We bought a new car on Thursday night. Mike was great! He was so helpful and very knowledgeable about the car. He made our experience seamless. The man who helped us in finance was amazing as well. He was the only person there but he was very charismatic and made the final steps enjoyable even though it was late. I felt like he truly had our best interest in mind while helping us.

Don D. was great to work with! I was in search of a new car. I came across #1 Cochran of Monroeville. Don acted with a sense of professionalism and urgency. He wasn t too pushy but provided me solid, honest information. He made it easy for me to understand the car and its financing. From the moment you walk in, you feel like family. I live in Butler, and Kelly Hyundai service sucks !!! I will never let them touch my car again !!! They can't even fallow a simple request to not use an impact wrench on my wheels and they scratched my rims !!! I'll tell anyone that will listen, don't take your car to Kelly for service, go to #1 Cochran, they respect their customers. Thank you Cochran !!! Then, today, 1/10/24, I just received a follow up call from Jim at #1 Cochran to make sure I was completely satisfied with my service. A-1 dealership in my opinion.

The service writer/manager was very prompt, professional and personable, the video they recorded on one of my service concerns by the technician was very clear and helpful for my understanding my car. The sales manager was professional and helpful and ran and printed a carfax report for me because the Hyundai certified pre-owned dealership I bought it from did not.

The gentleman that help me was so patient and helpful. It was the first time in a really long time that I have bought a new car and it made it so much easier for me. I came 3 times and I never felt rushed or pressured. The whole experience was amazing. So I would like to thank him (Jay). I ent to several dealerships and that made me want to come back to him. That s how it should be it s a big purchase. I would recommend Cochran to any of my friends or family. So thank you very much. I love my new car it s perfect

I recently had service done on my Ioniq5. I worked with Daniel Huff. He was very professional, but also very down to earth, and friendly. I had to wait quite a while, but he kept checking in with me with updates almost every 15 minutes. When I continued to have some issues after leaving that day, he did everything he could to get it solved for me the next day. Very happy with Daniel and Cochran.

We bought our beautiful new Elantra last May, in 2023. Just wanted to finally take a minute to let everyone know what a fantastic experience, and what an extraordinary salesman we had; Mike Hoover. We drive tractor-trailer, so it's hard to fit into our schedule, but he managed! And he wasn't just polite, he was welcoming. Do you know how refreshing that is in a world of, "hurry up & go wait over there?" I always look forward to talking to him. He's just such a genuine soul. Glad we got to deal with him. I'd recommend him, and Cochran Hyundai, in a heartbeat.

These guys have gone above and beyond to service my vehicle. With many dealerships booked up for months, it can be frustrating to have a mechanical issue, but this team always finds a way to get me taken care of as soon as possible and they keep me informed every step of the way, even via text and video. I was just booked recently way sooner than anywhere else, and then Dale even called me to get me in sooner! They quickly found a hard to track down issue, and had me back on the road. I would recommend this location anytime for quick, honest service.

Couldn t have had a better experience. The knowledgeable friendly and helpful members of this staff made the buying experience great. Jesse Ruggiero, was over the top helpful in selecting the perfect car for me and my family. Her knowledge was impressive when it came to helping me dial in what I was looking for. Thank you again all for getting me into the perfect car. Would definitely recommend anyone to come and check out the staff her in Monroeville cars are all the same this is what makes the buying process great. Thanks again!

I can't believe this place has any positive reviews. I have never left a Google review in my life, but my experience was so unacceptable that I do not want anyone else to have to go through the displeasure of dealing with this place. Do not EVER take your vehicle here for ANYTHING. They had my wife's Tuscon for 2 weeks with no communication or updates after the third day. We had to call them for updates and usually could not get through to a human. When we did actually get someone on the phone, they assured us that a service advisor would call us back, which of course they never did. Their excuse was they were "busy" ?? Too busy to update someone on a car for TWO WEEKS? Completely absurd. Luckily we had a family member we could borrow a car from or I don't know what we would have done. These people do not care about their customers. We finally drove to the dealership to see what was going on. When we got there we were told the work was done. Would have been nice if someone there would have thought to let us know that. Best of luck to anyone who walks in their door.

Good afternoon,I got a text saying my car was completely done please pick�it up before 6pm.Then I� got a phone call saying my car won't start.Then I got a text saying the wrong text message was sent to the wrong person.Then I made 6 phone calls, to the service manager, to Dale S, and to my husband. No one responded to me but my husband.Extremely unprofessional for no one to call me back from the company. Especially when you call a customer to say your car won't start.Finally, the service department tried to get money out of me by offering a diagnostic test for $100.00. My husband is a mechanic and told them not to touch my car, he'd be up.Then miraculously they called my husband, NOT ME THE CAR OWNER, and told him the car started with a jump.How Gender Racist! Your team will talk to a man. But not a women.When I� arrived to pick up my car, I got zero greeting, no hi, hello, nothing. I got no apology for any of my stress and the lack of communication.Horrible service, and Gender Racist MenDeborah LeggettI

#1Cochran in Monroeville PA is the best. This was my first time there. I came in to get a recall taken care of, but I asked if they had time to look at a repair I needed and give me a quote. Not only did they give me a quote, but they ordered the part ( of course I payed for it, but very reasonable) and had it in two days later as they said. The part was replace that day and my car was ready after work. Everyone in the office was kind, respectful, and helpful especially Michael Loffredo who helped me from day one. Thank You for the Great Service!!!

Service Advisor Mike L is great. I come in regularly for service and needed some repairs on my 2018 Santa Fe which I drive for work and Mike made the whole process easy and clear. He's great at explaining what needs done, how long it will take, and he will reach out with updates if there's anything I need to know. Cochran runs a very nice showroom and service shop, and Mike L is an excellent representative for #1 Cochran and Hyundai cars. When my boss asks about replacing my work car I'll ask for a similar car from Cochran so I can keep Mike as my preferred Service Advisor.

I was 20 minutes late for my appointment due to weather but they managed to fit me in. I had 3 (yes 3) recalls on my 2017 Hyundai Accent plus state inspection, so it did take some time (3 hrs). Loved the video link wherein they explain everything they're doing or recommend doing soon. Dan Huff was very friendly and kept me informed throughout. Overall very well done!

Bought my car from them 3yrs ago and I ve been coming back for all regular maintenance. They are always friendly and TRANSPARENT. They also have a new service for drop offs where the technician will send a video of exactly what they are doing. Great addition!!

The associate who checked me in was very professional and engaging. He explained what my service entailed, cost, and gave me an approximate completion time. Upon completion of my service there were no surprises. I must admit that I was a little hesitant to have service done at a dealership. However based on my experience I can see myself scheduling my next service needs at this dealership

The service manager, Ed & service writer, Dale are great. They took care of me when I really needed it. Dale is quick, knowledgeable & efficient. And Ed is clearly the type of manager that can see when he needs to go above & beyond to help one of his customers who desperately needs his help.

Wow. Amazing service! Dale was great and effective at communicating while my vehicle was in the shop. The technician who worked on my car was through throughout the process. The video was very educational and informative. 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommend and trust them. I m 100% coming back.

You guys are always usually great and you were still great as Service is concerned and friendliness however, I kept asking did you fill my tires when you did the inspection? I asked because the light turned on when I was on my way there and they told me yes three times. I even stopped at the garage on the way out and ask them to check it and they got the service guy over who said it was done and I could run him over inside if it wasn t. All four were low. I filled them on the way home. Makes me wonder what else wasn t done. Then I asked about it being washed and he said yes. When I knew it was not as I noticed filling the tires I called about it and dale said the car wash is broke and that he would give the tech an ear full. So this time you guys get a three and not a five because I let the past couple times slide. I ve been coming since 1995 and always had great service but it seems once my warranty was up the service on the car itself started to slack. It s not the first st time I ve had issues in the past few years but in the past few years it s the first times I ve had a problem every time. I m actually owed two car washes already and now it s three since you say free car wash with service.Oh and while I m at it please give better indications of where to go when bringing the car for service as the construction is going on.That was old and apparently not sent so I decided to send anyway.A few times things have been negative but I still go there with the second vehicle I brought from them 13 years later plus the 13 I had the first car. Both were and one is good to this day.

Supposedly free inspection ended costing $75.44. We were charged labor on state inspection and on state emissions. Also, emission inspection was not required. Vehicles are exempt from the emissions if the vehicle has been owned for one year and driven less than 5,000 miles in the prior year.**UPDATE**Employee called and informed us the $75.44 we were charged was for state emissions, employee was informed we were exempt and would like a refund. Cochran did not offer refund. Now, we have to go to Monroeville Hyundai and discuss with manager. If service tech was aware of emissions requirements, we could avoid a lot of trouble. Update, after my husband went to Cochran and spoke to them, they refunded emissions charge.

#1 Cochran made my first car buying experience as seamless and frustration-free as possible. Richard gave me top-notch customer service and went into detail about various models of Hyundai s I was interested in. At no point during the sales experience did I feel overly pressured to make a decision and once I decided, the finance manager made my outside financing as easy as possible. I recently got my Sante Fe serviced there and I am glad that there is a place you can go where you don t have to worry about surprise charges. Dan walked me through what was done to my car and also what needed fix (loose tailgate spoiler screw). After my experience I will fulfill all my car-buying needs though the Cochran family.

Kept calling throughout the day to get a status of my vehicle. No one would answer the phone. Left several voice mails, but no return calls. Had to drive there to get a status only to find out inspection failed due to one tire. Would have liked to know this prior to driving there.
