While at the dealership today to get my car washed Aidan who was the salesperson I purchased my car from saw me waiting and came right over to see how I was enjoying the car and if I had any questions. He has truly been a delight to work with and has gone above and beyond. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a car from A&L motors. Great dealership with great people.

A&L Motor Sales was a pleasure to deal with! Purchasing my Land Rover was seamless and pressure-free. Jess and Walter were very helpful and always available to answer questions that I had. This was my very first time going to this dealership and i was very nervous at first. Andy Roberts came out and showed me the 2023 discovery sport, but i knew i wanted the vehicle and had to just get approved. As i was waiting for the approval and paperwork part to get done. This guy Andy stuck around from the opening to the closing and when i mean closing I m talking after 6pm. After everything was a go, he gave me a quick rundown of my new vehicle and most importantly he went above and beyond the call of duty for my wife and her son. Thanks to Brandon & Andy for a job well done.Pride owner of a new 2023 Discovery!!!

This is my second car purchase from A&L and I couldn t be more pleased. My experiences both times have been professional, relaxed, and very helpful. Had a great experience dealing with A&L Motor Sales with purchasing my Land Rover. Walter was very helpful and attentive to my needs. Great experience all around. Andy Roberts was a great help teaching me all about my new Jaguar with enthusiasm. He answered every question I had and more, and probably more in the future. He delivered my vehicle and got all my tech set up before he even came down. We did most of the paperwork from home so we didn t have to sit there for hours in the showroom. We got the VIP service package so if any repairs are needed under the warranty, getting my vehicle to the shop is hopefully a breeze like my last vehicle since we live out of state. Look forward to experiencing my new Jaguar!

Great experience. Very easy purchasing process. Walter was great. Ross took the time to configure everything in the car. When I drove off the lot everything was setup exactly as I wanted. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new car!

Had a very good experience with this car dealership from the time we walked in the door my paperwork was processed quick they had car ready for pick the next day (we had to wait for my insurance) and I can t think of the young lady name but she explained and showed me Every feature that car had to offer I loved my experience at A&L

Service was horrible. Said the car needed $3000+ in repairs, some of which were needed to pass PA inspection. It wasn't until the customer service was so horrible (not calling me back, unclear answers and my service tech taking the day off so my car just sat there) that it prompted me to take the car elsewhere. I ended up paying $95 for the inspection from a reputable service department! The car was and has been fine and didn't need any of the repairs A&L BMW Service indicated it needed. Go elsewhere if you want to save thousands of dollars and receive better customer service. I am glad I eventually did.

Jeff and Devin were wonderful to deal with. They made things quick and gave my wife and I an excellent buying experience. We were able to get a lot of the processing done before we arrived so we weren t there all day. Jeff helped us yo make the best decisions while Devin showed us how to use all the technical stuff! Highly recommend.

I had a great experience thanks to Brandon and Andy. I have purchased many vehicles for my company over the years and this was by far the best experience I ve ever had. Two months ago when I ordered the vehicle Brandon took the time to go over and explain every option that I was looking at. Today when I picked it up he made the paperwork and signing exceptionally easy.Andy s knowledge of the vehicles system impressed me. I usually don t have anyone go over the vehicle system but I took advantage of Andy s knowledge and let him explain everything to me.Thank you both for a great experienceRyan S

My 2020 Jaguar F-pace indicated it needed regular maintenance at around 76,000 miles. I had most recently had the full service at A&L at around 62,000 miles, for around $700. I called to schedule and asked what the extent and cost of the recommended service might be. They did not know that my vehicle had just been serviced there, and after checking the services they provided at the 60k mile service, they said it would be a normal service, at a price of about $300. I went ahead and scheduled, and brought it in.I received a call from Rob, the service tech, later in the morning. He said first that I needed new windshield wiper blades. This seemed odd, as I had just replaced them 2 weeks ago. This made me a little suspicious. Then he told me that they would need to complete another full service for $700. I told them not to do anything, I would pick it up and take it elsewhere.This interaction seems to me to be deceptive at the least. I will never do business with this dealership again. I was planning to order a brand new BMW M-3 from them in the near future, but after this debacle and complete waste of my time, I will be looking for my new car at a more reputable dealership.

Picked up my 6th BMW today and the experience was as meaningful as my first visit to A&L Motors. Brandon and Ross were phenomenal in their attention to detail, including walking my wife and I through the new tech features thus making it another memorable experience. We never feel like customers . The family environment extends to folks like Nate and John who always make it a point to touch base and catch up. Highest recommendation!

My 335i blew its coolant vent line. I had the car towed to A&L BMW. I spoke with Elita and she was great. She told me about a possible recall of the part the broke which ended up being the case. Elita also kept me updated through text the entire time my car was in the shop to keep me informed. They were also quick about getting it fixed and getting me back on the road. I also dealt with Ross while I was there. He instructed me who to speak with and very helpful through the entire process. Both employees I mentioned were top tier when it comes to making the customer comfortable. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to them if something else would go wrong. And by the way, make the fragrance in your showroom a men s cologne. Because it smelt so good in there that I would buy plenty of bottles if you do! Thanks guys and gals!

We just bought a new Range Rover Velar a few days ago and so far I love it. Ross and Bobby were awesome very nice, super knowledgeable, and patient with us through out the whole shopping experience. When we picked up the car we were treated super again they could not have treated us any better. We would highly recommend A&L motors, because of the customer service.

A&L motors never disappoints!The customer service is above and beyond every time, in every aspect of the vehicle purchase and ownership experience.Sales and management are phenomenal -Tommy got me into the car of my dreams.The BMW geniuses truly are so well versed in these vehicles - Ross is the best! He was extremely knowledgeable and answered every single question I had and made sure I knew everything I needed to know and offered for me to contact him later if I needed anymore help. Ross and Walter were great. Ross instructed us on all the features in fine detail. Great instructions. He even hooked up our phones to the Land Rover site. Great help. Walter made the sale completely stress free and handled everything. Great employees A&L!

I had a great experience purchasing my Certified BMW from A&L. Ross was my BMW Genius. His knowledge, passion for the brand, and attention to detail truly made an impression on me. He walked me through configuring every feature and setting of the car and went above and beyond to ensure everything was setup perfectly to my liking. I definitely recommend asking for Ross if you like to want to become familiar with every aspect of the vehicle you are purchasing.Billy was my sales advisor and ensured that the entire purchasing process went smoothly.
