I have never had a more painless , smooth and great experience than what I did on Saturday 2 days before Christmas. TOM B. TONY B AND DON C made things so awesome for me. My husband and I came in at opening time not thrilled that I had to buy a car 2 days before Christmas NOT PLANNED , but they helped us get through the process of buying my new 2024 Mazda CX -50! Tom B was great so very helpful and patient with me. I hadn't bought a car In 9 years and that one was very basic so I needed information as well as a good ole teaching for this old gal lol! Tony was great and so helpful the day before Christmas eve and He worked his magic to make this customer feel important! The suv I wanted black on black was at another location and I was particular with what I wanted, but they made it possible and car was brought to the site and I was at roughly 35 miles or more away ! These gentleman went the extra mile for me even though everyone else was gone for the holiday they stayed, and worked hard to make this customer very happy. Customer service was top notch PERIOD! I love my Suv thanks so much fellas!

#1 Cochran Mazda is great. The saleslady we had is really good at her job. She was very professional and at the same time she made you feel comfortable. The car buying process was really easy, no hassle. I would recommend people to go there.

I was looking for a local dealer to service 19 Mazda 6 due to an oil leak. Cody and his team were AWESOME! Communication was excellent, found the issue quickly, and were up front and honest. Very efficient operation! They even gave me a loaner car while repairs were being done. Will be taking my car there from now on.

Lane was excellent! I was such a pain and he was so patient. Also, he wasn't pushy at all but helped me find my perfect car Also, Don from financing was awesome too because he had to deal with me twice with no complaints. Thank you guys very much! Recommend 10 out of 10 Mazda Monroeville! Go to Lane for you sales needs!

Nice, friendly, not-at-all pushy sales team. Manager actually came back with a lower price than I anticipated after he found an additional incentive to apply to my lease. Would highly recommend #1 Cochran Mazda if you are looking for a nice fun to drive vehicle. Love my white CX30 Preferred. Thanks Candice, ask for her when you get there.

This experience buying my Mazda, CX five as been my only positive car buying experience. Tom was great and helping me with the purchase. I bugged him many times with questions after the purchase about certain things, and he always got back to me. I would highly recommend Tom and this dealership for a positive car buying experience.

Just popped in for my annual vehicle inspection. The Mazda facility is currently undergoing renovations so check in was across the street in the Audi building. I pulled in for my appointment and Cody immediately got me checked in and taken care of. Everyone who I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. The facilities are nice, comfortable and clean. The waiting area is really relaxing and there s a TV to occupy your attention while you wait. After the technician was finished with my vehicle, they explained the condition of my vehicle and gave me a few service recommendations. Any questions I had about the condition of my vehicle were answered respectfully and in a manner in which I could understand. All that being said, I was in and out in under a hour! This is the kind of service I ve come to expect from Cochran Mazda Monroeville and it s what keeps me coming back. 6 out of 5 stars, would recommend.

I had an amazing experience working with Dee Pernice at Mazda Cochran in Monroeville. She is super knowledgeable and honest with her advice, helpful with really explaining everything you need to know about the vehicle, and goes above and beyond to get you the best deal possible.So glad I was able to work with her to lease my first ever Mazda vehicle.Highly recommend her and this branch for quality service and satisfaction.

Thought the labor was very high for the amount of time spent on my car almost $700 for less than 21/2 hours in the shop. People are nice and polite Cody was great. My bill was $1299 dollars not happy about that

This was my first time purchasing from Cochran Mazda. Lane went above and beyond to help me find a vehicle that fit my budget. He also, made sure that my questions were always answered and my concerns were taken care of. I would recommend Lane to anybody looking to purchase a new vehicle!Besides working with Lane, I worked with Don from finance. He was very nice and took the time to answer any questions.

I tried to sell my 2014 Mazda CX5 here. The manager was a jerk & low-balled the value of my car. When I showed them the Carvana value, he said Carvana would make you pay back after the sale any repairs the car needed. This was a scare tactic. I sold the car to Carvana for the agreed upon price. Carvana gave me a check & it was done. Stay away from this place to sell your vehicle. They will rip you off.

I walked in to test drive a CX 30 and walked out with my first new car. Everybody was friendly and took the time to explain things to me and make sure I was happy and comfortable with my new purchase. My sales person was Lane and he worked with me to make sure I was happy with the price and comfortable with all of the bells and whistles of a new car. I will certainly consider returning for my next car purchase

I had a sudden problem. I spontaneously walked in, was greeted right away by Cory. He signed me in and in under an hour the diagnosed and fixed the problem, washed my car and I was on my way. Highly recommend !

I had a great experience buying my new Mazda CX5 with Junior Da Silva. I went in to look for a 2023 used car but ended up with a new car because the interest rates were significantly better for a new car purchase. Since I work full time and had sold my old car, he came out on a snowy Saturday to pick me and my husband up to sign the paperwork.

I made an appointment with my busy schedule to get an oil change done for Sat 03/16/24I was sitting up there for about an hour. I was expecting since I made an appointment to get in and out in 20 minutes with an oil change. I rarely use Cochran Monroeville Mazda. I always go to the Wexford location because they have the XPress center and they re really quick. I wasn t able to get an appointment there. It was booked up for wexford . So that s why I went to Monroeville Mazda. I approached the service desk attendant working there he was a very nice friendly guy .. I had toldhim have some thing I have to take care of thats why I made an appointment. He told me I wasn t waiting too long. I told him I was waiting there an hour for a simple oil change when I had a time reserved for 10:30am. I explained to him the whole point of making an appointment so you re not waiting a long period of time. He was very understanding and he apologized for the wait. I understand things happen. He gave me my oil change for free, which I was really grateful for. I wasn t wanting anything for free. I was just wanting to be able to get out of there, but I was very grateful. He had really good customer service skills. I do have some opinions to offer maybe schedule enough service technicians to work on Saturdays. It seemed like there was more salesman and women working then there were service technicians at least from my observation.

I am very unsatisfied with my experience at Cochran Mazda in Monroeville. Before I went to the dealer I talked to a sales associate who gave me a price on the model I wanted. When I got there to buy the car, the price she gave me was incorrect and ended up not being able to get the model car I wanted. I was also told Apple CarPlay in my new car would be wireless only to find out it is not. I would not return to that location. The sales associates did not seem knowledgeable. Very disappointed in my car buying experience.

I took my Mazda CX3 in for State Inspection and Emission test. As well as normal scheduled maintenance. The service department did an excellent job as always. Cody, the service writer did a great job. I have two other Mazdas and have all of my service work done here.

We went into the Dealership to "test drive" a Mazda CX-5.I have driven a car for the last 12 years and was contemplating transitioning into an SUV.Sales Associate, Deanna Pernice made our experience painless.She was knowledgeable, professional and patient.Deanna asked questions and listened to what I wanted in a vehicle.She showed me a vehicle that I had not considered due to cost.It had all of the safety features and more!Due to her attention to detail, she was able to explain and convince me that this was the vehicle for me!Although this took the better part of a day, Deanna helped us to seal the deal!

Beware of Cochran Mazda of Monroeville. Make sure you have everything in writing before you sit down. Our salesman Junior promised things then played dumb, called the general manager Tony twice after the deal just to have him screen my calls send me to voicemail to never call back. Definitely the worst car buying experience I ve had. #1 Cochran far from #1
