Really great service! Make sure you make your appointments well in advance however - there can be multiple months waits to have car service done. They did my car service, inspection, and a vehicle recall recently which took about 2 hours. If waiting is a concern, make sure to bring another vehicle so you can simply drop off your car and come back to pick it up after.

Service people were all very nice but it was very difficult to schedule an appointment. I scheduled an oil change months in advance in order to be able to get in. I scheduled an 8:00 am appointment with the plan to stay. In the meantime my schedule changed so dropped the car off the night before. I didn't hear from anyone by early afternoon. They had texted a number to call. I called around 1:00 pm, left message. No call back. I called again around 3 pm. Same thing. No call back. I called again a third time, about 4:30 pm and left another message. Decided to just go out there. Finally got a call back while on the way, about 5:00 pm. Since I had an 8 am appt, I was expecting (and needing) the car early but they told me since I left it, they would get it in "when they could." They finished it at 5:00 pm. They didn't call back "because we were busy." Again, they were very nice and they did comp the service, which I appreciated, but I would be very reluctant to have to deal with all that hassle again just to get a future oil change or other routine service.

My.daughter took her car there for a warranty issue, last Monday, they called once and have been ignoring her, her husband and now me. No one will call back. This is unacceptable, even the service manager wont call back.

The people in customer service/mechanics are patient, pleasant and willing to explain about the work that needs to be done on your vehicle. If they don't know the answer to something they are willing to try find out the answer.

I would stear clear of this dealership, our car went in with a rare rough idle and left unable to run, the engine now has no power and shakes the entire car.

I appreciate that I was treated respectfully and with patience and kindness. Tyler listened attentively to my concerns and explained clearly, and with reasons, how my concerns would be assessed. He also let me know that the mechanic would be doing the work on 2 recalls at no charge to me. Once the car was evaluated by the mechanic, Tyler came to the waiting area to explain the findings and ask me how I would like them to proceed. The work was completed in a timely fashion. My greatest appreciation though is for the integrity of the staff. I wasn't sure if it was time to replace the tires and, although it is getting near to the time to replace them, they said there is sufficient tread for a safe winter. My bill included the details on all work that was completed and included the assessments of my concerns that did not need to be done that day. I feel confident that all work was done well.Service: General repairs & maintenance

There was a misunderstanding back in December when I took my vehicle in for a recall. Upon not getting the recall fixed. It was promised to me that they would make it right as soon as they good. Well, here we are now in June and no one can even return our calls. Not happy.

The service I received from this Hyundai Service Center was Great. They checked my car and replaced the bulbs for my headlight. And I am very satisfied with the service I received!

Website says they close at 6:00, second time I've been turned away at 3:30 because they send their technicians home at 4:00. I understand being understaffed but it should at least be posted on their website
