Be careful about being a yes man to whatever they say it needs. I brought it for a water leak issue and to their credit, they fixed that (only reason for an extra star). However, they tried to tell me it had a coolant leak and needed a new thermostat. I had it pressure tested elsewhere twice and it showed no sign of a leak anywhere. On top of that, my Haldex pump had failed. They wanted over $2500 to fix the all wheel drive system. The price they quoted was for the entire system, pump and motor. I bought the pump by itself for $130 and paid $100 in labor and it's fixed. Bottom line, if they tell you there are other issues, take it elsewhere for a second opinion. The fact that dealerships can get away with falsifying issues and price gouging to that extent, is absolutely outrageous and should be illegal.

Why does it take over an hour for an oil change?? I arrived at 8:30 am. As I writing this review, it is 9:49, I'm still waiting!

Worth the Turnpike Toll! I received quick and friendly 5-star service from the #1 Cochran Audi service center in Monroeville. I was having a problem with my window not completely closing. This has happened before and is a 5-minute fix. The dealership I normally do business with in the north refused to see my car for over 3 weeks, despite the quick fix. I called #1 Cochran and they scheduled me a next day appointment. I will continue to have my car serviced at #1 Cochran due to this experience. Relieved to ditch the bad attitude dealership in the north.

Mechanical service itself was fine, but communication with the service reps is nearly impossible. No one is ever available to actually speak with, understandable as they have face to face customers they are dealing with. However, they do not call you back when you leave a massage. Any time I have a simple question or to check the status of my car I have to physically drive to the shop to get a response.Services: Brake service & repair, Oil change

This place is the most un-customer oriented "service" center that I have ever encountered. I work with the public every day and never have been treated so poorly. After the center had kept my newly purchased 2020 Audi Q3 for over 2 weeks to fix an issue, I finally called at 5:50pm on a weekday to find out the status of my repair. I was told "everyone had left" (even though they close at 6pm.) I did receive a call shortly after that from Charlie who explained everything that I never needed to know about the repair (since I had basically diagnosed it before it was sent over) with the exception of when exactly my vehicle would be returned. After a few comments insinuating that I was overreacting and that I was basically an ignorant female, my car was set to be picked up the next day. When they sent the car back to me with (what was supposed to be) newly programmed keys, the keys didn't lock the car as they had been programmed incorrectly. I live 45 minutes away and, yes, had purchased it from a local dealer. It's not a quick trip and the local dealer was wonderful as far as accommodating me and my work schedule. However, at one point, more miles were put on my car driving to the service center than actually driving to work. Stay away. If you have an Audi, go somewhere else.

2021 - We have had a year to figure out how to wear masks appropriately and wearing them over a mouth but not their nose is disrespectful to your customers. (Both service advisors were like this, standing face to face with customers.) Fortunately it was a nice day and they were ok with us going outside.

I love the service department at Monroeville Audi Dealership. I have a 2011 Q7 and Charlie, Michael and crew are great guys. They go the extra mile to make sure your service is done right and as timely as possible. If you have an Audi they are the place to go. Sincerely

Two weeks ago, I scheduled an appointment to get my oil changed. As I live an hour or 2 from the nearest authorized service center, I called to confirm the time. Was told they have nothing scheduled for me!

Great customer service! I needed them to coordinate with my local dealership bc I was in the middle of a road trip. They worked together in a timely fashion causing little inconvenience. I highly reccomend!
