I dropped my van off for transmission issues, they had it for a month and never communicated with me once. When I got the van back it had more troubles than it did before. I took it back in, they've had it for a month now, still no one has communicated with me. I am self-employed and am dependent upon my work van to get from point A to point B with my ladders and materials. After I get my van back I will never come back here again, and I would advise other people to do the same.*Update- manager reached out to me and I was able to use my van until a new transmission was delivered. My front passenger tire pressure was low, so I put air in it! Next morning I wake up to a message (my car lets me know if there are any problems) that my tire pressure is low again. So I put air in and proceed to MONROEVILLE DAY FORD. When I arrived Cody the Service Advisor asked me what I needed. I told him my situation, (not aware that the service dept. closes at 5pm) Cody suggested I come back Monday, then he says wait one minute. He asked the mechanics if they could look at my tire. Now I understand that it is time for them to get off, so I wasn t getting my hopes up! But there is one mechanic who stepped up and said I ll take care of you! THANK YOU KYLE!! He put on his save the day cape and came to my rescue! This is why I m a Monroeville Ford Customer for life! The Care, Consideration and Excellent Service I receive has never changed!!!

I was met in the service department with a very friendly employee who waited on me right away. I asked his name and he said he is Damien. He informed me that it would possibly be a two hour wait. He provided me with shuttle service home. I was driven to and from home by George. He was also a very friendly employee. It is refreshing to be greeted and treated so well. The service was done in less time than expected. I was very pleased with this visit.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

Services done quickly and car was ready when promised. They also washed my car for free. Great service as always been buying and servicing my cars here since 2007. On Wednesday,Aug.10, I waited for vehicle to have an oil change. The technician discovered a minor oil leak and transmission fluid leak. I appreciated the discovery and needed parts were ordered. I ll return when notified of the delivery of parts. I was kept informed of every stage thru completion and prices as well. This was appreciated too. I dropped my car off the night before to have recalls fixed. I wrote a note to ask if they would also check my brakes. They checked my brakes, and I was told that I would be needing brakes and rotors for the whole car, but it could wait. Thankfully, they could get this taken care of that day! Robert Corbett was helping me. He was very prompt in getting back to me. I was able to pick up the car at the end of the day to have it for work. Everyone was very kind and helpful from the time I booked the appointment. Even my daughter commented on how kind Mr. Corbett treated me. (She could hear the conversation on speaker phone.) I've been going to this Ford location for many years to get my car serviced and inspected. As expected I have been given great service from the service representative. However once I got my car back on April 25 everything seemed good with the servicing of my car. But they somehow messed up my remote starter and I can't use it properly now. I called over 20 times for 2 days straight and not one time did they pick up the phone. Left multiple messages and not one time did they call back. I literally had to drive there and talk to them in person to find out what was going on with my vehicle after they had it for more than 4 days and never reached out once to let me k ow the status!!!! It is absolutely the worst service department I have ever dealt with. NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!

I received a letter in the mail from Ford that there was a recall on my 2022 Explorer. I reached out to the salesperson that I leased the vehicle from to set up appointment to fix the issue from the recall. He directed me to the service department. I live 45 minutes away. I got a babysitter, drove 45 minutes to find out that I didn t even need to come in and then drove 45 minutes back. It sure would have been nice to know that I didn t need to come in before I took all that time and got a babysitter to watch my kids. Not to mention that I stood around for 20 minutes before anyone even addressed me in the service station. Not very pleased with them and definitely will not be leading another vehicle from that dealership, nor bringing my vehicle there for service.

Made appt for Windshield recall and check brakes. Could not do recall, needed 3rd party service. Poor follow through, knew the whole time what the appointment was for, but failed to schedule 3rd party. Wasted day with no car. Next, check brakes, had rusty rotors. Never repaired even though covered under warranty. BEST YET, manager would not take my call about this issue. Lovely customer service Service: Brake service & repair

After a 2 month wait, my 2018 F150 transmission was finally replaced, and my truck was repaired by the shop. I know that doing business right now can be frustrating for both the service department and the customers, but given the current supply chain issues going on throughout every industry, all you can do is be patient. To say Monroeville Ford, my service advisor Rich and the GM went above and beyond for me is an understatement, and it was most appreciated. My advice for any customers is to be patient , ask questions, and once the parts are recieved younwill recieve excellent service from their technicians they have working there.

The reason you take your vehicle to a Ford dealership is that they should know your vehicle better than any other shop. I was told after initial diagnostics that if I spend $1400 that my check engine light would be fixed. Turns out that it can't be fixed and they are giving me a "discount" and charging "only" $1245. I would have NEVER given my authorization to get it fixed if I knew that it wasn't going to be taken care of as explained. I was misled yet still charged $1245. I could've given the same amount to Joe's Garage and ended with the same result. If the vehicle is diagnosed by Ford and you are told the situation, then that's how it should be. It shouldn't be well we were wrong but we are still charging you $1245. Have a great day.I had a similar thing happen with a Nissan that I owned and the situation was handled in a more professional manner as compared to this situation. Ford of Monroeville held the part that I needed until it was convenient for me to come in for the repair. When I did come in they treated me as a friend returning for service. Glad to see me. Asked if I had other needs. Yes; checked headlights and turn signals, replaced bulb. Sent me on my way with an exterior wash that looked good! I m very pleased. Until the pandemic shut down the neighborhood repair shop I would only come into Ford for recalls. Ford of Monroeville has changed my image of the dealership overcharging, and recommending unnecessary work. I might even buy my next Ford from them.Service: Auto glass repair

Day Ford is now Ford of Monroeville. The folks that I deal with always seem nice. The problem I m having is more business related. Over the years, I ve purchased multiple vehicles from Day Ford, actually, this diesel pick up truck that was getting serviced. I also purchased a service plan (from Day Ford). Now out of the blue, I found out the coupons do not completely cover the service charges incurred. I think it may have been around $50 they wanted me to pay along with the air filter (100% markup + Labor) I agreed to have changed. I whined and got the manager to help me out. Even so, it leaves a bad taste. From here on in, I guess I will pay additional $$ for the remaining service visits (4 more coupons to go).Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I had my vehicle towed to Ford of Monroeville at 10:00 am Tuesday, was told at that point they would get it in for repair on Wednesday afternoon at 1:00. Here I am Thursday morning at 10:00am. They haven t even looked at my car. Once I finally get my vehicle back from them, I will not be taking it back to this dealership for service. Reading all these reviews about how prompt their service department is is bull! I have never had such an experience with them in the almost 9 years I ve been going there. Take 2-hours for an oil change and I have an appointment. This is too long. Also expensive, almost $100 for an oil change. I have the battery replaced in two key fobs and I was charged $52 for them. These batteries cost around $5. Didn t realize I am getting charged $45 to replace the battery in the keys. This is insane.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

The Service Dept staff here are not friendly at all. I walked in and I said good morning and a rep looked at me like 'what do you want" She didnt say how may I help you. This wasnt the first time I witness this unfriendly experience before. I feel customer service is very important but not here. I may take my car else where in the future. I feel after covid good customer service is hard to find.

Took my van in for inspection on a Monday, was told on Tuesday it needed to go to another dealership for a recall fix. Then was told on Wednesday it was taken to the other dealership and Ford was waiting for the call that it was ready. I couldn't get in touch with Ford on Thursday or Friday. I called the other dealership on Friday and they had no clue to what I was talking about. I went to Ford on Saturday and my van had never been inspected nor taken to the other dealership, so I just took it.

When I bought my 2017 Taurus, I also bought the lifetime Works oil change & maintenance package. With the miles I put on, I m in their shop pretty regularly to use those oil changes, as well as other standard preventative work. This is the 2nd time I've gone to this dealership and both times they still have not resolved the issue so I am not happy with the service ! A carwash is not going to make it ok!! I took my truck for an oil change but I also notified them that the truck has been having issues. They told me that they have driven the truck out on the street which it wasn t true and they told me that they ran it and scannedit couldn t find anything . It s not the first time that I ve taken my car there but every time I take it there they have terrible service and they don t do what they say they re going to do.Service: Oil change
