came in for a part that needed refunded because of shipping and sat in the store for an hour waiting for the "night manager" to figure out how to do his job was the biggest hassel. the person didn't know what he was doing at all terrible experience would give zero stars if possible.

Jay was phenomenal! While traveling I had left my car lights on and needed a jump to get to the store. Jay tested my battery and alternator and determined I just needed to clean my excessively corroded terminals. He truly embodies the Advance Auto values.

Had a dead battery and went to Advance Auto in Monroeville PA to get a replacement and installation. I got there 10 minutes after opening and the associate immediately said that in some cases they are unable to install the battery but he will come out to take a look. My car battery is in a normal position under the hood. Not much to my surprise, he said they can t do it but will still sell me the battery. So I had to get my car jumped by a stranger and I went to Auto Zone right up the road and the associate installed it in under 10 minutes. The Store Associate was simply too lazy to do his job sadly.

Got here at 7:45 and they're already closed. . Says closes at 8. . Door says 8. . But i guess the employees didn't want to work anymore. . Needed a starter, went down the road to AutoZone where they were open like their sign said.

The manager there, Rick, What a complete and total jerk to us. I ve honestly never felt so disgusted. We tried returning headlights lights (they sold us the wrong ones) And Rick Was telling us that they didn t match and was trying to make us look like we were fraudulently returning lights. It was so embarrassing and absolutely unacceptable and we are calling corporate about the issue. Don t ever go there to this location if Rick is still running it

I generally don't have issues here but the employee I encountered should NOT be in the customer service field. Beyond rude. Short girl with blue hair. Cussing left and right. Just completely unprofessional.

Consistent chain from venue to venue. Easy to find items as the general layout varies little. Competitively priced as most vendors are within the general parameters. Staff in this location were a 4 out of ten on the friendly and helpful scale as it seemed like I was an interruption to something else going on when I approached the counter (despite there being no line). None the less, its a staple stop when one needs what one needs for their car.

Very helpful. I went to advanced auto on 22 in Monroeville. Didn't by much but they still hooked me up and they also have military discount. It matters when gas is 4 dollars a gallon.

Will never go back an the fact that I called the store manager the supervisor an the district manager an not one of them called me back, an they rip me off about 180 bucks, dnt believe them when they try to sale u a life time warranty they dnt honor them take in my business else where

I had a broken headlight and came in for a new set. Brett looked up and found me a set very quickly. He also took the time to show me how to install them. Absolutely wonderful customer service. Usually not very busy either. Plenty of parking.

I went in to get a battery test because my car needed a jump every time I started it up. I was told I had a good battery after shutting my car off. When I started it back up the battery had died. Right in front of the manager who told me I had a good battery. I had to wait for them to jump my car. Took my car to a shop and needed a battery. I feel as though they need more training on their equipment.

Well above-average helpful staff. Very knowledgeable. A lot of the Forum and online so-called experts like to criticize Advanced for their quality and service but frankly I have had nothing but outstanding help from them which I can't say for the online guys

I was looking for a car paint. I did not find it on a shelf. I was not sure if i could order it. All associates were standing together talking and laughing. I waited for them a little bit but then decided do no bother them, and i left. They even did not wish me a good luck when i was leaving.

Monroeville location well stocked plenty of parking. Purchase two quarts of carquest oil price was as advertised. There was only one sales representative working who was also stocking items on the floor took him a few minutes to give us attention. Staff was courteous.
