 Cochran Monroeville's response: "It's your vehicle and you know how it drives, you should be able to tell if it's safe or not." Yeah. New technology (to me) vehicle that I've had for a month.Try the Natrona Height's shop. I called them and before I could even ask, they mentioned they could take a look at the car to make sure it was safe to drive. One place offering to make sure I'm safe before I asked and another one that tells me to do it myself when I do ask.

3 times took vehicle back. First time they took 5 weeks. Too many ossues to list first photo, found i side hood area of fender with this. They said thata natiral wear. I was my car everyday. Odd how i noticed it when i picked it up but didnt notice the previous 8 months i owned car. <--sarcaam.zero trust . Every issie i had they claimed it was.nit their peoblem. There was a fine dust all throughout interior like they lazily buffed car with all doors open. After 3 visits front driver door still doesnt line up with nscl doorConsidering droppong my i suramce since they "guarantee" their work.

So where to begin hope you don't get Scott as a estimator he's horrible with people returning calls and emails. Second when your vehicle is in an accident they don't fix all the problems leaving you to have to go to another shop. And parts they say they replaced and prepped and painted is nothing more then the original part. Cars been there twice now ended up with Scott both times so the first time they were supposed to replace panel on my side door or repair it to remove the creased dent from it I still have same dent they just painted over it with new paint that after 4 month looks like garbage and is bumpy like there was impurites in the paint. I thought this was a good place that did great work and was wrong about that then when you point something out to them it's not their fault or it's gone past the time and your stuck with garbage product that you spent a lot of money on.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Auto body & trim replacement

Body by Cochran (especially Ron) provided excellent customer service as well as making my vehicle look like new! My vehicle was ready a day before it was promised and they even cleaned the interior. Hopefully my vehicle remains accident free going forward but if needed I will definitely use them again. I was so impressed with the work Cochran did. They always communicated and they had it done way faster than I expected. I have a 2016 VW Jetta, which can be tricky to work on. The repair is perfect! I have had body work done on my car in the past and no one has been as awesome as Cochran. Highly recommend.

Have used these folks twice over the last year. I worked with Justin and had excellent work done on both vehicles. No one wants to have to use a body shop and deal with insurance but I appreciate the communication and workmanship that was done. In my cases, both vehicles came out looking better inside and out than before their respective accidents. I can't ask for any more than that.

I have used Cochran Collision twice and both times I have been very pleased with the Customer Service and the Quality of work that was done on both vehicles. Ron was my customer service manager and he kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle repairs. Everyone that I encountered at this location did a great job!!

I've been to Body by Cochran on several occasions. That's not good, but each time I've received quality service with friendly personnel each and every time.
